As you know, we don't usually bother to set reviews when these are good and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or issue...
This Costumes corresponds to the category of Thrift store.
Everything is over priced outdated some things you can buy new in the store cheaper or on eBay cheaper don't waste you time unless you want unbranded cloths any name brand overpriced for a thrift store especially because everything is donated to them
Savers has a large variety of preowned clothes that comes from donations then they resell it. It’s like fishing, sometimes you’ll find something good, sometimes you won’t. They do have days when they give discounts which is nice. I’ve been able to piece together a suit which I’m excited for!
Savers offers great deals on all their items and has a reward program that gives discounts on per dollar spent.
This saver's is a lot better organized and cleaner than most thrift stores I've been to. I find that the prices are generally cheaper too. Never what you'll find here
Great place to shop environmentally smart. Love a bargain. And the books. Wow!
I live in Colorado, and every time I come to visit my family in Albuquerque I ALWAYS make sure I come to Savers! It is the best thrift store on the planet. They just have the best selections, and awesome customer service. I never leave empty-handed.
Decent clothing. Wide variety of items. Selection of books. Lots of games, puzzles and baby toys.
I THING THIS PLACE is a great place TO SAVE MONEY. IF U GO ON TUES. U can save 30% on the items u were going to by other days of the wk. And besides the money they make goes to help the community. So people go see for yourself and saved and shop. Thank you, a happy customer. Susan
Extremely busy but the whole store was 50% off. Had a great selection and it was organized by size so made the whole experience easy to find exactly what I needed without having to go through a billion items.
I have purchased many things from Savers over the years the cashiers are always sweet. And just last week I was looking for an electronic item and believe it or not because of the day I went into Savers all yellow tags were $0.99. So I ended up paying $0.99 for an electronic item. I never lead Savers disappointed.
Prices are ridiculously high and stuff is incomplete and dirty also a lot of the clothes in the Furnitures unorganized and all over the place.
They use the ‘highest $$ on eBay’ pricing structure regardless of condition on anything cool. I don’t go there nearly like I used to since you can get better for cheaper at Goodwill/consignment shops.
Great selection, great prices, and friendly staff!
Great place too shop
One of my favorite savers. Brand names, and items in good condition. Great place to find great deals.
Great store, friendly staff, excellent prices
Not many odds and ends, mostly clothes and a lot of the toys are junk and or broken.
Savers is the best thrift store in town. Good products at a great price. The staff is also friendly and helpful which makes the shopping experience even better.
Found LEVI'S almost brand new for $10 .
Really spacious, good selections, and really cool accessories
Love the discount Tuesdays. I've found some great deal at 10% what I'd pay for new.
Love love love this store for the myriad of different items one can find and its huge. Its like the biggest indoor yards sale on the planet. Halloween time is brimming with so many costumes and extras its absolutely the only place one needs to go to find anything from face paints to fake arm hooks to hats and more to complete the ensemble. Furniture row is chocked full of so much things you could literally outfit an entire apartment - if you go on deals days like Tuesdays you can get things much cheaper. you must bring your own bags though if you wanna carry home your stash.
Very easy to drop off donations here with a staff that helps you carry things out of your car. The thrift store itself is clean and organized. A few items are priced higher than I would expect from a thrift store, but in general, this is a fun place to shop.
Savers is a good way to save money... Especially when your a family of 7
Always find great stuff here. The only complaint I have is sometimes the people pricing the items believe something to be a higher end product than it actually is, and price it way more than it's worth.
Bargains, friendly staff, and a nice clean thrift store.
Always a fun time for the whole family
I've never had a bad experience at Savers, I just think that some of the stuff is a little overpriced for donated clothing, but it goes to a worthy cause so it's worth it!
Sometimes you get lucky. Sometimes you dont. Huge selections clothing, kitchen ware, electronics, and books etc. Clean and shopper friendly.
I like the idea of so many different types of things, cheep products and service is ok..
This is the largest thrift store I've ever seen. The items are priced right, especially when they're on sale. Great furniture and electronics too.
Always great deals. Especially if you go on Monday because the tag color of the week is $0.99 for everything of that color!! I've saved so much and the employees are very friendly!!
Good stuff depending on what your looking for, some things are pricey though.
Great place 2 shop on a budget
Rude, stupid cashier with pink hair, false eyelashes, should be cleaning toilets somewhere. Bring back the nice Grandma.
Being a Native New Yorker being thrifty is a past time, so seeing this giant sign with the words thrift store I had was to pull over turn around and check it out.. I am going back
No bags at checkout paper bags 10 cent each
good place to buy
Great service..lots to look at
Wow this place has gotten expensive! For detonated items
The prices used to be affordable. I was looking for a pair of pants and shirt and came out to 19 bucks. Why are the prices so high. A brand new t shirt is 5 bucks at walmart. I'll just have to go back there again
Great place for second hand goods
A thrift shop filled with endless possibilities for crafters, furniture upholstery, ebay sellers and keepsakes are just waiting to be found at Savers.
Great place to get deals. You never know what you will find.
This a junk dump outfit. If you want to get sick then come on down. The workers even wear mask. Workers are rude managers are big bullies and intimidating. Complaints does not get anywhere beyond store managers. They make you feel guilty if you exchange the junk with another junk. No one pick up the phone for hours. Where to lodge complaint no tel for corporate office. Managers treat customer very badly.I am taking this matter to consumer protection agency. They live on our donation and make big bucks. But when it comes to service this store is a nightmare. Doing exchange for another merchandise within the time frame is a crime and manager ask you thousand question and that too for old junk donated by you and me. I had to give one star to post this otherwise it would not allow me to do so. If you are on the same page with me let us file a joint complaint to take on the big bullies.
The price for second hand clothes have gotten ridiculous. Went across the street to TJ Max and their clothes were cheaper!
Ye i luh dis place cuh
Decent place. Clean with friendly staff.
One of the cashier didn't even care to pack things in the bag for clients and never said thank you.
