Extremely unhelpful staff. They had a BOGO 50% off sale, but when they rang me up, they charged me for the two most expensive items and discounted a few bucks off the cheapest item. Also, there was a sale that said all metallic items 25% off, but when I grabbed a metallic jacket off of the rack that said 25% off, they charged me full price and said it doesn't count because it's halloween apparel. Unfortunately, I didn't notice these mistakes until after I had signed the receipt and they didn't offer to adjust the prices or help with anything. Even when I explained what had happened and that I should have paid $10-15 less, they just said "oh". Very poor customer service...

Would not go here again. Service is sub-par and selection is heavily skewed to the 16-24 age group. If looking for a place to thrift shop, there are many other options in the Twin Cities that will provide you with a better experience. If you are already in Rosedale Shopping Center and want to kill some time, this is a fine place. However, if you are looking for a true thrift experience, do not go here.

When this store was located outside of the Rosedale mall, in its own strip mall by Harmar, it was a great store and I always found what I was looking for. Recently, they moved to inside the Rosedale mall and it is all bad. No tank tops and that's what I drove out to Ragstock for and the store in general looked sad and could use better lighting and more color.

I called once thinking you guys had boxes of rags for sale for my gallery. I was wrong and felt ashamed of myself. A few weeks later I went in and bought some clothes and I was blown away by the fantastic sales crew. They were very helpful and they didn't judge me by my appearance which was awfully considerate. I bought some beautiful flannels and dashing jeans. 5/5.

I feel sorry for the employee who was spoken to so rudely by his manager today! I was shopping for ZPC And was shocked by the way the manager spoke to her employee. It was very unbecoming of a store manager to speak that way to her employees. Maybe she needs to be reminded of how to speak to others!
