VERY UNPROFESSIONAL .WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN!!!!!!.......I recently purchased balloons on August 14, 2016. I purchase 12 balloons with confetti to go in them and 4 weights to hold them down. On Sunday it was storming very badly in Memphis during the time. I took the balloons to my car and by the time I got in on the driver side and closed the door all of the balloons popped accept 3. Since I was in a rush and it was storming so bad I didn't go back into the store. I called the store on Winchester once I got to my destination to let them know what happen. The male employee inform me to just come back up there on Monday to get my money, because by the time I would have made back they would be close. I was told on Monday by another employee that the manager didn't want to refund me the money, but will give me a store credit. I also brought in the weights that I purchased with the strings still tied to them to show how they popped. I also left everything all over my car to prove they popped. I contact the manager on Tuesday morning being that I had not received a call and I left my number. I spoke with her and I feel like she had the nasty attitude and refuse to give me my money back for the balloons, but would for the weights. I feel like it is very unprofessional for me to not even leave from in front of the store and my balloons pop. If I would have knew it would be this big of an issue I would went back in the store that day. I honestly don't want a store credit that was offer, because I feel like if am going to be treat like that I will never purchase anything there again and will let my Job, family, and friends be aware of the poor customer service.
