Saturday, December 22, 2018 was my first time entering God Saves the Queens. Upon walking into the store, my eyes darted right towards the same leopard Docs pictured for the store on this page. As I pick them up, MICHELLE, "alarms" me that they are $210.00. I ask the size and she answers that they are a size 8 ( I'm a 7), and not Chinese made, but UK manufactured. Ok...interesting fact I guess. Before I start to shop, she advise me that all Doc Martens in the back are $189.99. I move along to the clothing rack and MICHELLE asks my middle-aged, WHITE male friend why he is carrying such a large bag. His response was " Oh it's my camera bag". MICHELLE disgustingly stated " That's kind of awkward to be carrying around". Once she said this, I tapped my friend on the shoulder and said " She's rude...let's go". Walked down to THIRTEEN VINTAGE where they are pleasant, kind, and not a miserable LWAG!

I would really recommend this store! My sister and I went to this store looking for Ween memorabilia for my son. I was so happy to meet the owner Meshell - she is delightful. Meshell is very knowledgeable about the band and gave us a history of how the group began and why they are still so popular. We left this store with a really good feeling- there are people like Meshell who are understanding and kind ! I would definitely return to this store on our next trip to New Hope!

Was in Philly for work and decided to drive up to New Hope to check in this place out (being a ween fan). Arrived at 5:30 but it was closed. I looked through the window and the place looked awesome!!! I'll have to come back here when I'm back again. Hopefully it'll be open.

Overheard the owner bragging about how she bought out, and will continue to buy out, all of a certain sweater. The sweater in question is $30 online (but sold out). The owner sells them for $75. Not really a punk store, more of a "Lol Im so punk rock xD F*** capitalism xDDDDD" store. The owner is also very loud and overbearing, and there's a lot of stuff labeled "DO NOT TOUCH", even if they're clothing items for sale. The only reason these clothes seem unique is because the owner buys out from any suppliers before anyone else can get them. I'd rate the store a 3/10, due to how they handle their business, especially since the owner considers the place a "true" punk store.

I wish I could give this place a negative star. Absolutely awful place. The stuff was cool but you couldn't touch it, take pictures of it, or even look at it without the owner breathing down your back and telling you to get your hands off. Such a rude foul human who runs this place. I felt uncomfortable and extremely paranoid about looking at anything since the front desk lady would grill you about anything. Smelled like a smokers breath and extremely dingy and rank. Thanks but I'd rather spend my hard earned cash buying dirt then this lady's merchandise. Never go here.

A small store filled with amazing treasures... great clothes, exquisite selection of UK hand made Doc Martens. I never leave without something wonderful. When I wear the clothes from there, I always receive compliments and interest as to where where they are from. Go there...

On Saturday June 21st 2014 I meet MICHELLE and she makes me feel like a dirty shoplifter. Every Sunday I go to God Saves The Qweens to steal some Doc Martens and walk out buying 2 pairs!! MICHELLE is a gifted salesperson, OMGFMA.

Went to this store with some friends and thought it was super cool at first glance, but turns out the lady (im assuming the owner) was extremely rude. My real problem with this store is the fact that everything is extremely overpriced. It just seems more pretentious than punk. I was really excited to find a cool punk environment but felt uncomfortable and unwanted. I understand and appreciate working hard to find such a fine selection of punk goods, but pricing a 5 dollar thrift store t-shirt at 30 dollars, and just being an overall jerk isn't very punk.

Awesome place with awesome old school punk/goth clothing and shoes. I bought a great jacket I plan to wear at the "Darkside of the Con III". I highly recommend this shop!!!
