I love this place!! It's the only Halloween store I know that's open year round. The staff is really friendly and they go the extra mile just to help you find something you like. They also have a great variety of costumes and all kinds of cool stuff.

Overall interesting store. Had a decent variety of special effects makeup and a large variety of costumes. The costumes are a bit more spendy overall though than I would've hoped. They also sell wigs, contact lenses, Halloween decorations, masks, corsets, essential oils and diffusers, himilayan salt lamps, stones, and natural perfumes.

The employees were friendly and super helpful! And the selection is amazing! I'm in love with this place, and will definitely be returning in the future, even though I live 90min away. The prices are affordable and well worth the quality, and there is changing rooms to try things on! My fiance and I spent nearly 2 hours just looking at all of the cool things they have. They have an excellent selection, but the aisles are very crowded (can kinda get claustrophobic in there) and their prices are a little high. Service is hit or miss; if you go around Halloween, you'll probably get a grumpy temp, but the rest of the year people are very nice and friendly.

I purchased the Good Guy doll from this place. Because the item was $500, the staff was extremely helpful when purchasing and storing the item in my vehicle. They offered to hold the front door open and to carry the Good Guy box for me. They went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you again

They have a lot of custumes!! They watch you like a hawk like & treat all like a thief. They told me to pls not take offense as they have issues. But pls lady who treated me as such, back off!!! Get to know to read some customers!! This is really the thing that irritated me!!!! Custumes run really on small size!!! Not their fault as they don't make them but be forewarned.

This is my to go spot if I needed any type of coustume for all seasons, for theme parties that I need to be at the last minute. Sure the employee's follow you like a hawk and makes it feel creepy and guilty feeling. Lol but I understand why, they don't want any valuable stuff stolen. One of the employees insisted my sister take whatever she stole out her purse and when she showed them she didn’t have anything is her purse didn’t apologize or nothing just said we have to watch our store . There was parts missing from the costume and I asked about it and i couldn't get any help at all. Last time coming for sure. bad service.

Selection of costumes is great. However, having a 20 minute conversation with a customer after she has made her purchase and leaving someone just standing there waiting in line is awkward. I've worked in retail, I know how it goes sometimes with really chatty people, but when you only have one register, PLEASE have some awareness. Other than that, cool shop. I'll probably definitely come back as I'm a pretty forgiving dude, although my taste has been bittered.

A fun place for all your weird costume and decoration needs. This place has excellent customer service, and they always have at least one option for all the odd products I ask them for. Also, I work in theatre, and having access to a halloween style store year round is really awesome. First time I went here it was April and I needed 2 severed legs. The guy at the front walked me had a box full of them in the back. Don't know anywhere else where that is true in the East metro. Check it out, you won't be disappointed.
