went to Port Cargo to find a dress to wear for a wedding. There was lots to choose from and the girls were extremely nice and helpful. Store was very clean and organized. 100% recommend

My family and I have been shopping at Port Cargo the last four years. Every time we go in we leave with a beautiful dress. The service is amazing and prices are great. Every time we have gone in the sales associate helps us find dresses and the right size. My family and I will definitely be coming back for next years prom.

I got my dresses here when I went to prom two years ago and I have since referred many of my friends. I was so happy to see that the service was just as good at the new location as I remembered it. My friend worked with a sales associate named Abby. She was super helpful. She was not pushy at all. I could tell that it did not matter how expensive the dress was, only that she found the dress of her dreams. My only complaint is that the lighting in the store is very yellow and this made taking the pictures hard. I will continue to refer people.

So glad we finally went to this shop!! Wonderful selection of dresses in all sizes. There were dozens of dresses my daughter could try on. Not just two or three. We have been to 6 other dress shops in MA in the last 2 months and this was by far the best selection and customer service. The girl who helped us was so friendly and nice! Next time we need a dress this is where we are going.

Went to Port Cargo looking for a prom gown. You are only allowed to try on four at a time. After not falling in love with any of the four I had tried on, I decided to try on a few more. The employee who was assigned to help me find a dress, said that this would be completely fine. I went and got a few more dresses in what took a total of 3 minutes, but when I came back, the employee who was helping me was working with someone else. After the manager saw that I had no one assisting me, she became extremely rude and aggressive. She did not believe that I had tried dresses on prior until I showed her my cardboard slip that stated I was #15. She instructed me to wait in line, and that someone else would assist me. After waiting for about 30 minutes, she kept skipping over me in line until I was forced to say something. By the time I said something, she was onto #22. I had been #15. She was extremely agitated when I spoke up and was rolling her eyes and making eyes at other employees. Other customers began to speak up for me, people I didn’t even know, and she continued to be extremely rude until another employee stepped in to help me. Then she made a huge deal about how the two employees would have to split their commission and how it would be a huge hassle, etc. I will absolutely never be returning to this place because of her rude behavior, and now I know why Port Cargo has such a negative reputation. Also, I bought a La Femme dress for $50 at Saks that they were selling for $427. Mind you, if you bought the dress from La Femme itself, the original price was only $350. This place is full of money hungry crooks and terrible customer service. Skip it.

My daughter can home with a Prom 2016 dress that with broken clasp & loose beads for $319 but they didn't write anything on receipt that repairs would be free, just a "no return" receipt. And told her to bring it back. I found it new online for $258. Try it there & buy online. They deserve to lose business.

Amazing experience! Endless amounts of dresses, and the staff was so genuine and kind. You can tell that they care that their clients get the PERFECT dress, and are not in it for commission purposes. If you need a dress, Port Cargo Prom is the way to go.

I picked the 4 dresses in the beginning then tried them on and didn’t find one I liked. After the worker “helping” me picked other dresses for me and I never got to pick any more myself that I wanted to try on because she was finding them for me and I never got a chance to. When I didn’t find the one I really loved the worker was getting rude and disrespectful then started saying rude stuff to me, so i left.

The dresses are all in plastic so trying to choose one is kind of difficult. The lady was really nice but we didn't find anything.

beautiful dresses, however, my whole experience was ruined by the older woman who worked there. very rude and invasive, and thought she knew everything.
