Very dirty and old looking store. All the products were scattered everywhere, really messy! They didn't have half of the Halloween costumes and sizes. Didn't have enough staff, and the ones they had at the registers were very rude and unhelpful! Wouldn't go there again!

For more than a year I've used then for my party supplies. Hoping they will improve but have now decided that they just won't. The complaint is they do not restock so inventory is always low and very limited. Customer service is ....... nobody knows anything. Employees are unfamiliar with inventory

BALLOONS!!! I'm upgrading my review as I just witnessed an interaction I thought not possible in retail. This completely super self entitled woman of a certain age came in FURIOUS she had to wait in line. Mind you the line was 1 person long. Lady was so condescending and I dare say was a wee bit self convinced that her daily constitutionals smelled of roses, rainbows and a fresh spring's day. Well the assistant manager was having none of it. Asked the lady to please take her balloons and kindly leave. Lady refused. Security was called. And kudos to the shopping centers rapid response bike security. He personally escorted little miss better than everyone ot the front door. This episode continues to give evidence that our species is not evolving toward improvement. We have removed the consequences allowing all, not just the fittest, to procreate and thrive. Stupid hurts less now than ever before, and I am positive that society as a whole will begin to feel the consequences of this trend, and i'm sure we won't like how that turns out. Have a great day everyone, be nice to each other. Having a bad day should never be sufficient reason to treat others with contempt and condescension.

Very poor service, rude staff and limited stock. I bought a balloon arrangement with the high float chemical so they last longer. They were on the floor in under 12 hours. Will never shop there again.

I only really go in here for the USPS in the back but to get there you have to walk by the staff and half the store. The staff have never acknowledged me when I come in or leave, the store is not organized that well, and they have this super creepy Hillary Clinton sign that stands in the middle of the aisle. Scares me every time.

Best part of this establishment is the satelite Post Office in the back of the store. If it weren't for that I would never set foot in there. As far as the selection goes for party supplies it is run of the mill nothing extra ordinary, and many times out of stock on a variety of items. I have asked to have items ordered several times with different employees, and basically was told that wasn't possible which is dissapointing. Many times there is a line waiting with only one cashier running, yet there are other employees milling around the cashier area. I don't know if that is due to only a single register, or just incompetence/disregard of customers time. I'm about as patient a customer as you will run into so if these aspects of how this business are run bother me I can only assume the majority of people who have experiences as I have never return. I know I will never attempt to purchase from there again. As I said earlier I will go there only if I have need of the post office section (which btw is always run fast, effeciently, and a pleasant person to deal with).

She has such a creative mind when it comes to decorations for any occasion.. Her ideas and thoughts are things I would never have thought of. Plus if there's a way to save a little here and little there, she will make it happen. You will def leave knowing you went to the right place for ALL party needs. Keep up the good work you guys. Ordered balloons a week ahead of time. Went to pick then up on party day and they hadn't even been started yet. Didn't have, or wouldn't give me trash bags to put the balloons in, so I could get them outside safely on a very windy day. Tried to charge more then the advertised price. Most of the balloons sank before the party was even over. I will never go to one of these stores again.

Worst customer service ever! Was told that they had 12 of an item in stock to drive 35 minutes there to find 2 on the shelves. When I talked to the women who I spoke with on the phone, she states, "I told you the computer told me I had 12, I didn't verify." super professional. No apology, no let me see if there are some in the back...nothing. I should've checked out these reviews prior to driving all the way out there. Ridiculous.

It looks like they're just giving up on themselves. There's a shredded up banner hanging by a nail out front, the sign is on it's way out and the aisles are half-stocked. That being said, if I needed balloons in a hurry or some streamers, etc. I'd stop by.

Kevin the manager of the store was the most unprofessional manager I ever met I purchased yesterday a plastic cups from them when I got home I didn't even open the package I sent through the plastic that it's all broken I went to exchange it today but they didn't exchange because I lost my receipt and he's accusing me that they don't have this item in the store which I did. . They can go back to their cameras or however they can find out that I did purchase from them unprofessional manager Kevin I will never go back to that store again it's ridiculous and stupid

This place is an absolute joke. The employees have no clue what customer service is. I rented a helium tank for my baby shower and was never given my $125 deposit back even though I was told i would get it back when i returned the tank, which I did. I had to dispute the charge with my bank. The employees here are clueless and rude.

Poorly stocked and over priced. You’re much better off going to any dollar store. I couldn’t even scrape together goody bags with this selection. $4.99 for a ping pong ball. They have to be going out of business. An 8 count of cheap plastic (and generic, they’re not even themed) loot bags are $9.99 - insane

I called to ask if they carried the long, thin, balloons, that can be used for balloon twisting, and they told me they had never heard of such a thing... I called around town, and every other large party supply store carries balloon-animal balloons. This is not an uncommon party supply item. So either this store has done a poor job training their employees, or they've done a poor job stocking their shelves. Either way, I was dissatisfied.

Can't say much for the actual store, but their small USPS shop (located deep in the back of the store - right side when entering) is great because there is not much on wait time. The staff there is laid back, but they get the job done (USPS portion of course). If you need to ship something without waiting in the main USPS store, go to their location.

Customer service sucks. Half of the items did not have prices. Only 2 registers and only one can take cash and one takes credit. They dont have a designated balloon ordering station so you will have to wait for people picking out balloons. The only reason I didn't leave is because I had a livingsocial voucher that could not be refunded.

Waited over 15 minutes for worker to return to help me get a costume to try. Then another almost 10 minutes to get the two costumes both of which were neither I wanted to try. Half the costumes were out of stock its the end of September, then they didnt have either of the two I asked for either.

If you call, do not have the phone close to your ear unless you want to hear the young lady who answers the phone chew her gum louder than a cow. Also I asked if she would be able to tell me how long the paper streamers are and she said she was not going to walk back there to check. Well thanks lady, you just lost another customer. Pretty soon the place will be shut down.

I had an interview with this place, it was open Interviews but I had called and was told to come down so when I got there like ten minutes before they opened I walked in the manager wasn't ready, OK fair enough they had just opened. I took the opportunity to use the bathroom to make sure I didn't look crazy. I leave the bathroom was told to wait for the manager on isle eight and that she would be with me in like five minutes I stood there for forty five minutes she finally came out and had me fill out a paper application the we proceeded to do the interview which I personally think went well until she told me that she was not in fact the hiring manager. So the interview concluded I left and about three or four days later she calls me back for a second interview with the store owner. I get there I'm told that he wasn't ready and that he was in a call with someone, so I go use the bathroom, then come out look around for about five minutes only to be told that he wasn't there that day and to call back and reschedule my interview. This place is a joke and management needs to be retrained.
