Good service, very attentive. Not the greatest selection and some of the offerings are pricey considering the quality. You could spend a little extra and get a lot more on Newbury St, but this place is just fine considering its location and target market. Protip: Have half a clue what you want before you go in. Flat front or pleated slacks, cuff or no cuff, classic or modern fit jacket, lapel type, wool or blended fabric, colors, two piece vs three piece, rough budget... I think the used car salesman analogy is unfair. You get out of these places what you put in. If you don't give the sales guys anything to go on, of COURSE they're going to try to load you up with a bunch of stuff. They probably get a commission on every item they sell. If you have a conversation with these guys, you'll leave with a decent suit at a decent price. If you let them make all the decisions for you, you're going to get whatever you deserve.

I stopped in last Saturday with my cousin in a pinch. We both realized we added a few pounds and none of our dress clothes fit. We had a wedding reception in 3 hours. Alexander and Joel both jumped on board with us and started helping us with what we needed. They were both very pleasant and understanding. They weren’t pushy, and they didn’t try to upsell us on anything. They actually pointed us in the direction of things that were on sale or better value. With limited time I didn’t think we were gonna make it to the reception. They worked with us in an efficient manner. Once we had our entire outfit we even had time to get our pants hemmed, On the spot!! I must say it just was a smooth and enjoyable experience. These guys were super knowledgeable with current trends and know how to make you look handsome. There’s plenty of variety in the store. The store itself is very clean and presentable. If you were like us and waited until the last minute, you can literally feel safe knowing that they will have everything there you need. It is definatley a one stop shop. From shoes and hats to sport coats,vests, suits, jackets, colognes, toiletries. They have it all and they will make you look damn good. Can’t say enough about this place. You can’t go wrong!!! They get a ten star from me.

Went into store yesterday for up coming corporate meeting and weddings. First time buying a tailored suit, The store was VERY busy. The Manager of the store had helped me, even though I am sure he was very busy. I am in Sales, for a Cadillac Dealer in Leominster. He Stopped what he was doing to help me without hesitation. I cannot thank him enough for the professionalism, and amazing experience. Just top to bottom AMAZING experience! Would recommend to anyone i know, and will be giving them ALL of my return business. Staff were pushy and rude. I've purchased suits from many other Men's Wearhouse locations across the country. This location was by far the worst. The assistant manager "helped" me with finding a charcoal gray suit i needed for a business meeting that week. After trying on a size 40 suit, which fit perfectly above the waist, but needed some waist alterations, I was told to come back later that day so they could let out the waist. I came back to pick up the altered suit, when I was treated as if I was a second class customer. They did not offer to have me try the suit on and already had it bagged. They rushed me out of the door and immediately locked it behind me. (They weren't closing for another 45 minutes.) I discovered that the suit they gave me was not the suit I tried on, but the next size up! I was forced to return to the location again to have them give me the size suit that I tried on. The woman who helped me this time was again rude and blamed their mistake on me. I had to fight with them to give me the suit I had bought! I do not suggest visiting this Men's Wearhouse. Avoid if you can.

David from the Franklin MA store was an incredible guide on my journey to two bespoke suits, along with the custom shirt, shoes, ties and belt that I ended up with. Me and my fiancée went in with the intention of getting an off the rack suit for our wedding. Not only did David lead the way to our custom order but throughout the 3 or so hour process he was informative and a positive delight. I am thrilled with his service and now will remain a life long customer of men’s warehouse and David in particular. In fact my Fiancée advises them to clone David so that all experiences may be of similar worth.

I walked in this morning and this nice young lady came up to me and I told her I was looking for a suit. I told her I was not sure on my size so she said she would have someone come over and measure me. I noticed a gentleman behind the counter who took his time putting on his tie and finishing his coffee before coming over to me and taking my measurements. He asked me if I had a color I was interested in I told him navy blue or black, it was for a job interview. He suggested charcoal. He had me try one jacket on and it fit nicely. He told me the price and I told him I was looking to spend a little less. He then took the jacket off me and said he did not have anything for less. I was very put off by this. Not because of the price but because he was very dismissive, like he didn’t have time for this. I then went to Joseph A. Bank and ended up spending significantly more than what the suit at Men’s Wearhouse cost. The suit also seemed much more modern and stylish than the one I tried on at Men’s Wearhouse. The woman who helped me at Joseph A. Bank was extremely helpful And I knew the suit was high-quality so I didn’t mind spending more. I recommend you avoid this place and go to Joseph A. Bank and spend a little more and get a better quality suit and much better service.

