Wonderful local place to shop. For Halloween or for dance or other events throughout the year if they don't have it they can usually get it for you and make suggestions. Really great staff!

This place is amazing. There are so many things to look at in this store. Always remember to look up cause there is product in thr rafters. It was totally worth almost 2hr drive to go an shop. I can't wait till August when they get their massive Halloween shipment in.

I went to look at their formal wear because I was told they had a good line of bridesmaid dresses and bridal gowns both for rent and buy. I figured it wouldn't hurt to look. When I asked the woman about getting them ordered possibly in another color, or extras of it ordered so the girls would have matching dresses, the woman told me that they were doing away with that department so there was no way possible. I left of course, having no real complaint other than the woman looked bothered that I even asked her such a question. My sister told me that was bull because someone she knew just ordered dresses there a week prior. I told her they must have just decided not to do it anymore then. Determined to get to the bottom of it, my sister went over to Josettes and called me as she was going in. When she got to the back, she asked a girl who sounded a bit younger about ordering dresses and such. She said it could be arranged. Basically, the older woman was just too bothered to fool with us and lied to me! I was disgusted over it and of course my sister demanded to speak to the manager and went off. When she told me the manager would gladly rectify the problem I told her to tell them they could forget it! I didn't want to deal with a place that had employees that were simply too bothered to assist me and would lie to me!

Me and my friends was treated very badly. I said a jacket was ugly and the lady came up to us being very hateful saying we was rude to her employe. All we said was a jacket was ugly. One out of 100!!! As we was being brought to the jackets they was picking on a guy because he was different. Horrible company I would not recommend anyone to shop there!!!!!!!!!!! You can tell they like the DRAMA!!!!

Any Bad review must be the reviewer, probably a competitor! The staff was extremely helpful, and guided my wife and myself all over the store. Answered all of our questions and gave suggestions. we rented a costume and it fit perfect and was reasonably priced. It was a big hit at the Halloween party we attended. They serve the whole country. I been to a lot of costume stores, and this is a warehouse and is the cat's meow! thanks , Godfrey Meyer. I will return.

Any costume or fabric you could possibly want. These are real deal costumes that have real deal prices!! So expect to pay, but there are also really good deals to help you out. As well as being able to rent! Very cool atmosphere. A little tv with Zoolander playing in the background completed the vibe for me and my friends.

I live 2 1/2 hours away and any time I am in the area enjoy browsing around. I usually buy something because is fun and can't buy where I live. I found this place by accident, so not easily noticed from the street. They have a great selection of costumes and fabric. The store doesn't look very inviting when viewed from the parking lot. Looks small and really doesn't let you know what they sell. All I saw when I pulled up was costumes. If you need a costume and don't know what you want you should have some good ideas when you get there. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Fun store.
