Beautiful place with hundreds of different selections. Easy to find what I want and staff is eager to help. A little to eager I might add. I had been browsing dresses for my Sweet 15 and they all tried to get me to stop trying on the dresses on the rack to "narrow down what I want" by looking in the book. I dont know about other people but I cant make a decision by looking at pictures in a book. Ended up leaving early so I wont be forced to look at the books.

I bought my prom dress from here last year and loved it. Even had my alterations done by them. Went back today to look for this year's prom and it was a complete disaster. I went on to their website beforehand and found something I loved. Showed it to them and they brought me dresses upon dresses that looked nothing like I actually wanted. Inside their dressing rooms, they have photos of pictures they supposedly sell. I asked multiple times to try on the ones they were advertising and they kept bringing me dresses that didn't look like the ones I asked for at all. If they don't have the dresses they have photos of all over their walls, first they should take those photos down, and second they should not pretend they are going to get them when they don't actually have them! I also repeatedly told the lady that I didn't want anything with chunky sequins on them and she INSISTED that I keep trying on dresses that had chunky sequins. She didn't care about what kind of dress I wanted she just wanted to sell some hideous dress to me. They also insist that they get new stuff everyday, but I saw some of the same exact dresses there today that I did this time last year. I tried to be nice but I eventually left.

1. You need to dig through these tiny walkways that are too full with dresses and try to find a dress while digging them out. 2. but I noticed that after the first time I'm in the dressing room they are more than happy to find a specific style for you or a dress similar to the one that you have on. 4. Also, their dressing rooms suck really bad, yes you get a door and a room to yourself but some of them don't have mirrors or even hangers besides a couple for the dresses you're trying on. They smell like feet too. 3. So overall their customer service is pretty good, but for the amount of business they have during prom season their store isn't nearly big enough.

The shop has a great selection and prices are pretty good, except the staff. Very rude, ignorant, and judgemental. I felt very uncomfortable around them, and when I went to change they would stop talking to each other and go silent when I entered the room. Not a very good experience.

Make A long story short I had to go back twice once because when I walked out the door my crown was broke and another for some dresses. But when I went back I was talking to Tammy she tells me I have to talk to the owner. Then some little tinny bopper comes in saying she's the owner and she's not going to help me that's just money I lost. So I called the Better Business Bureau and they told me that Tammy Tuyen is the manger. So I'll be so you ladies in court.

Customer service is, quite honestly, abysmal. Ordered a dress a month ago and got it easily enough. When I came back for quick alterations, maybe a couple of days before prom (we paid for the quick service mind you) they told me they would be done with the alterations at a specific time. Let's just say they were not done at that specific time. Try about... three hours later than told? This proved to be a huge problem for our schedules. Then, when you raise complaints to them, they will laugh at you and treat you like a child. If you pay for a service, there is absolutely no reason for you to be treated this way. It's obvious that they just don't care about the fact that you're not only a paying customer, but an actual person right in front of them. It doesn't stop at the customer service. The alterations were poorly done and inaccurate to how we wanted them to be done a few days prior. It's unfortunate that we only found this out the day of prom. We felt powerless and used beyond belief at this point, as the dress could barely be put on and worn properly. We fixed the dress ourselves (shabbily, but there wasn't much to be done in such a short window of time) and unfortunately, had to show up to prom late as a result. The dress itself was beautiful, and the store had many to choose from... it's just unfortunate that these are the people who are owning and selling them.

Incredibly disappointed with the quality of the gown we purchased. Were told it would be cleaned when we picked it up. It wasn't. Appeared to have a couple of "pulls" in the material which were not there prior to alterations. We were told that we should never have expected it to be perfect because it was on clearance. Lovely. Strongly recommend going elsewhere.

Absolutely awful. I called and asked days before if they had a dress in a certain style number and size and she told me they for sure had it she knew we were driving an hour to come here!!! I showed up this morning and I ask for the dress I put on hold and they give me a dress that looks nowhere close to the one I asked to put on hold AND it was a size 6 the lady on the phone assured me it was a 0 obviously just trying to get me in there and make a sale the lady in the store told me that It was a mistake no it was a LIE she knew they didn't have the one I was searching for!! walked out didn't even try on all dresses were cheap go to the north shore or Fall River for good service and amazing dresses WASTE OF TIME stay away

This place is the worstttttt everrrr. My wife did a layaway over the phone and gave a down payment, days later my daughter decided not to do the sweet sixteen so we go back and they indicated that they could not give us back the layaway down payment 103.00 dollars. They did not at anytime give us over the phone the policy. We even said that we would take a cut and not even that. Bad service really bad we did buy a prom dress 400+ for our oldest daughter on that one they were super nice very helpful but when it came down to this it was like if the devil had came out. Stay away from this place give money no problem but to refund wow what a hastle

I took my daughter shopping for her junior prom over the weekend. This was our first stop and it was a wonderful experience. The customer service was great. They helped her pick out dresses and assisted her as she was trying them on. We bought a dress right then and there! I highly recommend this store. One thing I really like is one of the worker told me, for prom Qlook keeps track of what they sell so they don't sell duplicates to the same prom.