One of the worst places to get a tux from. Especially for a child. They don't know how to measure correctly and claimed they just estimate the size. SERIOUSLY?! They don't do well with adults either. How do you manage to have one adult jacket sleeve longer than the other? SLOPPY! Also, with their great estimating skills, the child's tux arrives 4 sizes too small, including the shirt! It is reordered and comes in the day before the wedding and the jacket looks like a broad shouldered dress coming to his knees and the sleeves cover his hands. Then they have the audacity to tell you that it was a child's size jacket when you know it was a small adult one they grabbed to attempt to halfway tailor to a child's size 14. My daughter called and complained and she was then told they could get the right jacket the next day. The day of the wedding! That was the biggest load of BS told yet. My advice. JUST DON'T GO THERE! And to the store owner - HIRE PEOPLE WHO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING OR CLOSE THE DAMN PLACE! They have done everything they could to ruin a wedding!

I went to pick it up and the shirt was too loose on the chest but the sleeves were extremely short and the fabric was super uncomfortable. they had very limited big and tall selection even though they advertise and say they do.. overall a very unpleasant experience.. would never ever go there again

Thank you to Paul Silvestri and his team at Mens Wearhouse!! These guys are great. I purchased my blazer at my local Mens Wearhouse in Stamford and they put the wrong buttons on it. The day of the Wedding the Groom saw I had the wrong buttons, Got on the phone with Paul, and he had me bring the jacket over. Do not buy clothes from here. Quality is poor for a $70 shirt. Shirts split, on first wear, which happened to be my wedding. I have never had a shirt tear like this. My wedding is in less than two days and my fiancé and his groomsmen were fitted 9 days ago. They lost one of the groomsmens measurements and didn’t bother to tell us or try and get him back in to be resized. Today they tried to put the blame on us and didn’t apologize or offer to looks for his measurements. He is unable to come in to be sized and will end up not having a tux for my wedding. The staff at the Biloxi location is absolutely horrendous. Chris took all the groomsmens measurements and then took no accountability for his mess up. The manager Yasmin was also there and whitnessed everything and took no accountability for their unprofessionalism either. My wedding day is not going to go right and has completely upset me and ruined my day. Thanks men’s wearhouse for messing up a simple task/ the employees clearly don’t care about their customers if this is how people are taken care of.

Approximately 10 months ago I purchased a suit from this store. There was a great promotion so I got a very good deal. So I thought. After about 4 months one of the side pockets had a rip. I got it repaired by my tailor. A month later there was another rip. I got it repaired again. About a month ago I noticed yet another rip and some very bad fraying. I brought it to my tailor and she said it was essentially beyond repair while pointing out a 4th rip. I took it back to store where I was told that the rips were normal wear and tear and they wouldn’t replace the pants. They could only honor the original promotion if I bought another pair of pants. Why would I spend more money on pants that may not even last a year? The woman helping me also mentioned that I needed to take better care of the fabric. I asked how so and her only suggestion was to cycle in more pairs of pants. So what she was saying is wear the suit less and it’ll last longer? Very condescending and a very disappointing response to a very low quality product.

Amazing and friendly service. The clothing is impeccable and available in many styles and looks. They live up to their tag line: You'll love the way you look. I know what I like, but I have trouble building that look from so many choices. The staff here made that process easy. The clothing is high end, so be prepared to pay a reasonable price considering what your getting. Be prepared to love your new clothes, but don't be surprised at how fast the bill adds up.

Paul, Edward and team are professional as they come in men's retail. There isn't anything they will not do to make you look sharp and happy. As far as a brand MWH, they offer fair off the rack clothes for men. Not he best and not the worse. The sales are the best time to purchase. Please understand tailoring is done by hand and takes time, never wait to the last minute to buy. This not is an advertisement, I get paid for that.