Wide variety of items, organized, though not the cleanest place.
Great deals. Good quality items, clean and orderly, friendly staff
It was unexpectedly half off day! Got some work clothes!
Clean store, fresh merchandise, inexpensive, parking, great staff. Thanks.
I always find a good deal that fits
Always great deals
Sometimes you find some really great stuff. If you have too much (working) junk you're not using, bring it here.
Great always a good time found lots of good things.
Great place to donate and purchase.
One of the nicest thrift stores. Clean aisles and plenty of space with a wide variety of items at low prices
Good prices, clean products
Great option for a very large selection of secondhand clothes, all at a very affordable price. I like how all the clothes were organized by size, style, gender, etc., unlike traditional thrift stores which tend to just lump all the clothes together with no real pattern to it, making it very difficult to find the clothes you want. This is a great option for people looking to have a smaller impact on the environment and to save lots of money on buying clothes.
Not bad. Clean place. Unbelievable prices! So low. Also great place to drop off old wears.
Great Customer service! Lots of great deals
Typical savers. Hit or Miss unless you're looking for clothing. I spot at least 3 other eBayers every time I go.
Clean, organized also offer reward points just ask cashier for details. Also offer senior discounts.
Nice people, good prices, you can usually find a working typewriter, 2$ for all vinyl, fantastically organized, lit af.
Good deals to be had by all. If not buying donate your stuff to a worthy cause
I absolutely love this store. I've found suits and dresses with tags still on them from JCPenneys. You can't beat the savings. Most clothing items are gently used. This store is a hidden gem!
this place is amazing . they have great prices and good clothes. the name brands can be up too like 3.00 or 4.00 dollars . they have nice shoes ( name brand ) they have Nike adidas filas and good quality . the workers were great , as soon as I walked in I was greeted right away . i highly recommend !
Have been to the store a few times since it opened, and have had positive experiences. Not sure what's going on, but when I popped in today, the prices seem to have skyrocketed. Most everything I looked at could be bought *new* for the same price. I saw some Dollar Tree items marked $1.99! A single, unbranded wine glass = $3.99! Really? Not a set ("x4"), but ONE glass. They are also not careful when packaging small items (i.e., splitting up a set of alphabet rubber stamps into 2 separate packages, each containing other odd items. WHY? I would like to have bought the stamp set, but because I would have had to pay for TWO bags with twice the "extras", it wasn't worth it). Also not worth paying $59 for a dress, even if it hasn't been worn. Someone from this store needs to do some comparison shopping at other local thrift shops. I usually leave with a cartload, but only 2 small bags came home today - and only because I was feeling generous! Very disappointed with the way the store is going :-(
Great variety for used cloths.
I don't understand why people shop here when there are Good Wills and 2nd Avenues to go to. Savers to me is over priced and feels dirty. I don't like the selection either.
Love this Place !!!! I just look at the parking lot and I can tell they have great selection that day. I forgot my donation to get the % off. (Sad face)
This place is cool. Its like a salvation army but modernized. Can't say I love the prices
Great place to browse, much like goodwill.
Needed to get rid of stuff from the house and "Savers" made that very easy.
I love this place, my go to thrift store.
Good and fair prices. The employees on the other hand seem to be judgemental and stereotype certain people but where isn't there any place like that now a days sadly....
I recently started thrift flipping and Savers was the first thrift store I sourced at. I’ve made about five trips so far. They have a really good selection, and if you look hard enough you’ll always walk about with a few high quality brands for very cheap. I find a lot of lulu and athleta here for cheap every visit. I do agree with other reviews though - some of their prices are high. You just have to know your brands if you’re looking to flip. If you go on days they have 50% off sales you’ll find some amazing deals!
Always some treasure to be found. Absolutely my favorite thrift store.
Well stocked! Friendly Staff, fast & efficient.
I always over spend here usually has a nice selection
Great values .awesome special days and savings.
Good place for books and other Items, however it is becoming too pricey for used items.
Great deals on used clothing
It has a wide selection of stuff! Big aisles and always got the savings on deck.
This second hand store has new, retail prices. Ridiculous! I can find a brand new pair of jeans at Ross or Burlington for less than their price. Also, they have gotten very tight with their coupons. I donated a truck full of stuff, good stuff, and they only wanted to give me two coupons. I will now donate my things to the Animal Humane.
A great shopping trip
This stuff is so close to knew you wouldn't believe it and prices well below Goodwill
Good place
Great books and CD collections but a bit pricey than other thrift stores! Great parking space.
Something about the fact that the employees wear masks makes me not want to shop here.... that, and I think the prices are high for a thrift store. I prefer Goodwill.
I still likr to go yo Savers but I don't go as often as I used to. the prices have gotten so ridiculously high that it not uncommon AT aLL to see used item, both clothing and hard goods that are more expensive than what they are tagged in a retail store brand new. Every single time I've pointed that out on an it, sometimes the item even has a flaw, like a stain on clothing or with hard goods something is broken or missing-I try to ask for a reasonable reduction in the price and the answer is ALWAYS "NO". If I politely point out that what I am requesting is fair and the chances of the item selling in the condition it's in, (even if it was perfect it would have been a higher price than new in a retail store.), is slim to none, they say if it doesn't sell they'll just throw it away because they don't have time to deal with that. I've even tried speaking to other employees at other times with the same general issues because I can't help feeling that getting some money is better than the probable none they will be getting for the item is the smarter way to go, they just don't care. Most of them don't know what they're doing and just don't care either. If they really wanted to help out the charity, they would work smarter and be more reasonable with their customers. About 4 or 5 years ago I'd spend between $100 and $200. Now my trip there are almost always under $50. It's frustrating. I would like about 14 or 20 uninterrupted minutes with the "big wigs in charge", and actually have them listen to my recommendations concerning the store. I know the brands, am familiar with the store policies and the way they generally do things, and their pricing. In addition to that, I know prices because I am an online reseller either there to source for inventory or shop for my family-a bit of both. If there's something I'm not sure of I can look it up on my phone very quickly. It's a shame what goes to waste because of the stupidity of the majority of the employees-not all, but it seems the majority. the only Savers I have been in since they have opened, (so I know it very well) is in the Market Basket plaza in Danvers, Mass. I also donate quite a bit to this organization.
