I shopped in Fox's for over 20 years in Boca Raton, Fl. And in NYC ,Atlanta GA. Aventura, FL. the sales staff in Boca knows me by my first name.. they give their honest feedback .. women's clothes are very reasonable.. I end up buying a few items that I couldn'the afford to buy in the dept. Stores.. The manager in the Boca Raton store is not as friendly as the Stores in Atlanta, or in Aventura, but that is Boca.. She has known me for over 5 years and never says hello, good bye or thank you..

This store is kinda expensive as well as cheap, depending on what you are shopping for. Odd shoes, coats, bags, etc.

Clothes are great! Shop there frequently and buy a ton! My shoppimg hrs are 10 to 1:30 weekdays. A few cashiers have a bad attitude! The other issue I have are the over abundance of strollers and the care people taking care of those children. Ex. Fri. I was there....there were 9 strollers 4 double , 5single strollers on main floor at same time at approx.11:30..kids screaming crying and I couldnt even walk down isle much less see merchandise....there us no where to walk with these women and strollers impossible...they have lots of bags in those strollers...how is your theft lately?...How about a fire hazard? Or someone trying to pass trips on a stroller etc. I did mention to the cashier it was impossible to shop...I was nastly told "oh they come in Everyday with kids to shop"... I love kids...have them but the many strollers are an issue!

I live in the neighborhood, I find great items; everything is reasonably priced. However the customer service is just awful, the employees always seem angry and stressed at checkout. If I call to see if my item has came in yet they put me on hold and never get back to the phone, I've waited 15min before. If I ask for my size or a similar item they seem annoyed and always give me a no or a sarcastic response. I just wish their employees would be more friendly to improve the shopping experience.

Stumble into Fox’s and what a great find!! Helpful staff but gives you space, prices are amazing, goods unique and great quality!! So so many choices, 4 floors !! Only made it to 2nd floor and out with 6 awesome pieces of outfits. Come check them out if you are tired of chain stores that sells the same thing from Tokyo to London.

This Is just a Fashion Girls dream. You Will Find something You Love each visit... It really pays to go when u are Not in a Rush. You will be able to scroll through and find a Must have. The accessories can be really good at times... The high end bags can be verv nice but the lower scale hasn't been so Fabulous lately. Either way. Love this Store.

I absolutely love this store, however the manager I didn't know if she was watching me to see if I could pay for the items that I picked up, or if she was just Following me . i was very confuse and uncomfortable . I used to go there twice a week. I barely go at all now.