I went there to rent tuxes for my wedding for myself, my groomsmen, my father-in-law and my father. We were measured several times and we were told we can pick up the tuxes 5 days before the wedding. When we went for pick up, one groomsman's pants were too long, the others, too short. My father-in-law's jacket was way too big and my father's jacket sleaves were viseably uneven. These mistakes were luckily fixable and the tuxes were ready the day before the wedding. The biggest problems with all the tuxes, a problem that could not be fixed was the quality. The tuxes they had were old and beat up and just looked disgusting. Now I now understand that when you are getting a rental tux, it's one that's been worn before. But I guess I was naive in not knowing that rental really means abused, and disgusting. What I ended up having to do was to purchase the tux which cost $740 3 days before the wedding. Because the one thing you want to do days before your wedding is get stressed out about your tux and get stuck with having to buy one. I am not saying don't go there but if you do, know that the quality of the rental tuxes is terrible and that they rarely get the sizes correctly the first time...Even if you get measured twice.

Rented suit pants and a white button up for a friends wedding. Was measured and everything. Had to travel eight states away for this wedding. Picked up the cloths and tried them on at home, pants were 2.5" too short and shirt was two sizes too big. Upon returning them, I was told that I am trying to get the late fee waived when I complained. I had to have the pants tailored eight states away and buy a similiar shirt from a store nearby where I was.

Came back to square up, told manager. He said “ sorry about that”. Did not offer any rebate or future business. Definitely do not have your wedding party shop her... The employees here are completely unprofessional and nearly sabotaged my wedding. Not only did I have to make 4 separate visits for them to finally get my rental right, they left my tuxedo pants out of the garment bag! I only discovered this 3 hours before I was due to be at my own wedding ceremony. When I drove back there and demanded the pants, they tried to blame it on me. The pants were found in the back in a wrinkled mess and given to me barely pressed. When I asked why someone didn’t call me to alert me that the pants were left behind, I got no response. This was a horrible rental experience for my entire wedding party. Avoid this place at all costs.

Purchasing suits for my wedding made me the most nervous because I was initially against going to a Men's Warehouse based off of reviews of other locations on LI. Someone had recommended the Plainview location to me off of their great experience so I took this advice and I am glad I did! We worked with Edward who was great! He helped provide us with suits that were within our budget that included a shirt and tie. He was running all over the store making sure he was catering to our vision for the suits! They even had each guy's size in stock and each one of them were able to take their suit, shirt and tie home with them today. The check out process was slightly time consuming but I appreciated how thorough Edward was in making sure sizes were correct and all information was entered appropriately as one of my groomsmen has to go to his local Men's Warehouse since he could not make it with us for our visit to the store.

I spent 700 dollars on a suit giving the staf two weeks to make the necessary adjustments. I was guaranteed that my suit would be ready by 6 pm Friday now I have to go back in the morning loosing 4 hours of overtime because they couldn't find two hours in two weeks to do there job. Horrible , horrible, horrible... Never will we ever recommend or shop at Men's Wearhouse again. Paid almost $300 each per bridal party member for our wedding. EVERYONE'S tuxes were incorrect. SIX TRIPS to the store later, ended up having to change the color of my groomsman who now will NOT match my bridesmaid, being LATE to our REHEARSAL DINNER due to HORRIBLE female assistant manager giving attitude when I was in tears 48 hours before my wedding standing there looking at my groomsmen tux line up that completely did not match- they handled the situation horribly. Their initial sales team was so busy trying to up sell all the shoes, socks, pocket squares, and fabric patterns, that NO ONE TOLD ME MY WEDDING PARTY WILL NOT MATCH!!! I asked for basic grey and lilac colors and I got conflicting textures of florals, stripes, and polka dots throughout my party. When asked when we went to pick up- I was told there was no solids that was all they offered... I didn't find it unreasonable or "bridezilla" like to just want my party to match. If someone had mentioned their collections do not come in solid colors we would have re-evaluated in advance. But that was not brought to our attention until we were stuck dealing with horrible management skills and solutions 48 hours before our wedding that caused us to rush and be late for our rehearsal. If it wasn't so last minute I would have 100% gone to Russo's Tux instead since I know they have solid colors. Assistant manager told us we would be refunded, then offered $20 back... not acceptable... Called management who called district manager, who offered $70 back. Still doesn't seem acceptable given the stress they caused. Will never go into another Men's Wearhouse or allow any family friends use them either! BEWARE!!!