Every time I visit Savers I find what I needed and at the best price. Today I needed black shoes and found a large selection to choose from...and am happy to buy them for just $5. !
Decent prices just not a lot to choose from same things ever time
Secondhand store. Good prices. Plenty of variety.
Got snow boots and snow pants, name brands, for $40! Love to shop here!
I mean I just love everything there especially Halloween time
I am glad that they are helping within the Community. It's important that we help & stay in the Community. Their Employees work very hard @ what they do. Keep up the Good Work.
Neat and organized store for a great browsing or shopping experience.
I love the concept, I've donate a ton of stuff here. Plus it's fun to peruse, I've gotten a few good pairs of jeans and housewares
This place was better in the past. I think their prices were lower when starting out, but have increased notably. Its very hit or miss for me, but more miss lately than hit.
I really like this Savers, I go at least once a week and the employees are really nice. The girl with the blonde curly hair is always really sweet and genuine.
Prices seemed high for ite.s that had mi imap charges in the store.
Cheap prices, great selection, I get all my work pants from here, new clothes everyday, very friendly customer service, big parking lot, nothing bad to say
I really enjoy coming here! Items are somewhat overpriced but I usually can find some decent deals!
Well organized, great prices. Very good selection of clothing, toys, furniture, books, and lots more. Best thrift store around.
My favorite thrift store. I've found some great deals there. The workers are very friendly and courteous. I go there and donate there because they supported the Epilepsy Foundation. One of my sisters had Epilepsy. I don't know if they still do...
Store is neat and tidy, staff is friendly and helpful, prices can't be beat.
Love going here. However prices seen to be getting higher and higher. Three elderly ladies were talking to me and all said the same thing. Been going there for many year's.
What you would expect. No better or worse than other thrift stores. The folks at the registers are usually efficient and friendly.
Great place to shop Nice Nice Clothing
Great got new shoes for 799 and there easy Spirit very nice
Staff is alright, and the place has a vibe makes you feel uncomfortable.
A huge selection of clothes! I always walk out with a cute new outfit and a happy wallet. :)
Clean and well organized. Constantly stocking shelves as you shop. Senior discount on Tuesdays. Used Items. Fair Prices. Watch for stains or imperfections.
lots of merchandise and good prices.organized and not smelly. I like how easy it is to drop off.
Maybe b/c there is a greater number of donators but this is way better than Goodwill in our neck if the woods. Cleaner too! Descent prices and pretty nice cashiers. Definitely worth your time to check here for whatever you are looking for.
I check it out from time to time, sometimes you find something.
I Love savers plenty of parking, it is a hit or miss but you can find some great stuff.
I am appalled by the extremely high prices of donated, used, smelly & worn out clothes! I happened to go to Savers, looking for some summer clothes; since I haven’t been there in ages, decided to look for some bargain clothing; ‘I’m not a big shopper’, therefore I only buy what I strictly use & need and try not to pay too much. I was looking at the tags inside a “Banana Republic” shorts from Summer ‘02; which says it inside on one of the small tags; at $14.99!!! Shorts over 17 years old!, then saw another pair of Old Navy capris; read the inside tag that says the season and year, they were from Spring ‘06 marked at $12.99. Unbelievable!, Savers should be ashamed for overpricing DONATED clothes that didn’t cost them a penny and are over 10 years old! I remember the good ole’ days when Savers was new and they sold very nice clothing and brands for less than $5. Wow, greed is going to drive them out of business! Should be ashamed of themselves!!!
It was fun
Great selection and easy to find what you're looking for because clothing is organized by category e.g. skirts are all together, blouses, long sleeved jerseys, short sleeved jerseys, etc. - don't have to search too long for a specific type of clothing. I've missed the Revere store but now that I'm in Woburn, the wilmington store is pretty convenient. Nothing like a real bargain! :) ,
WAY overpriced! Shoes that were originally super cheap new (think walmart and payless) are still 9.99 and very worn. Worth a look once and a while for higher end brands. Bought AG jeans for around $9, a Soft Joie shirt for $8. They rarely have sales. When I do stop in here I end up with 4 items for over $30, which is insane to me for a thrift store. Like any thrift, they price brands they know higher.
This store and value village are pretty much the same til you get to the sales value village sale is 50% EVERYTHING! savers is 50% off only a few things but both stores will hand you the same sales paper and the prices are getting ridiculous
Prices too high
Always has wonderful finds and I never leave disappointed. Clean, neat atmosphere with helpful staff. Donation drop off is easy and convenient with good hours and even more helpful and friendly staff. I'm a long time contributor and customer and proud of it. ETA 02/24/19: I love Savers and am a long time customer. I always find gently used clothes and great furniture at wonderful prices. Sales are frosting on the cake. Today I scored a dining room table with leaves, only missing extension inserts, and in very minor need of repair. It was priced at $25, but was 50% off on sale. Yup! Dining room table for $12.50!! Savings more than paid for repairs. It is rough, but perfect for my studio, and believe it, I'll be donating the tables it replaces right back to Savers.
I love searching for a good bargain at Savers! I usually never leave empty-handed!
While shopping here had to use the restroom. Restrooms were horrible nasty place. Good place to shop otherwise
Good variety and fair prices for good stuff.
Ten times Biggers than the nashua location. More organized and easy to look around.
You can find some reasonably good quality used clothing here
The people who work there are lazy, the people who put prices there never work, which means i will never get the unpriced item i want
So helpful. Everyone seems happy. Best deals in town!
I always find great Treasures!
Love the shredded beef and chicken tacos here! Excellent food and great customer service!
