Absolutely terrible customer service. So I went to return pants that I bought online. Instead of just saying they could return it instore like their policies say that I could, I was told they they couldn't return it in store because the pants would not sell instore and they could not stock it. So you know what happened? The cashier/manager gave me a sticker and bag and said there's a mail box outside I could drop it off in. I was completely baffled. I've worked in retail so I just didn't want to fight with their person because I know customers can be difficult, but if a customer can return online items instore, they can. I don't think I'll be shopping here again. At least I know I took the moral high ground and will know I'm getting all my money back.

All of the excellent sales reps were very friendly, helpful and polite.....they had a very hard to get size Long in jeans....offered even an extra long...which I happily purchased. Thank you for stocking long!! I will never go anywhere else for jeans!

The ladies working here were rude and looked annoyed when asked to open a fitting room. My brother was flying out of the country first hour in the morning and he was looking for a new pair of jeans. They kicked us out a few minutes before closing time asking if "we were all set" when we were clearly looking for another size of jeans. Not coming back.

They have some amazing jeans! Super comfortable and stretchy! They have a wide variety of available sizes in store as well, which really helped me out because I am a tall woman and it's hard to find long enough jeans for my legs.

The manager on 5/23/18 at 11 am was so rude. It doesn't hurt to smile! She acted and sounded super annoyed with me and wasn't helpful at all. I never leave reviews, but she was so awful. And it looks like I'm not the only one who received poor customer service here.

the clothes are nice but the employees aren't. i (black) went here at 10 am during the summer and i was just looking around. i told the employee that i wanted to try something on and she gladly let me into the fitting room. i started to try on clothes, however five minutes later one of the employees were harshly banging on the door rushing me out of the fitting room. i then quickly got dressed i didn't even get to finish trying the clothes on. when i tried to open the door, it was locked from the outside. i found this weird since another customer told me that theirs wasn't locked when they tried to get out afterwards. i had to press the help button for an employee to come open the door. they then tried to play nice as if nothing happened and asked if everything was okay and tried to rush me to buy the clothes. i said no thanks and i put everything back and left. i never felt so uncomfortable in my life.

Had a fraud issue where some lowlife used my credit card to make purchases in this store. Attempted to report it the same day. The store manager was unwilling to assist in any way and was incredibly rude. Corporate Policy was held up as a shield to provide the absolute worst in customer experience. We have always shopped here with our kids for back to school, but after this we will reconsider. It was bad enough having my credit card stolen and used without my consent to purchase goods here... it was even worse being treated as less than human by the management and staff of this location. Will not return.

I love American Eagle but this locations staff seemed annoyed they had customers. We were ready to check out with our items and one cashier told us to get in line on the other side of the cash registers. He wasnt nice about it either. There were other customers who were surprised at their attitude towards us. There wasn't a clear indication of where the line started.

This American Eagle always has a friendly vibe to it and no matter how many times I annoy the employees with trying on the same 5 shirts over and over again to make sure I really want them because they're all so expensive but so comfortable, they all seem happy to help! I rarely shop anywhere else for clothes now and I have no regrets.