I came here to rent a tux for my senior prom. I had no problems with the service and my tux came out fitting perfectly. I picked up my tux so close to the prom that I wouldn't have had time to fix the sizes of they didn't work out so I'm really happy that they got them right the first time. It's a bit pricey ($270 for everything for one day) but very reliable and comfortable!! Worth the price tag

Worked with Khalil and was pleasantly pleased. He is an expert and it really showed. Received a custom made suit and custom fitted suit, love them both. Revived the two suits on the dates promised and was able to wear them the following day to two different weddings. All the tailoring is done in-house. Quick turn around time and expert of the trade. Definitely highly recommended. Ask for Khalil!!

Came in for a suit for my son for his grandmother's funeral. I almost died when the bill came to over $800!!!! Told the salesman I couldn't pay it and needed something less expensive. Ended up paying $400 which is about $200 more than I expected to pay. Never coming back.

These guys go the extra mile to make sure everything works out. It's their top priority and it shows. Whether it was salesman Alex coming in on his off-days to make sure everything was good to go, manager Jose coming up with great workarounds and going the extra mile with shipping items we needed, or manager Mike making sure everything came together correctly in the end, these guys will take care of you. If you're in the northern Massachusetts/Southern New Hampshire area, and you need a suit for yourself or groomsmen, there's no question - this is the place to go!

Lousy or untrained customer service. Multiple people standing around doing nothing while I was searching for sizes. I had to finally go over and ask someone for help. He was pretty good, but the dress pants (that I was buying last minute) were of poor quality for the price. So much so, that I did not bother to pick up the "free pair" - I'll never wear them again. The dress shirts, even when on sale "Buy one get one free" look nice, but if you follow the laundry directions exactly, they shrivel up. It's not the same place George Zimmer ran, I guarantee that!

Came here with a group of guys for a wedding. We originally went to the location at Mineola. We walked in there and no one greeted us, we were just walking around clueless. We left and that same day went to this location (Plainview). We walked in and right away, a gentleman named fez (or Phez, sorry if misspelled), greeted us with a smile and helped us out immediately. He had a great attitude. We went to the back and another gentlemen, named Mike Mouton, was very helpful. He was patient with us and took us through all the different fittings and styles. He explained everything thoroughly and was not pushy at all. The attitude these employees have is great. Not pushy and are genuine in helping you find the best suit for your wedding. We all left very happily. Whoever the manager is, he is doing a great job training these folks, and also the workers themselves have a great attitude and are extremely helpful. Thank you for the great experience.

Bought my suit for my wedding here. Went in on a Sunday and they seemed to have the staff to handle the large amount of store traffic. However, we were greeted by about 4 different people who all ended up explaining why they couldn't help and how the right person would be right with us. We were finally helped after waiting for about 25 minutes. I like how my suit came out, but something needs to be changed to handle the store volume at all times.

They have outstanding clothes very reputable place whenever you do if you go in the store paying anything over $300in cash and you have to return anything don't expect to get your money back right away they had me on the hook for two and a half weeks having me call the store everyday and they did not call me once asking if my money was there for the return that I had to return it was like they really didn't even give a s*** so after 2 and 1/2 Weeks finally opted into their program from the corporate office for it took me another another 7 days to actually receive my check in the mail that was just BS

I came in to the store. Three older sales people looked like they were running to greet me. Once they looked at a younger male with his brother, they scattered and I was rudely asked by some lady something to the equivalent of "what do you want?" After I told her I was getting married, she passed me on to a sales person named Trevor. The reason why I'm giving 3 stars is because Trevor was professional and very helpful. It is not his fault that his co-workers are rude and unprofessional. I work in sales so I know about a "bad up". Too bad I was buying and wasn't rude or aggressive upon entering the store. I didn't catch the other people's names, but I rented my tux on August 14 at 6pm. So the people not named Trevor are the employees I'm talking about.