Thrift stores are depressing, but this one is less so
Being I was 2nd person to be in the store, quite apparent, today is Monday day ALL MONDAY 99¢ clothing is being removed before customers enter the building. Per conversation with other customers (spoke to 6 different customers) they said the same when I asked them. I voiced my opinion but to the cashier, she down right lied. VERY DISAPPOINTING in savers tactics.
Make sure you get all your items you pay for. Also they don't handle fragile, glass items very well. I came home with broken items and bracelets I paid for not there. BTW, there was a mgr helping with my purchase. Too far to drive back and waste my time. Some prices are too high for second hand.
Why I just ask why?
All of the Savers are great! Someone else's trash is another person's treasure!
I love the store and all the great deals but the cashier was INCREDIBLY RUDE to me and my fiancee. She barely said a word to us and just stood there waiting for me to turn the box I was holding because the barcode was on the other side. Throughout the transaction she was constantly looking around and talking to other people while basically ignoring us. Savers has some great deals but they really need to work on their customer service!
One of the better thrift stores around but that's not saying much. I go every couple of months and I can't remember the last thing I purchased there. Oh yea I can, it was a CD by Spacemen 3. Good jams.
I feel like I need a hep c vaccine after leaving. It's a giant yard sale indoors. Comparable to a flea market of roughly used items. I only went here because someone said they have cheap accent pillows. They were cheap and definitely used. As I walked though the furniture aisle, all the furniture smelled liked it came from a 3 pack a day smoker.
Good place, has a big selection. One of my favorites
Place has a little bit of everything
We love Savers! The manager and team members are so friendly and caring. Over the weekend, my daughter lost her tablet in the store. The manager arranged for team members to help us look for it, and then saved it for us after we had given up and left the store. They have an amazing sense of ethical responsibility to their customers, and genuine care. I appreciate that they took time to help us even though it was such a busy day for them with a sale. Friendly team members and a great manager to run their store that has the best collection of Halloween gear for affordable prices, you can't beat Savers!
Been to some Jacked up thrift stores but this place is jacked up super high price. Seen the employee weighing gold on the glass case for price estimation. That's how jacked this place is.
Savers sell used and donated items.
I love going to this Savers. Clean, well kept facility, plenty of parking, friendly, courteous, helpful employees, and an abundance of bargains on everyday, good quality items. It has restrooms, fitting rooms, and just a very good collection of every kind of item a person could want or need. Tuesdays are Senior Special days, 30% off all purchases, every day has a special discount off certain color tagged items, military discounts for military and their families, and a frequent shopper reward program, plus points for items donated to them for resale. I LOVE shopping at this Savers location!
The one thing I love about the store is you never know what you're going to find in it and they have great prices great things are available you can find a lot of top quality items for a very low price sometimes you even get lucky and find New pieces of very expensive clothes
Great place, always nice to buy from somewhere who gives back to the community. You can even get tax breaks for donating items.
I just get a airey felling and reminds me of dead peoples clothes and multiple people I've talked to that worked there said they treat you like a slave I've had and heard bad bad things
I love this Savers whcih i should not be telling the world because I find brand new clothes with tags on them everytime i go. Not the same as other savers!
I ABSOLUTELY love this place... It has so much stuff from household items to clothing for all sizes.
I was looking at some comic books and i took one up to the a cashier and asked how much was it (because there was nothing back where the comics were) and she said that it was 29 cents so i went back and got a couple but when i went to check out they were $1
So much cheap stuff, good place to donate too. Inventory changes a lot so always check back.
Savers is based on all donations...They literally are unbending when it comes to truly helping out less fortunate! I saw an elderly lady ask for tomorrows sale price because she was going into the hospital and wanted the bathrobe to wear during her stay because she couldnt afford the absurd price of 19.99 for a used robe ...after the young girl confered w managment...she told the elderly lady no..you have to be here tomorrow! My heart literally sank!!! I felt so bad for the sweet old lady!! So think twice before donating to Savers...they are not there to help the unfortunate Im afraid
A great place to buy A lot of things but I personally buy A lot of books there.
It was ok. Just to let you know they don t have 12 or above size shoes area. A good Savers places to go is on Carlisle
I could not find electronic devices but I should have asked someone but didn't.
If you like used stuff then this is the place for you. I have found some great treasures here.
Thrift store, good bargains, but a lot of stuff is ratty, dirty, and incomplete.
I worked at savers for the donation center and from personal hands on experience from that store. The reason why there is not many workers there is because of the amount of work. Me working at the donation center and picking peoples donations up and making sure that the outside is clean while also making sure the inside of the store where people work on the carts full of donations to make sure that they didn't leave me a mess or the store front and then once that's all done and clean and organize I would have too clean the bathrooms and then sweep the sales floor. I asked my boss why so much and he said it's part of my job but however if the donation center person doesn't do it they make the cashier's do it. While working at savers for almost a year I felt unappreciated for my hard work and time. I wouldn't recommend this place to work at for anyone.
You never know what you will find. A lot of great bargains.
The employees are nice but the store is cluttered and messy and the prices can be outrageous sometimes.
I worked here the clothes are way over priced especially the clothing Your better off going to Walmart they have jeans brand new for as low as 5 dollars And ive noticed almost everything in Walmart is way cheaper and better quality not to mention brand new and not used please take my advice shop at Walmart and save more than you ever would shopping at savers The only time you would save more at savers than Walmart Is when they have there sales of 50% off and be careful of the items you buy there they mark up prices on sale days Making it look like ur saving money but you really not .also when I worked there I was the person who had to sort through the items and I have found dead mice , live roaches ,and dead ones as well as live mice I wouldn't be surprised if the items they put out on the floor to have bed bugs please beware of what you buy at savers in Wilmington or any other savers you visit .do yourself a favor and just shop at Walmart .
I always have a great experience at this Savers location. The employees are helpful, a few are quiet, but will gladly assist you once approached. Also there are many great values to be found here too, their prices are very competitive. I feel good shopping her because I know my money is going toward a good cause and helping those less fortunate.