When I went there the ladies were glad to help! They helped put dresses in my dressing room when they noticed I was carrying dresses. They were extremely posisitive and made me feel beautiful in the dress. When I stood in the mirror on the pedestal I felt amazing and I was astounded. I loved my dress and it fit me perfectly! They also asked for my school to ensure nobody from my school could have the same dress for me for prom! I would totally go back for homecoming or prom again!

I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy!! EXTREMELY disorganized to say the least! The first time i was there, i received no help at all... i found a beautiful dress and ordered through them and get alterations through them... BIG MISTAKE! after getting the "your dress is ready" phone call, i went there all excited, tried on my dress, and the alterations wasn't even TOUCHED! now with only two days left until prom, they told me it would be ready the next day. i went back the next day and it was the same thing! no alterations were done to it at all! i was there from 6pm to 11 waiting for them to finish my dress!!! I wasn't the only one, there were about 8 other girls with the same problem!!! we found the people who work here in nonstop lies! not to mention, all the girls that stayed to get their dresses until 11, their dresses were completely ruined!! the worst part about it was, Q-Look refused to give anybody money back, no discounts, or free alterations even though THEY'RE the ones who messed up. absolutely horrible experience every time i stepped foot into that store. DO NOT GO HERE!

I passed by the store every week and I always saw beautiful dresses in the window! Finally the day came and I needed a wedding dress! We want to support local businesses and passing by, I've always wanted to go in! The first visit was a little rough, however we didn't have an appointment but they let me try on dresses anyway. When we came for my actual appointment, it was MUCH better. I was still a bit upset because I sent them a list, as requested, of dresses I would like to try on. Upon arriving, they maybe had 1...2 if the dresses pulled. The other dresses they didn't have so we had to wait for them to get them from their new store across the street. After trying on several dresses, the owner Tammy said "I've got a dress for you." She left and gave me a dress I wouldnt even looked twice at. Low and behold, that's the dress I got!! They were super supportive, helped me with the dresses, gave suggestions and their opinions... They were awesome! They then moved to a new store, basically, right across the street. It is MUCH easier to find and it is quite large with lots of space! It's nice and bright with plenty of dressing rooms, quite a step up from their modest first location. Highly recommended, especially if Tammy is there! Quick update, I also got my alterations done there and they were PERFECT! The only issue was we waited about 45 minutes until I was able to try on my dress for the final fitting. However I do kind of understand because they were busy but at the same time, we had an appointment.... Anyway again after a bit of a rough start, the appointment went great! Tammy made sure I could walk, dance, and checked everything twice over to make sure it was all set. They also agreed to hold on to my dress till whenever I wanted to pick it up before the wedding, steaming it before it went off. Still HIGHLY recommend them! Just have to be a bit patient at times but all good things comes to those who wait...

beautiful dress store. the workers were very helpful. i came to buy a mother of the bride dress and bought one at the first visit. qlook bridal does alterations too and i think their prices were very reasonable for both their dresses and their tailoring costs. i highly recommend the store for anyone who wants to shop for fancier formalwear than just shopping at the mall.

I do NOT recommend!! I put a down payment on my dress and went back a month later to pay it fully off and pick up my dress and some how the dress went MISSING and they had to make me wait for them to order a new one. Then when I went to pick up my dress, a worker didn't write the receipt correctly and they accused me of owing them money still. There dress selection sucks also, none of the dresses they have online is in the store. The workers don't know what there doing at all. I walked in and received no help my first time going in.

My experienced at Q-Look Bridal went amazingly! I went in during the summertime to find a wedding gown for next May and the customer service was great. They were super nice and I feel as though they were giving me their honest opinions instead of just making stuff up to get me to buy the dress. They did not pressure me into buying anything that day. I came back 3 weeks later and bought the dress of my dreams. I definitely recommend this place!

As of right now, my review is 2 stars. The store does have a lot of dresses. More than most stores. However, after a nice sales person helped my daughter, we found the right dress, got the correct measurements, and had to order the correct size. We were told it would be about 2 weeks, and since we live 2 hours away, they could ship it to us for a fee. No problem. Paid the fee, and waited. We waited another week and a half. Still no dress. Called the store a week ago and asked for the manager. She said, "Oh yes, the dress is in a box. We can ship it to you tomorrow (Friday.)" It's now a week later, and we still have no dress. I've called 3 times today and no one is answering their phone. When they do answer the phone, it sounds absolutely chaotic and no one can answer any questions without putting you on hold 5-10 times. I've worked with MANY small to very large retail stores in the last 25+ years. I've never experienced this amount of trouble or "run around". I will update when/if we get the dress. Prom is 3 weeks away. We never ever thought we'd be scrambling to find a different dress somewhere else.

