TERRIBLE !!!!! School starts next week and I have not received my order. No one will return my messages. I paid a ridiculous amount of money for grammar school uniforms and delivery and they won't even pick up the phone or return an email !!! If I could given a negative score, I would have.

Mike and his staff are wonderful. They go above and beyond to offer out NHS South athletes great products at an affordable price. They take the time to make sure that the orders will look good and be something the kids want to continue to wear. If the athletes come in to work up a design they are given creative freedom and respect. The turn around time on the items is great as well. Cannot say enough good things about Educational Outfitters in Nashua.

Ruth is AMAZING! I have always had the worst luck with company apparel and Ruth and the entire staff made the process simple, easy and pain free! Ruth "NAILED IT" with the embroidered logo and even went so far as to make an extra proof (which I was more then happy to pay for) so I could be absolutely sure of my colors, design and spacing. Will never shop here again after my daughter’s experience. I was with her for the pickup and as we were going through the order, we had asked to make sure there were TWO pairs of pants and the girl had said “yes they are just folded together”. When we got home, there was ONE pair of pants in the bag. We are very frustrated.

I tasked Educational Outfitters with helping me to create my first run of company apparel, providing them a rough design of how I wanted the shirts to appear; what I received were uniforms for my guys that exceeded my expectations!! The fine tuning to the design was perfect, the customer service excellent, and I received them within a week. Can't ask for more than that!! Thanks Mike!

What service! Mike went out of his way, while he was travelling, to make sure that I received the item I was looking for in time for a conference I was attending. Not only that, but this was not your run of the mill promotional item; these were juggling balls! The logo impression came out perfectly and I am extremely satisfied. Thanks again Mike.

Told my order would be available in a week. When I called to check on it after a week they said it wouldn't be in for least another 2 weeks. Had they give me the correct information I never would have ordered from them. I now have only three days to scramble and find what I need for back to school.

Our logos have never cracked or peeled. Dio is very knowledgable in the screen printing process and has always worked hard to answer our questions and meet our apparel needs.

It is required by my school that we order our scrubs through Educational Outfitters. I went a few weeks ago with a friend to get sized. My friend and I had to go back into the store because I wasn’t charged the correct amount and my whole receipt and order was messed up. After a young girl fixed it, she said our bundles should be ready in two weeks or so. My friend, I was with when we were sized, got a call one week ago and was told she could pick up her items. I called this morning at 11am and was told I would get a call back in 10 minutes. I never received a call back, so I called again and it went straight to voicemail. It was around 1:10pm someone actually picked up the phone, and I was told there were other customers in the store they were taking care of and that they would call me back as soon as they could. After the money I spent here I thought the customer service would be a bit more helpful but I guess not. I’m still waiting for a call back and once I receive my bundle, I will never shop here again.

I couldn't be happier with the quality and quick turn around of the t-shirts and polos I ordered for my crews. The silk screening on the t-shirts looks great and Ruth was extremely helpful through the whole process including making recommendations on changing some colors to keep the cost down for me, not a service I typically experiance since it seems most places want to up sell on everything. The polos with embroidery for my sales guys look great and again Ruth was awesome when suggesting thread colors and combinations with polos. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and would encourage any business looking for a more professional look to stop by. They also have great examples on display for the school uniforms they do.

I was one of the procrastinator parents. I could not get there until school already started, as I was out of the country, But the owner was so nice she tried to helps us as much as she could. Everytime I go there she gave us the best service possible.I strongly recommend this store. God bless them!

Great high quality products. The customer service online is where they are lacking. I tried contacting them several times on there online chat about my order status and received no reply. However they did call me to confirm that i wanted a specific product - i ordered a men's lab coat and meant to order a women's. They actually caught it, called me, and changed my order. I really appreciated that they caught that.Bottom line, great company - needs work on their online chat/messaging system. I also was not notified when my order was completed. Minor flaws but overall would recommend this company to anyone.

I found the owner to be judgmental, rigid and lacking of compassion. I asked to return garments with full tags on, never worn, with proof of purchase and was told they don’t return anything with logos. Everything in the store has logos! The items could have easily been purchased by other families as there was a wall with the identically packaged garments. Unfortunate that she didn’t have more compassion for our circumstance, which we shared. However, in fairness, the clothing seemed to be high quality.

PLEASE PLEASE CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS.... I went here to purchase my uniform. The shirt was custom made as required by the school, but the pants were not so they were returnable. I returned my pants as I hated the style and after realizing that particular style wasn’t mandatory for the school. The lady at the front desk Dio Fernandez wasn’t too happy about me returning my unused still had tag on, pants I had purchased a week ago. According to the receipt I had 30days to return. She talked some smack did the return and that’s when I realized I had purchased the pants for $19.99 but was only refunded $14.99. I went back in and she said it was a glitch on the computer blah blah blah. She asked for my credit card again to refund the $5 she owed me.. she gave me a receipt that showed she refunded me the money but this crazy woman actually had charged my card an additional $5. When I saw this on my statement I called her and I let her know I was highly disappointed since she had no integrity and I wasn’t sure how many students she had ripped off.. she started apologizing and even offered to return more than what was owed to me. She returned the original $5 + the $5 she had lied to had refunded = $10. I didn’t want any discounts or any other offers from her. I was just really disappointed and disgraced by how she ran her business and wondered how many people don’t pay attention to detail and end up getting ripped off. It’s a damn shame to her! And I hope she learns what goes around comes around SHAME ON YOU!!!

I will never buy from Ed Outfitters again. Their sizes are ridiculously arbitrary. The women’s sizes run small and the men’s sizes are huge. I ordered a shirt in women’s and it was so small it ripped. After I told them this, they refused to give me any credit whatsoever for my ripped shirt. Like a fool, I then ordered a men’s size from them instead — and it’s humongous. Save your money—This place sucks. I will never go there again.

Ruth is great and her staff is accommodating. Parents have to realize August is a very busy month because school begins September 1st. If you wait until the very last minute and expect miracles, Shame on you parents.

Our school changed a component of the uniform this year that was unclear. Thankfuly to some parents clarified for me and wonderful people at this store stayed open well past closing for me to get what I needed!!! Highly recommend!

very disappointed with my experience today I called this morning to verify what time they open the answering machine said 10 AM so I drive 40 minutes away to get there .. now it’s 1010 and I’m at the door knocking as they’re not open for a good five minutes.. Then one of the employees open the door saying that they’re going to close today because they’re going to do maintenance mind you there’s no sign on the door there’s nothing so needless to say the owners/management has no idea how to run a business horrible so dissatisfied
