On 10/18/18 my father his girlfriend and my 2 daughters visited the store in hopes of buying 4 Halloween costumes, accessories...ect. While my father and his girlfriend were loading the $240 worth of costume and accessories onto the table to pay, my daughter opened a furry fox hat. As soon as my dad seen her open it he told her to put it back and button the package up, as he saying this the lady at the counter ringing up his $240 worth of stuff informs him that He needs to buy the $20 fox hat or she will call security! He asked her if there was a manager around he could talk to because she only opened the package she didnt wear the hat she didnt drop the hat she didnt damage the hat and she didnt damage the package it came in. The lady was extremely rude at this point and told my dad she WAS the manager and theres nothing he can do about it she will call security. At this time my dad told her to put back the $240 worrh of stuff and bought only the $20 fox hat. My dad then drove to party city and spent his $240 there. To treat good people like that who were already at the counter spending $240 is outrageous

They have tons of selections and the staff are always very helpful but not to clingy and that's an A+