I bought my wedding dress over the weekend with my sister. We had a wonderful experience with Tammy, Shaila and Kim. They were all so helpful when fitting us. The place is very spacious and there was a large selection of dresses for just about every occasion. The prices were really reasonable for the types of styles I wanted which was a ballgown/cinderella cut with lace and beadings. I am coming back to do invitations with QLook as well.

Great dress selection, they also sell much more than dresses they sell shoes, jewelry, bras, etc. They sell a large range of sizes. Getting dress alterations is a quick and easy process. My particular dress was a little pricey, but it was well worth it. They staff is helpful and friendly. Great place for prom dresses and wedding dresses, i believe they rent or sell tuxes as well, but i'm not so sure about that part.

I took my daughter to buy her dress for Subscription, which is a fancy dinner for the schools in our district. We had an amazing experience there. The employees were so nice and cheerful. They pulled dresses our for my daughter which made the process a lot easier on us because qlook has a very large selection of dresses. The tailoring was also stress-free. We came back for the hem and it was done perfectly. I am very happy with the service. My daughter has already recommended her friends to shop here also. We will definitely be back for prom next year!

DO NOT GO. TLDR at bottom. I went in with my mother looking to check out their selection of flower girl dresses about 2 hours before closing. It took a while for any of the workers to greet us, even though 2 of them were there saw us and we were just waiting to be assisted. When we were finally greated and asked what we were looking for we were lead to the "back" which is a very large freezing cold warehouse, through a metal fire door where the racks are so close together you have to squeeze and dig to get to anything. It isnt at all clearly labeled so you can't tell where one section ends and another begins. The woman lead us in and basically said "this is the area some are long some are shorter take pictures of the tag if you see something you like" then left us there ALONE with only 1 strip of lights on so we needed to use the flashlight on our phone to really see anything and most of the room was still in total darkness. While we were looking nobody came to check in on us or help us in any way. Though at least 2 people came to the area only 1 interacted with us, and that was to yell out "Anybody in here?" As she was about to shut off the light and close the door. And when we responded she just left. The second woman who I presume was cleaning CLOSED THE DOOR ON US, and while yes she reopened it, she closed us in a cold dark warehouse and said nothing. I took photos of a few dress tags, for those that even had one, and returned to the front desk to ask some questions about whether or not they could come in other colors and make sure the sizes were available, and the woman there seemed annoyed that we existed as she couldn't even be bothered to ask us if we found what we were looking for, and in fact tried to talk to us directly as little as possible. At this point the customer service I received was not relayed to me from the woman I asked and was less than 6 feet away from, but from her to another woman, who had already mentioned that she didn't know much about the flower girl dresses, and then to me. No there was no language barrier as I could hear the woman quietly telling the information to the second woman to tell to me. Most of the dresses were discontinued so what they had was what they had, though they were mixed together with the ones that are not and are in no way labeled. Which would have been nice to know before I spent half an hour digging in the cold with a flashlight. Oh and the whole place just sort of smells. And most of the dresses you see on their website are not in the store, and the ones that are may be of the ONLY 1 they have so be prepared to not have different sizing options. TLDR: The worst customer service I've ever had. Me potentially giving them my money was not worth them turning on the lights, it's cold, with unfriendly seemingly unknowledgeable staff, disorganized and smells dirty.

just imagine your sisters prom day is here , you have an appointment for final fitting at 10:15 the morning of , and find out your dress is still being altered once arriving. Now at that moment i was understanding , eventhough i felt a heads up that the dress wasnt finished would have been awesome. When i finally got it , it wasnt steamed , so i said ill go to work and come back in an hour. I came back 3 hours later , to find my sisters dress still UNTOUCHED ! I was told it would be 15 minutes , mind you i left my dress 3 hours ago just for a steaming. So basically my sister will be wearing a gorgeous, wrinkled dress to her prom ! I feel theyre too understaffed for prom season! People go to dressshops for very important occasions , so to find that these mistakes are being made so close to a deadline is unsettling ! HIRE MORE STAFFFFFF !! !!!!!!! UPDATEEEEEEEEEE !!!!!!!!! I took it home unsteamed .. as i began to zip my sister up , it busted at the first FRAGILE try ! but the kicker was when the " assistant " ( who happened to be the manager but lied ) said NO REFUND ON THE ALTERATIONS ! ( mind you i didnt ask for a full refund on the dress , just the alerations ) now as a business woman it is KEY for me to compensate when i am at fault, especially when someone spends their hard earned money ... just nice to know a Bridal/Prom business would take such a thing so lightly when they supply for such important occasions , so safe to say my sister was an hr/half late for prom thanks to them .OH let me not forget the employee that thought it was comical .. just disgusted ! Think TWICE !
