I was extremely excited to find the costume I was looking for and at a good price. A friend referred me, giving me a coupon code to save an additional 20% so I felt really good about that. However, upon checking out and entering the code (a pop up message assured me the code WAS applied), I didn’t find out that it WAS NOT applied until after the payment was processed. Those screens are not visible at the payment/shipping stage. I don’t feel that this is an honest practice. I’ve reached out to the Costume SuperCenter, so I hope the issue can be resolved!

The only think I didn’t like was that the sizes were not very clear on the website. They need to be listed as they are on the costumes (small, medium, large, etc.). The skirt is made from very thin, low quality material and the seam is not centered with the buckle. Very disappointing. The shirt is also too short. It fits everywhere, but it’s more of a belly shirt which isn’t appropriate for a 7 year old. The hat is also very cheaply made and looks nothing like a cowgirl hat. I’ll have to purchase one separately from someplace else. We love the idea of the costume, but the materials are below average!

Totally will never purchase from Your company again. My emails stated $0.00 for shipping; invoice stated I was charged more than price of costume due to expedited shipping which they say was over $19.00. When I was checking out expedited shipping read free otherwise I would not have selected it and all my emails show $0.00 dollars for shipping. I think there is an issue with your website anyways!! I ordered the same costume again just in smaller size and today it was at 25.99 and the other day same costume was 19.49. Plus when I tried to check out it would not accept the promo code had to call and have it taken off the purchase after. So with this many issues with your site maybe it did state $0.00 for expedited shipping??? Never again!!

THIS COMPANY IS THE BIGGEST JOKE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH, DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME OR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This company is the BIGGEST RIP OFF company I have EVER dealt with. I placed an order online for my son's school play costume. Within no more than 5 minutes of placing the order, my son said he didn't need it anymore, the play was cancelled. I called the company immediately, (remember less than 10 minutes after placing the order), I asked to cancel and get my money back. I was informed that they couldn't cancel the order, they were already in the process of shipping it to me, HA. So I had to wait until I received the item and then return it to them, for my money to refunded. For something that couldn't be canceled because it was being shipped within 7 minutes after placing the order it should have been at my door within at least 2 days. But that was certainly not the case. I told them I expected a FULL REFUND, including the shipping cost, since they couldn't cancel the order.. I was informed that was the case. A FULL REFUND, (including shipping) was to be granted. Low and behold a month after the initial order. I received my refund, minus more than the shipping cost. Shipping was supposed to be $7.00, but remember it was supposed to be refunded, but NO they kept $8.55 of MY MONEY!!!!

I called customer service, which was answered promptly, and was told the costume was out of stock at the time of fulfillment. I will get a refund, but I would had prefer to know about it earlier. Worst company ever. I ordered items on 8/26 with an extra fee for a rush to deliver on 8/28. Monday afternoon they were still not shipped. I called the company and they assured me they would be shipped that day and delivered by 8/28. On 8/27 I still had no shipping confirmation so I called. They told me they would go out that day and be overnighted and delivered 8/28. On 8/28 still no shipping confirmation. I called again and was assured they would be shipped that day and be here by 8/29. Now MIND you I need these for a work event - not that they seem to care. I called a second time 8/28 and they told me the label was ready and they would go out before they closed at 6pm (not that I could call and check because their customer service center closes at 4pm) Well here we are on 8/28 at 7pm with still no shipping confirmation or tracking number. Worst company ever and they are the same company as Anytime Costumes. I will post this review to every single site I can find to post reviews on. I shouldn’t have to call your company 5+ times to remind you to ship my order. Disgusting way of doing business.

The costume was too large despite following the size chart. When the costume came in it was not at all what i expected. All of the designs are in the front and the back is completely fabric. There was a zipper malfunction. The zipper would pop open with any movement (despite the whole outfit being a size too large). The styrofoam was wrinkled. This outfit it not at all worth what is advertised. I bought this on black Friday and i am disappointed. As for the service? I emailed them about this issue and have yet to get a response about a refund. Buyer BEWARE.

Size ordered was not the size received, the size chart posted was inaccurate (waist measured 3" smaller than the size chart), and so far it's been a nightmare to try to return. I ordered 8/10, which was the closest to 11/13 size listed on size chart. Per customer service email before I received it, I ordered and was to receive 8/10. The package arrived with size 11/13 from manufacturer. Cool, that's the size I was trying to get in the first place, but then I tried it on. Hips & bust fit, but waist measured at 29" instead of 32" per size chart. The size chart and the size options to purchase misrepresent the product - do not go by the measurements - this is false advertising and you will not receive an item that fits. Customer service doesn't have accurate info and will not be helpful. I've been told that I'm being given a free shipping label, but the email with the label states that my refund will be for product only, minus $7.99. Which means that returning isn't free. I've been back and forth with a slow-to-respond customer service dept all week with no resolution. Will never order from Costume SuperCenter again, buyers beware.

Be careful and pay attention before you confirm your order. My aquaman costume fits perfect and I'm way over weight, maybe it will help someone to know I am 5 '11 And weigh 285 mostly in the guy and a XXL FITS . Quality is good as I think you could expect for the price. I took one star off because my police hat arrived and the badge had already fallen off in the box. This could have happened in shipping and can easily be glued back on so no big deal. I would recommend them to anyone

I bought from them because their website had a nice selection. This was the single worst online purchase I have ever made. I ordered 5 days before halloween and paid for overnight shipping. They sent a shipment confirmation, but the items never left there warehouse for several days after because I kept tracking it. My stuff arrived on Halloween at 4pm. My kids couldn’t wear their costumes to school. Then the order was messed up. Wrong size on one, and another one wasn’t even in the box. And my husband got an inflatable costume which was missing the power supply. So they were 0 for 3. I called them and they could care less. They ruined our Halloween.

I truly wish I could give this site a lower rating. For an 80's party a friend and I planned to go as Goose and Maverick from Top Gun. I ordered a costume from this site and linked my friend the same site. I got my costume and it was far smaller than what it was advertised as. Thankfully my friend is shorter than I am so I just told him he could have this one and I would order the next size up, which turned out to be the largest size. I ordered it and waited an entire week after the quoted delivery date (Might not have been entirely their fault) and what I pulled out of the package was the same exact size as the original. I checked both of my orders and they were for different sizes. I sent an email to the customer support to see what could be done to remedy this situation. I got a generic email telling me that a return label had been sent to me and that they would just deduct $7.99 from my refund to pay for it. I was honestly dumbfounded. I couldn't believe after telling them and showing them they had sent me the wrong size of costume they wanted me to pay to have it shipped back. Thankfully my sister is a clever one and has found a way to get the costumes to work so we can still use them. Now just to decide what to do with the prepaid shipping label they've sent me... EDIT I've looked through some of the reviews on multiple sites now. Its clear that this company pays for fake reviews on the bigger sites knowing that a company this small wouldn't get checked for fake reviews.

I wish I could give less. They advertise that they are in Concord, Ontario, Canada but they are not! I thought I was purshasing from a local company to my mistake, it's from the states.
