The manager is WONDERFUL. I did have an issue when I visited on Monday. One of the workers was rude. I put my purchase down and walked out. I know I could have asked for the manager and she would have taken care of it. This was a young woman and just doesn't know to talk with the Public. I will miss the shop, but I won't be back. I have spent thousands at this store. My last purchase was close to $500.00. I can go to the Kansas store, it's a drive bu occasionally I travel that way. LOL the woman saved me about $125. So I guess I should thank her.

A nice selection of clothing, and many are 40% off now, but what really impressed me today was the clerk there. She was very nice, helpful, and was very gracious in my returning an item of clothing without a receipt, that someone had given me, but didn't fit. I will be sure to buy there often again because of her.

I have lost weight and didn't know my undergarment size anymore. I tried clothes on in another store and became very discouraged when I realized without the right foundation wear nothing was going to look good. So my husband took me to Catherine's. Danette measured me, helped me find the right undergarments, helped me with trying on clothes, and had something shipped to my home when it wasn't in the store. She even called me a couple of weeks later to remind me of another sale. The next night, the manager greeted me like family, remembering how much more hopeful I felt after Danette helped me. I have forgotten her name, just this moment, but she helped me choose clothing, gave feedback, and figured best discounts for me. I will be going back. It's nice to feel like a friend and not "just a customer."

The folks here have always been super nice and they have good quality clothing. I can't say I've ever shown up after closing and demanded they open the store to process a return for me like a previous reviewer, but they're quite helpful if you ask for assistance with such things during business hours. I even had them offer me assistance with getting things returned and exchanged at the same price as the original purchase when there was something I'd gotten wrong with my online order.

I liked coming to store location. Lately staff has been somewhat unprofessional. Came in to pick up an online order, but wanted to shop a little in the store. I hadn't been there 5 minutes and was needing a question answered and all 3 staff disappeared to the back of store. Then when they returned they were in a personal conversation about home issues. Manager, I assume was leading this. Then she (manager) was very rude to a staff in front of me. Every question I had for staff at register was ended by manager. Even just conversations about weather. Left me wanting to pay and leave quickly. Manager was the biggest issue. Used to really like coming to this location for convenience.

It is located in a blighted shopping center. I arrived 1 minute past closing with only a return and 3 people just standing around and they refused me. What happened to the nice store at Ward Parkway. This one is terrible.