It's gotten so expensive for a thrift store and not much to pick from as far as furniture.
This is an awesome thrift store with a great selection and great customer service and awesome prices, this was my first time shopping there and I’m definitely going back!!!! Keep up the great work!!!!
Good stuff for good prices. Can get very busy
Great experience until I got to billing. Lady tells me the credit card machines are not working and tries to swipe and says the systems are taking too long and advised me she was aborting the transaction. I paid in cash and walked out. 2 days later, a duplicate transaction shows up on Amex. I went there for buying a cheap suitcase and was not disappointed. I found this monstrous samsonite suitcase for $8 and couldnt thank my my lucky stars enough since I was hopping on the plane 10 hours later...although, I should say, the British Airways stuff cut me some slack since the weight of the suitcase was 2kgs over the limit! Thanks Savers and will shop here again
When this store first opened the prices were good, Over the past few years the prices have gotten outrageous. I have seen items higher than retail, The items are donated not purchased there is next to no overhead. It has turned into nothing but a greed driven organization parading as charity organizations.
Offers awesome fundraising program and amazing weekly discounts/sales in thrift store
Lots of every day things and a good price
It's not as clean as it used to be and the prices have gone way up. Pretty disappointed, though I didn't come out empty handed.
Can find good deals, nice people
Great clean business with freindly staff.
So much great stuff! It's a hit or a miss with the prices though.
Best selection of any Savers around. Good prices. Well organized.
Prices too high for used items. Also they won't honor the sale price. Last time for me to shop there.
Clothes appear to be clean and in tact -big wide aisles
Clean and organised but some items are priced very expensively. I go to thrift stores because my husband and I cannot always afford to buy things new, especially for our growing infant. Many of the items I was interested in were priced as they would be new in the store. It's really a shame that thrift stores have become so pricey that the people that need them cannot afford them.
Best selection
STACEY was so rude since the beginning of attending me and my boyfriend. She had such horrible customer service and tried to deny it to her manager when he came.
Always find neat stuff at a good price. Love this place for Halloween costumes
Was extremely dirty.. The bathroom was horrible and the parking lot was nasty.
Very well Organized for a thrift Store. Prices are comparable to Goodwill sometime even cheaper for clothing items
This is an awesome Savers. Practically brand new, clean, great sales.
Price are increasing, but still great place to find some deals
Great place to shop and save money. Many treasures to be found there.
Awww! It's clean. N awww! there good thing. Awww could get a good deal but watch it, they will accuse u of wrong tag on the item even though u didn't do it.
It is clean and organized inside.
This is the second Savers I've shopped at the last month. Great place to shop for recycled clothing and home goods. This location was spacious and well kept (no clothes the floor or hanging off of hangers, etc). The short lines moved quickly, as the cashiers were friendly and helpful. Also, I did not know it was Customer Appreciation Day and I ended up saving even more. Now I'll definitely have to go back.
They are really clean and organized, I go there once every 3 months or so to donate.
If you enjoy buying used goods at prices higher than new retail then this is the place for you. Very large selection but probably because no one is going to buy a used $10 iron for $13.99 or a used generic saucepan for $19.99.
Good store
Really nice like new items some with original tags on it. Floor customer service need improvements.
Cheap but not very helpful service
Good prices n there's always something that catches my eye
Savers is a hit or miss type of store..Today was a miss, but new stuff comes in everyday. So will try again. Tues. are senior day at 30% off!!!!
Prices are great for a thrift store. Lots of selection! Staff is very friendly!
Great place to shop if you're a customer looking for great deals, but if you want to work there especially in the community donation center you better be ready for hell
Service is always great very nice and friendly people they go out of your way to help you out
Without knowing it's a Thrift Store, there is a wide variety of items waiting to be found! Everything else is normal; local store-like.
Low prices with a fairly good selection of items.
Prices for used furniture are sometimes decent... Seems like all the prices are going up though even though it's DONATED USED stuff. Let some other sucker buy their crap at their prices.
First, let’s clarify that it isn’t a charity. Savers is a business that makes a profit AND makes money for nonprofit orgs. worldwide. When you donate you are donating the goods to the nonprofit. Savers pays the nonprofit partner for your donated items and then sells them for a profit. I think it is called a Class C org. legally. As far as I know, new items, like the Halloween stuff, benefit only Savers directly. I was told that there is a standardized pricing system that is supposed to keep prices consistent regardless of the person putting the price on the item. I agree with others who have posted reviews that some of the prices are strangely unrealistic, sometimes more than the thing cost new. This is most noticeable in the kitchen goods. Where the best bargains are is in the books. There are many interesting recent books and graphic novels in great condition. This store organizes everything better than most thrift stores. It is the easiest thrift store for finding clothes for work or dressy events. I appreciate Savers’ environmental initiatives also. Like Goodwill they no longer give out plastic bags. They recycle the ones they receive, I believe into Igloo coolers. Shoes that don’t sell go to street vendors in poor countries who support their families selling the shoes. So there’s lots of benefits to having Savers in our area. If nothing else, it is a place to go to get out of the house and check out the hideous tacky decorative items that used to grace someone else’s house.
I love going to savers. The ones we found in Albuquerque are huge
Only shop when it’s 50% off or on Tuesdays when it’s 30% off for seniors. Pricing is crazy...Walmart merchandise is priced higher than better brands. In general, for merchandise that is donated, pricing is way out of wack. Store is well organized and usually clean. Need more checkout cashiers.
I like going on the hunt here you never know what treasures you'll find. It's all about chase here never knowing what unique items you might uncover.
Always fun to see what's new.
The most expensive Savers around
Nice place to shop especially when they have their sales!
Best thing that happened to Wilmington!
Good collection of clothes, but every time I go there I see the prices go up. The staff finally wised up about the book deals and made them as expensive as the book store Ukazoo for the lesser quality.
