I came here soon after moving to Boston and couldn't help but laugh the whole way through the store because of the clothing and prices. These are my type of clothes with really cheap prices. It was like everything I used to try to find at high end stores when I was living in L.A. but everything is just a few dollars. Now I don't have to worry about making shorts last until next year, I can just buy a new pair for $8 lol. Everything fits me perfectly and looks nice. It's such a funny store.

Normally I have liked this store but was a bit ticked off when they wouldn't even give us store credit for returning items which were gifted to us for our newborn which he had unfortunately already outgrown by the time we got to them. Our plan was to get store credit for these brand new, never worn clothes with tags still on them, purchased at Primark and update to bigger sizes, pay the difference, etc. We'll go somewhere else in the future and recommend others to as well.

I'm not a big clothes shopper but have to say this place has great clothes and at good prices. Staff and very friendly and look like they enjoy working there.... But be prepared to wait in line as there never seems to be enough cashiers at the till

Solid place with cheap clothes of varying quality. I'm a big guy so the sizes run about 2 to 3 sizes smaller than normal. Great place for folks of a slimmer build. FYI the mirrors WILL make you look fatter. Don't trust them!

It's a huge store right in downtown Boston. There's 4 floors. And they have a great selection of clothes. But pathetic staff. They will not help you at all to find stuff. They won't get you a different size if you ask them to. To be honest, I just visit this store because it offers cheap clothes. Checkout lines are huge and you'll easily spend 20 minutes in the checkout line if you go on a Sunday or Saturday.

This store has pretty much become the place I buy clothing from. It's an old style department store but with clean and well organized sections for the entire family. Plenty of options and best of all unlike online ordering you can look and try on before buying. The clothing is affordable and of decent quality but don't expect it to last for years.

What a awesome shop got all my souvenirs for my family abroad . Heap for the whole family to choose from. If your a tourist I recommend coming here for souvenirs as that's what I did they had Boston t-shirts for only $4 and that's the price all the time. The store is very big.

The best place to shop for clothes. Great value for money. This store also provides USB port slots where you can plug in your charging cable and charge your phone. A pretty useful feature to ensure that low battery does not restrict your shopping.

Ok...very difficult to give a rating for today's experience. I was so impressed by the prices there. Yes, I realized that we are not talking about top notch quality. But at the rate styles change, I'm going to stop wearing an item whether it is worn out or unfashionable...so why spend a lot of money either way? Nice looking dress shoes for $18.00? Where are you going to find THAT? My lower rating was due to the escalator being out of order with no signs directing you to alternate routes of escape. We were all waiting multiple turns to use the crowded elevator. I and another gentleman were of the same mindset: what if there is a fire! Not cool. We asked a hard to find associate where another set of stairs were in the building and were escorted to another escalator. Granted, in case of fire, I am healthy enough to jump the barrier and make my way down the broken escalator. I just think direction to alternative sources of egress should be given. Ok, I'm stepping off my soapbox now.

A confusing experience. The escalators and store layout seem designed to purposefully push you through row after row of colorful items that you didn't know you needed until you looked at the price tag and saw that it was only $6. And you wonder, for a moment, how it is that they are able to offer these goods at this price point. You suspect the quality is bad, but really, it's not. That's not to imply it's great, but you know what? It's better than it deserves to be. And you carry your spoils through the store, strangely confident that you've gotten a good deal. If I had a complaint, it would be that once you have made a purchase, getting out is like wandering through the Minotaur's labyrinth. As you tread cautiously through the narrow aisles looking for the exit, you may find yourself plagued by the belief that maybe, just maybe, minotaurs are real and one is close behind. At this point it becomes a race - find the exit or be trampled. Most survive. You hold on to that feeling until you dare step foot in the store again and you buy eight pairs of jeans because they're only $12 and minotaurs are fictional, right?

Cheap basic clothes. Great if you need a specific colored t-shirt or a pair of gloves in a pinch. Some of the stuff is more fashionable, and still inexpensive, but you do get what you pay for and the clothes don't hold up for more than a season or two.

