Vinny and his staff are the absolute best!!!! They opened thier doors when they were technically closed for inventory. Vinny personally looked around for various items and was so helpful in completing 3 full outfits. My father in laws surprise birthday party that was 3 days away!!! Prices were super affordable but honestly i would pay whatever for the service i recieved. Im very happy with this store and i highly recommend!!!!! ALSO GREAT VARIETY OF PLUS SIZE OUTFITS!!!!! US BIG GIRLS ALSO WANT TO DRESS UP!

Manager Vinny lies and says that the costume that had NEVER BEEN WORN was worn so that he doesn’t have to allow you to exchange it. He’s so rude and an absolute jerk. Take your money elsewhere so at least you can be treated decent. His stuff is overpriced and poor quality anyway! Stuck with a costume that was NEVER WORN because he needed the $29.99 so badly! Great job being a jerk Vinny!!!!!!!

Beyond terrible service. Expect your item to go missing,be delayed,or be flawed if dealing with these people online. A joke of a store. I’m a Halloween enthusiast. Just go to Spirit Halloween online and don’t waste your time here. I feel sorry for the people who left 4 or 5 stars. There is so much better out there for you. Bless your heart.

Place is great customer service is great nothing bad to say I was even able to get all accessories for my daughter's costume for free with an online coupon so I basically only paid for the custom cant say what shes gonna be but its gonna blow people's minds Happy Halloween to all and have a safe Trick or treat day

Dex and his staff are top notch! I loved the customer service, ask them for help and they will go the extra mile to get you what you need. Very nice selection, plus you can even order online. I definitely recommend this store.

I have visited this location twice, at different points in the day and on different days, during their listed hours and both times the store has been closed. The first time we were not the only duo looking to shop and leaving empty-handed. I called both times and the number must connect to the empty store because there is no answer. The hours need to be updated in order to avoid this frustration.
