This store SUCKS right along with the incompetent manager Priscilla !!! She reordered an item for me after messing it up the first time only to never even have it delivered. The order was placed back on October 6 and to date... I haven't received anything. I found that she without confirming any of my mailing information entered it all incorrectly. I asked if she could give me the address and name she entered for shipping and I was told by her she had no access to that !!! Way to avoid being responsible for her own mistake!!! So to this day I'm still trying to receive a refund or the item I once ordered!!! I'll NEVER GO BACK TO THAT STORE ✌

So happy with my experience here! I took my daughter here for back to school shopping. We were greeted at the door, they set her up in a fitting room and put her name on the door. They brought her outfits. I didn't have to do a thing. She didn't have to leave the fitting room. We got everything in one store. After we got home, we discovered that the three sales reps personalized a handwritten letter to my daughter wishing her a great first day in 7th grade. There is no greater customer service than that! We shopped at the Berlin, Ma location. I don't know if that's the way Maurices does it everywhere but I can tell you they have made us loyal customers. Thank you!

The women that work their are fabulous. They are extremely helpful .The store I go to all the time is in Hudson. Ma . There is a larger selection of clothes .I like Maurices because the clothes fit and look great on for older women. Which for me is extremely helpful since I'm almost 60. I find that becca and Karen who work there have been very nice and make me feel at ease when shopping and if my size is not on the rack it can be ordered.

I do not like clothes shopping but I needed some new items for a vacation. I have never been in this store before but decided to pop in after having no luck with the other stores in this plaza. I was greeted right away by a very friendly woman. I told her what I was looking for and she immediately went to work! She started pulling clothes and making outfits for me to try on. She did not pressure me into buying anything and was very honest about how the clothes looked on me. I ended up buying some of the stuff she had me try on and I am super excited to wear them! She was so personal and nice that I am glad I stopped in. I will definitely be going back. Thank you for a great experience!

We went yesterday and the employees were the best! They were so helpful and spent so much time helping us find styles we would never have thought to try ourselves. They ran back and forth countless times with things for us to try on. We spent hours in the store trying on things and even though there are closer locations for us (we are from CT) we will only go back to this one. I walked out of the store with fun clothes I never thought I could wear; Karen got me to think outside of my black wardrobe box. Thank you Karen, Becca and Cassandra! Already planning our fall trip!
