The staff at Kinkades are just lovely and Keith, who is the owner, is just gifted in that he remembers everything the men in our family like to wear. Customer service was very good. The staff knew their products and demonstrated patience and professionalism. Good selection of beautiful ties and pocket squares. I bought 4 ties (reasonably priced). I believe the rating of 4 is presently appropriate since I am awaiting the arrival of their new sport coats, etc.