Large Varieties of quality used clothes! Very clean and well organized too
Great customer service!!!! Very neat and clean. Friendly stuff members. For Savers to be a thrift store it looks better than some of the other thrift stores I have visited.
The staff here are so friendly and helpful! 2 people helped me try to fit a large piece of furniture in my tiny car for an hour! They always are willing to look for things that might not have been put on the door yet too.
I'm sharing this experience through a co-worker who recently purchased an item at your establishment. He told me that the cashier was extremely rude and told him to "back away" as she counted her drawer. She wasn't ready to wait on people. No smile, no eye contact. She obviously didn't want to be there. Sad!
As prev.stated-clean, organized, neat as well as well priced for the thrifty shopper~~Quite a few items Brand New, still with Original Tags! Help/service have always been friendly & efficient. Hopefully, mgt. won't use All of these & take as an excuse to raise prices.
Needs more attire for men.
It used to be a place where you could find good deals but now I find things are ridiculously expensive, especially considering the fact that everything was donated to them. I can find pants for $5 for new at a good sale, so why would I pay $4.99 for the same kind of pants but used?? I wouldn't. It's disappointing, really.
Cool items at good prices.
Savers is a great place to buy second hand items. I buy most of my clothes here because I can lots of items for a fraction of what they'd cost elsewhere. If you're looking for something specific (I was recently in the market for white women's flats size 8 and they didn't have any) you may not find it there, as they can only sell what is given to them and items are as is, including the occasional stain but those downsides mean little to me when I'm on a budget. Just be sure to carefully check over anything you're going to buy and TRY IT ON. If items are donated without a size tag they have to guess. Beyond that I love this store, especially when getting books for my kids or myself.
Clean, neat, found some great bargans!
Prices mostly reasonable depends how "used" it looks. My favorite thrift store just closed (Sister Thrift) had way better deals. Savers is larger with better selection.
The cashier was very rude and nasty. She threw my bags into my cart!
Excellent store would love to work there, the clothes are nice
Big store, lots of variety and priced well
.savers has great deals love that store
Had plenty sale items available,Very clean and well organized
First time there and enjoyed it, similar to Goodwill, lots of great stuff.
This is a wonderful second hand store. A bit pricey tho. You can still find deals and sales at times and it's still cheaper than retail price. The store is very clean and well organized. Certain staff can use customer service/courtesy training because that alone can bring down store ratings but over all its a great place to shop. Don't forget to bring your own bags for checkout. But if you do they sell the cloth type ones for $1. Its a pretty nice big size.
It always fun finding good merchandise, for cheap.
Nashua savers is great. Especially the people. The cashiers are fantastic.
Employees there are respectful and kind. My fiance left her Michael Kors purse in the carrage out front and an employee Justin Pelletier saw the left purse and collected it brought it in an reported it to management. Without him who knows what could have happened. We are both beyond grateful for Justin's response. Thank you to all the employees at this location.
Better than Goodwill on selection and price
Keep looking in here eventually they get everything. Place is clean and well. maintained. Nice variety of different types of items for sale
Cheap great clothing, furnishings and appliances.
Good selection, very well organized. Great prices!
Great place to find stuff you didn't know you need.
I work at savers and I am a cashier and it's the best place ever. Go price and great deals and speaking about great deals, on July 29/31 50% off on kids clothing, shoes, and accessories. Good sales for those days for kids back to school.
They have loads of overpriced garbage
Great place, great prices
Great store security
Loved the variety & high quality items at a reasonable price. Friendly staff.
Huge place, full of stuff but you need to search, examine and choose wisely to find your treasure!! Also, I was lucky and had a pleasant cashier!! Shop merrily
Great household items at affordable prices. Also great for treasure hunters.
If you are looking for that extra something, or your not financially about to purchase new items. This deserves a look. There are great items that were barely used and some that have never been. This is a great antique walk as well through all the knick knacks. But please be sure to properly wash all items that can be washed. These are all donated and do not necessarily go through a washing process.
Savers is a huge place. Very impressed with how well it is organized and clean. Great choices in clothing and household goods. Not impressed with the quality or quantity of furniture. Maybe it was just that day. Was not expecting to buy anything as it was my first time being there. Found some great shirts for my husband. Several were brand new. Prices are reasonable, even better when spending more than $100. Then there's a significant reduction. Happy to find Savers. Will be going back.
Selection is good on used kitchenware, books, movies and clothes. A big selection of toys, though, I wish parents would not let their children play and leave toys in the middle of the isle. Friendly staff. Drop off right out front and collection bin inside entrance. Parking is literally a hillside. Also, a little tight.
Needs more staff
Great 2nd hand store. Some clothes like new, others are ripped & stained...look over before you buy.
This was my first time visiting the store it will not be my last a very large selection
Good selection that changes daily.
I love savers because I come together as one. Thank you
Furniture/equipment area was empty. Just a small hand full of items
Store is okay, but the price is high for used that What I think
Always good quality. Sometimes they have everything I want sometimes they don't have anything. But that's how it goes when everything is donated. My favorite store!
Sells donated stuff at usually good prices. Inventory changes rapidly, so if you find something you like buy it, it may be gone next time. Plenty of parking and next to a great Dollar Tree. 30% discount for seniors on Tuesday. I usually check books and electronics first. Across the street is a very nice Market Basket. Savers, Dollar Tree, and Market Basket have shopping carts to lean on if you need it, are wheelchair accessible, and are good walking exercise, especially in hot weather, since all three are air conditioned.
Love stopping into Savers, ypu never know what "treasures" and awesome deals you will find.
Fantastic
I like to go here to get old comics. They have clothes, shoes, belts, toys, books music, movies, board games and computer accessories, kitchen items and other household merchandise.
Easy drop off of slightly used things. Good charity. When we clean out the storage boxes and our closets, we always find something to donate.
Clean, well organized store. Something for everyone.
It's to crowded and it's not organized, most of the stuff was on the floor, plus when they were cleaning stuff from the floor they were using newspapers, it was just a mess!