This is an amazing shopping arcade, I loved it. The things here are very inexpensive and apt for the price. There prices are already less and the sale on top reduces them to meger dollars. I got tops ranging from $5-$6, sweatshirt for men for $7, handbag for $5 and small clutches for $2.

These guys have got a ton of stuff, all of it is really cheap! The only drawback to the things there that I know of, is that the articles you get there aren't necessarily the most durable. But they are low priced enough to make replacing things easily done, so I think it balanced out in the end!

Primark Boston seems to have anything and everything you need. Clothes, travel goods, shoes and some home decor at very good prices. I love the sign "Hello Boston" at their entrance. To a visitor this is the most welcoming one could offer. Is a chain of shops, but this branch stranded out as central, competitive prices (as Macy's next door). One bar was the enormous queue to pay for your goods.

Horrible customer service. I shop here very rarely, but every time the CS is just shocking. Aside from the sales associates treating you as if you are doing a huge favor by shopping there, they don’t burden themselves with basic communication skills. To a question “is this returnable, If not used nor opened?”, apparently an acceptable answer is “umm.. I dunno, that’s a weird question”. This is one of the examples. Bottom line, sales associate could benefit from a little customer oriented training.

Best store ever! Love how the whole setup is especially when returns and exchanges is separate from regular purchasing. You can easily purchase your products at any floor. Wide selection on clothes from babies to adults. They even have stuff for your home. If I could I would be here every week shopping. Not only the prices but the quality is superb. I love this place! Always heard of the big Primark stores in the UK and was happy to have the first Primark shop in the US open in Boston. They have so many nice things at super affordable prices. I still have a number of clothing items I bought from them in 2015/2016. I also love the Home department. So many cute things to make your house a really nice home. Highly recommend!

The shop have a variety of selection of fashionable clothing from the latest trend to swim wear, lingerie, sleep, make-up, everyday wear, men, children, shoes, basic wear, and home. I'm sure I'm missing something else but I'm sure primark got it. The quality of the clothing is not bad if you support sweatshop. The pricing is concerning such as how they are able to keep it such a low price. Makes you wonder if these garments are ethically sourced or not.

This is the IKEA to cheap, fast fashion. You can find every single type of product you need in this huge store with an endless selection. That being said, you get what you pay for. The tradeoff for their low prices is that their clothes are simply not cut well and tend to be ill-fitting and don't always last a long time. The employees also clearly hate their job despite their shirts that say "I love primark". This store is quite useful to college students that dominate the surrounding area. If you are a student from a relatively warm area, I would recommend coming here to stock up on sweaters, rainboots and jackets if you don't want to spend too much on updating your wardrobe. They also have furnishings and products for the home if you need anything simple for your apartment/dorm room.

Was my favorite store in UK, so I was ecstatic to find it in Boston. You can get pretty nice clothing, shoes, accessories or makeup for really good prices. It's a big shop (3 or 4 levels) and definitely worth checking out for fast fashion style things.

They are cheap. Very cheap. And for the price? I think their stuff is good. I have a few shirts I bought here and I am still using it frequently for months. Me likey. I dont think the shoes here are good tho. They are cheap but I feel like they will hurt your feet or smth.

Cheap clothes and accessories z emphasis on cheap. A bag I bought here broke after a few days but they accepted it back for refund no problem. Good selection but expect to wait awhile in line. It's near the downtown crossing T stop so fairly accessible. The doors are awfully heavy though and I don't remember there being an automatic door opener button.

I love Primark. Since it's opening, it's been a staple for my shopping needs. It's super inexpensive and chic. They have children's, men's, women's, housewares, and tons of random in-between items like batteries and face wipes, makeup, etc.. The merchandise has a rapid turnover, so exchanges are unlikely if something doesn't fit or work out, so make sure you try it on or are willing to return in full. I love going in there every few days to see all the new styles, and what new Harry Potter products they have out

It's cheap and works if you emergency need a shirt or whatever...at the register instead of candy they have shoelaces and girls disposable underwear $1. All clothes will fall apart after a day or two of wearing.
