Went there to get shoes and the customer service was not good. The lady didn’t care about our needs and was irresponsible with her position of employment. There was a mistake with the purchase and there was little to no concern. What was a simple trip to get shoes turned into a nightmare.

This was the biggest Free People shop I have ever been to. Even though I didn't make a purchase, the staff were very nice and helpful. I wish FP had a store this large in Tampa.
