Wonderful experience! The customer service at this store is incredible! As soon as I walked in, employees were welcoming me and making me feel right at home. They were very helpful with satisfying my specific look that I had in mind. I was extremely comfortable with the look I choose because upon picking up my suit, they had me try it on before I left and any alteration I requested was made right on the spot! The prices are great and again, the customer service was outstanding. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for their formal wear!

This place is great. All the employees were helpful, and knowledgeable. Due to unforseen circumstances, I returned a tux that I rented a week late. They were understanding, and waved the late fee. I had a great experience, and plan to be a returning customer.

Don't use this company they are horrible. Messed up our tux's which was not the end of the world but their limos are dirty and ripped carpets (the one we were in) word of advice inspect their vehicles before you rent and before you get in..cause if your forced to use their vehicle and it arrives crappy like i am sure it will they will NOT fix it in any way unless you refuse their service and thus leaving you with out a vehicle on your special day...my advice...book else where!

We used Russo Tux for both my son's proms and couldn't be happier with the service, selection and reasonable rates. They looked amazing!! So convenient and love that everything is in stock as we were able to make a vest/tie color change at the last minute when one of the dates changed her dress color. While I was there, I fell in love with the perfect dress for my nephew's wedding. Amazing selection and service. Big thumbs up!!

Russo’s is the spot to get your tux! I went there to get a tux for both junior and senior prom and the service was excellent, people are great, and both tuxes looked super sharp. Next time I need a tux I will definitely be going back to Russo’s. 10/10 would recommend for everybody.

Visited for a Communion suit. The place was very busy. The clerks barely gave us the time of day. Only one option for the suit. The suit jackets were dingy and threadbare. Returned suits were laying in piles on the floor.

Don't even bother looking anywhere else. Russo's Tux is the only place you need to stop at to get your Tux /suits for your wedding /event! I personally worked with JoAnn G, and can say it was the easiest and most pleasant experience I've ever had renting anything! She helped me and my groomsmen find the perfect tuxes for our event without breaking the budget. In fact, she gave us an amazing deal and I've since told everyone I know to come shop over there. You will not be disappointed.

I spoke with Mike on the phone a month before the wedding to coordinate the scheduled pick up of my limo. I called and confirmed with them three times, twice with Mike and a third time with the girl on the phone three days before that it was to be a WHITE limo for a wedding. Lo and behold the wedding day comes and a black limo is pulling up to my apt. The limo driver said it wasn't in his notes to have a white limo. I don't understand why anyone would think its okay to have a black limo for a wedding and it was unpleasant for me to have to confront this issue on my wedding day . The inside of the limo was dirty and had spots on the carpet. I am disappointed in this level of customer service and Russos inability to follow through. Its been two weeks and no one has called me back with what happened...

I've used Russo's several times now both for business and personal and I can't say enough about them! I always request Kevin and he is just so friendly! Wouldn't use anyone else!!! I've used them for my office Christmas parties several times now and I recently took my grandkids to see the Wizard of Oz and surprised everyone with a limo. The kids got the biggest kick out of it and Kevin was such a great sport to take them to McDonalds first for lunch! They're the BEST!

Worst experience ever!!! Would never recommend anyone to rent or buy a tux from here. The staff was unprofessional, not helpful at all. 5 tuxedos rent all of them either stunk like body odor or had noticeable holes in the pants an jackets. The gentleman sizing everyone had no idea what he was doing. Either the pants were to tight on us or the vest was too noticeably small. Come on this is your profession take some pride in your job. Awful will never go back there!!!