Nice friendly employees clean store.
Very expensive
Clean, extensive inventory of goods, very well organized though a little weak on furniture despite that area's recent expansion. Very easy donation area on the front of the building.
Great place to donate, and find great items. Really well stocked Halloween section.
Hit and miss. Prices are steep but the proceeds do go to a good cause. Smelly and musty but can find a good item every now and then. Never looked at the clothes
We always find good deals especially in the card member sale days.
Lots of what you can use for less, and even more of what you don't want.
A new toy still in the box had a savers price tag that said $4.99. I turned it over and the original tag said $2.99. They sell used stuff for more than you pay for it when its brand new!
My favorite thrift shop around, we'll organized and clean
This is a fun place to explore. I just started shopping at thrift stores to see what all the fuss was about. I actually found quite a few treasures here. I didn't have any luck at the other thrift stores.
I enjoy going to Savers. They have really made a difference in the store.
Good thrift store, good selection
Great sales! Awesome buys
I’m confused as to why someone would leave a 1 star review because everything was “used”. Went to find a nice accent pillow and everything in the furniture section was used?? Really??? That’s the sole purpose of the store. Wow.. Anyways, 2 stars from me because when you walk in the doors, it automatically seems you’re breathing in dust the entire time. Hangers scratching against the racks is the music of the store. After seeing a roach crawling on the floor in the furniture section, I never set foot back in this place.
cleanest thrift store I've ever seen. Good selection of clothing. Well organized.
Alot to choose from. Great deals. Every couple of weeks they have discounts. Every Tuesday is senor dicount 30% off
Nothing on your site states a holding policy or the terms in which you don't do a hold. Why is it that if someone held something, no matter what it meant to a manager, which makes no difference at all, that the item was destroyed? Why would you tell someone who is willing to spend their money there that you would even do such a thing? AFTER A HOLD WAS ASKED OF YOU? That's disgusting. Tiara, that's sick. If you don't know how to be a manager you need to be an associate... this store will never receive my monies.
The place is a dump! Way too expensive for used clothes
Good place for thrifty shoppers.Well organized and lot of stuff.
Always find great things here!
Depends on what you are interested in
Nice store all the time and the cashiers and young guys that help you put your things in the car..fantastic.
Great store to shop, however, they tend to over price their items. Much of the time i can buy new for $1-$5 more and sometimes cheaper. Unless you know what you are looking for and how much it costs combined with a special sale day they are having, you will waste money. I understand they are a charity, but they still need to be aware of their clientele that shops there, we are not rich.
Nice things!
Savers is essentially like Goodwill thrift store with an eye for quality items. Love Savers!
The prices were so great I saved a lot of money
Luv it
Great OLD AND NEW STUFF
Prices seem a little higher than most second hand stores. The store is very nicely laid out and extremely neat.
Good selections.
I reaaly like this store but the prices are ridiculously high. Went to buy a top...thinking it was 29.99. It was half off day so I was willing to pay 15 for it. When I went to check out she rang up 89.99 half off at 45!! I said no and now I am not shopping there as much as I used too. These are donated items....wish they would be fair with their pricing. Customer service varies from friendly to employees ignoring you. I have found some steals though. I guess I am torn.
Savers is a secondhand store that has mostly clothes, but the occasional gold, like a typewriter worth $150 for $14...or a $300 soundsystem for $50. It's a great place to pop in and find a cool pint glass or a neat little lamp, or a really cool old obscure hat or something.
Very friendly staff, awesome items. Go every chance i get.
Nicely laid out....just with they more furniture though =>
Always good finds sometimes a little pricey but know your prices
There are always new and unique things to explore, plus one of the best selections of thrift clothes.
You never know what you are going to find, but the assortment of goods is always interesting; and you might just find that piece that you have been looking for!
Second favorite thrift store. Can be pricey on regular days but they have great sales and a good selection in a clean environment.
Halloween is at Savers now, New costumes, accessories and decorations for sale.
Prices are good. Clothes are arranged by size and the store is clean.
99 cents t shirt day was great! !
Great prices and unbeatable prices
This location has pretty decent stuff. Started coming here after they closed down the one in Owings Mills.
Always good, even if I dont buy any thing, people are really nice
Awesome savings! Good selection.
Love Savers! Good variety of merchandise, clean store, great prices!
Amazing Halloween costumes and clothes! Always a great deal here and clean!
Friendly staff, interesting bargains
Who doesn't love second hand shopping! Always changing and always different items! Good prices and if your lucky you'll come away with a treasure or 3
I have shopped here for years and it's a decent thrift store. Savers has been increasing it's prices quite a bit, however. This has put me off from buying certain things, but there are still good deals to be found. I started only going on sale days, because they have also become a lot more stingy with their donation coupons as well. My biggest issue, though, is that Savers is pretty filthy. The last time I went someone had pooped on the floor of the bathroom, then stepped in it and left excrement smearing the floor all the way through the shoe section and into the men's clothes. I watched how they cleaned the mess and was not comforted. I haven't been back since. The floor always looks filthy at Savers and now that I know what is actually on them I'm thoroughly repulsed. Not to mention the condition of the bathrooms, which are frightening. I prefer going to the Goodwill next door, which is a more sanitary shopping experience, despite having less selection.
My main issue with this thrift store is the extremely high prices. They have items priced higher than you could purchase them at TJ Maxx, Marshall’s, etc. I’ve also had issues when buying plates all taped together that one of the plates was chipped and/or scratched but it was at the bottom so you couldn’t tell. Lastly, it’s not really clear how they help the community with the money they make. It seems like a shady, greedy business rather than a true help to the community.
Savers is pricing their stuff way too high. If i wanted to pay 6 dollars for a long sleeve thermal , i could get a brand new one at wal mart for same price. Dont forget, everuthing at savers has been donated.
