General manager of the store is crazy. Store is not wheelchair friendly staff is not good at what they do. Clothing falls apart. Would not work there or shop there there are better stores in Kalispell. Then this place

When I enter the store there are too many Associates bothering me. You cannot shop or try on clothing without someone being right on top of you I do not enjoy a shopping experience of that nature. Therefore I do not recommend this store. Some of their clothing may be pretty but you can't find it with him bothering you.

I used to shop here often, for office attire, Xmas party gowns & it all worked out. But... EVERYtime I bought jeans from here, the zipper would break or buttons would fall off. I am 100% serious & honest it took me about 10 pairs of jeans to learn my lesson. On the hand, if your a plus size shopper this would be a good place for you to shop. Half the store is plus size.

I love the store and the employees. This is the ONLY place I go to buy my clothes. It has a great atmosphere and everyone is so helpful here. If you haven't tried it...you need to!

I enjoyed shopping last Wednesday. The two sales clerks were very helpful - they made sure I received the discounts. They made suggestions. I was adding to my work wardrobe with " dress casual". They were very kind & helpful. The store is clean and inviting. The entire plaza is very well kept. I'll stop here again in my travels.

My mother was shopping and wasn’t aware of the closing time. She went to check out her items two minutes before they closed. The cashier told her she couldn’t buy her items , because she had already closed her register. She left without purchasing anything. Waist of her time. Hire better employees. I’ve worked in retail and know she was being lazy.

There were only 2 people working on a Saturday and it was quite busy. Then the lady walked by the checkout without helping me so it made me upset that i was ready to spend my money and she didn’t care. I hope the place is staffed with someone consistently behind the counter for checkout purposes. It just makes sense!

Usually I would give 5 stars, but the styles are not for the working women anymore. The styles are getting to childish. Too expensive for low grade fabrics they are starting to incorporate. I can go to The Loft for crappy clothing.

'Laurie' who refers to herself as the store manager..which I found to be untrue after contacting her superiors ...was an absolute mess to deal with. Rude...arrogant..and just plain unfriendly. My husband took me dress shopping to the store of my choosing. And we got into Hickory and we seen DressBarn. So we decided to try this store first! And I’m so happy and glad that we did!!!! One stop for a dress! We didn’t have to go around from store to store. This one had the perfect the dress! And dresses that my husband liked on me also! I don’t remember the woman name, but I’m sure she works afternoons and closing times. She was amazing. She helped me to find my size in a little bit of every kind of dress they sold here. And that can be hard to do in most stores, simply because I am so short and small. But she managed to find all kinds of dresses that would fit me perfect. And she was very friendly the entire visit to this store. She even checked up on me while in the dressing room since she already knew my size, and asked if she could bring me any other dress to try on for my size! She was super friendly and very professional!!! I enjoyed my visit very much!

My wife Sarah was looking for a dress to wear to a wedding. Since she is only 5' tall, many dresses don't look good or fit right. She told Jennifer what wanted and Jennifer found her a bunch of options to try - many of which Sarah never would have picked out herself. She ended up having to choose between 2 she really liked. Great Customer service, friendly people. Knew what would look good on her. Sarah won't hesitate to go back. Thank you for a great dress shopping experience!

If I could give it less than one star I would. The manager is horrific, bullies her teenage employees, bans people from the store that she had never met. Jeanie thinks that bullying is the best form of management and threatens employees if the aren't able to come in on their scheduled days off. I will never recommend shopping here and have reported her to cooperate

This is the 4th time I tried to shop at this location. But honestly even though the store is clean, well organized the staff honestly the least helpful team I’ve ever encountered. I had to run around the store myself to get different sizes, and I was the only customer in the store. I asked for help on the shirt I was looking for, the staff member didn’t even bother to look. Honestly, all 3 of them were hanging around the cash talking about lunch breaks, and gossiping not one came to check on me or offered help seeing me looking for another size. This has been a very common theme at this location over the past visits as well.

I had a fabulous experience at Dressbarn today. The sales lady, Christy, was wonderfully helpful. She told me when things looked good or did not look good and kept finding more things for me to try on. I finished with a pair of jeans and three shirts as well as 5 pair of earrings. The other lady working with her also assisted with locating earrings that would match the clothes. Today was one of the nicest experiences I've had at the store.

The dress Barn has the best clothes in all sizes. I have loved everything that I have purchased from this store. Unfortunately this was my last visit ever as they are closing their doors. If you get a chance to go before they close in Dec, this store is deffinately worth the visit.