I couldnt find a thing, Ive been several times but I must say they have nice items. Some were indeed over priced to be a thrift store. the staff was great all except the older black guys working in the back, they kept coming out to galk at the woman and one of them even gave my husband a mean look witch he didnt understand. Id shop here again but they should get a grip on the workers in the back and have the young adult curve their conversations and language.
Junk
A little expensive for used clothes.
Store is fine. Staff is fine. Customers behavior makes me wish for a plague.
I totally agree with Nel and amber - who does the Manager think she is bringing her PERSONAL ISSUES into the store. Technically the item destroyed by the Manager was the property of Savers. It is a matter of opinion as to the PC of the item. The customer requested the item to be held - the 'bill of sale' should not have been destroyed. IMO I believe she destroyed a significant piece of History. I love Savers. The Kids that work there are always pleasant and helpful to this old Lady. Some of the prices are high compared to Glen Burnie location. I donate everything I don't need or want on a regular basis. I am hoping to get my Neighbors - who toss a lot of reusable items - involved.
Good stuff for the value. Good place to buy home decor
Higher prices savers then colorado but still good things
Clean, great clothing selection and books and other things too!
I got half of everything ☺
Find unique and great values. Don't go in and rush thru the store. Don't stop by once and get disappointed. I frequently stop by and have purchased cool stuff.
A little bit of everything got to love it
there's a lot of good stuff if you look for it most of its just overpriced junk
I don't shop here as frequently as I used to. They keep changing the rules on their points program, which I don't like because every time I do go there, the rules have changed again!!! However I will say that Sabrina and Ashley are very friendly and helpful as ALWAYS!!!
For a company that sells used items, it's a quality organization. Not the cleanest but that's to be expected. Prices are great, they also have a savers card which can save tm you even more . great source for Halloween costume pieces.
Cool place but whenever they do the sales watch out for them jacking up the prices to make up the difference. Keep in mind that the things they are selling were DONATED.
Very disappointed drove from Owings Mills to Joppa rd Savers price are so high I paid $00 of Books they refused to gave me a bag Cashier wants me to pay 0.20 cent for the bags I didn't had a cash with me she want to charge my Debit Card over 0.20 cent I wouldn't never buy from there again or Donate nothing to them anymore they are ripping people off they never gonna get my money or my family's money .
Used to be the best before they raised their prices. Still solid, but sometimes used items are sold at prices you could get new in store.
First visit very clean and organized, some prices still a little high for items but overall nice place
Some good deals on housewares and knick knacks. Good kids section with lots of games and puzzles. The men's clothes are extremely overpriced. $12-$15 for old used jeans, for example. You can buy brand new jeans for $20 now. Basically all the clothes were 2x what used clothes should cost.
This place is a rip off.. you're selling 2nd hand things not new, what a joke.. avoid at all cost!
Pricing is horribly over priced. Even heard a few ladies complaining about it as well.
New prices for used things its great!!!
I feel that most things were a little over priced, and the infant clothes are so unorganized, but they have a large selection.
This store is always so disheveled and dirty. You can't even walk be the toy area parents use it as a drop-off daycare and employees don't even care! There is also never enough staff on hand. The prices for whatever reason are always HIGHER at this location. Savers you need to clean up your cat here.
It's a pretty big selection of stuff, I've found a couple cool CDs here.
I always find neat and unusual items there!
Honestly better than goodwill lately
Horrible customer service. There is absolutely no way I recommend going to this establishment. The cashiers are rude and act like me the customer is an inconvenience. I’ll travel across town to go to another thrift store before I return to this store.
Great buys!! Senior discount doesn't hurt either!!
Nothing better than Savers on senior day (Tues). I scored a $200 shirt for $4...age 55 and up...have fun!!!
Damn prices are to damn high. A pair of donated Nike Blazers for $89.00 and the manger told me that’s what they go for. Yeah hooker brand new maybe with a box. I Pulled up a new pair on eBay and they were $57.00 brand new oh no box.
Love this place. Usually find good second hand stuff. Simple interactions. I also donate here. The drop off is fast & convenient.
We have 2 stores here in Albuquerque. I go to both but the one on Alameda has pretty much priced the merchandise out of the market here. The other store has raised there price but not like the one on Alameda. Some of the woman's wear is actually priced higher than the original retail price. Men's clothes have changed much. I go to the Alameda store when I am in the area. I use to go every week.
Prices are too high for a thrift store. Jewelry counter is priced so high.
I love Famous Footwear and Old Navy!!
It was great. I found just what I needed
Good quality stuff nice prices
Never find anything here... very sad...
Great thrift store, always have good items !
From Inexpensive name brand clothing to starter kits for a humble aboad or lavish condo
Honestly, the best place around to pick up gently worn clothes.
Don't like that you have to pay for bags.
Stuff cheap.
The location I went to was disorganized..And to overly priced.
The staff was wonderful and engaging. My finds were unbelievable.
Probably you may satisfied, and good staff.
Good selection but prices are high. It could have a walmart clearance tag that says $3 but they will still charge $7.
Called talk to a manager and ask them if they would take a full size bed and she says yes . We got there and a guy said we would only take the head board. We before they said they would only take a full bed every time you call it a different story they need to get their act together. Some one could have used this nice bed but they would not take it
Hit or miss on finding good stuff.
You need to be willing to visit a couple of times to find what you're looking for, but they are getting in newly-donated merchandise every day. An example: I bought a new pair of Converse Chuck Taylor's for 12 bucks!
Found a great deal on Rockport shoes
Getting too pricey to call themselves a thrift store
This place is, in my opinion, a step above Goodwill. Always a great place for Halloween stuff.
Good place to purchase used items.
Always a great place too shop
This Saver's is generally neat and organized, and also usually has a good sci-fi fantasy selection for books.
My shop was cind of bad we cond not find the back packs but the rest of it was good so i give it a 4 stars
Love this store! I have bought so many things to decorate my home at Savers. Their selection is great and everything is is in great shape!
It like the store
Wow, this location is incredible. Staff is super helpful, everything is so neatly organized. I found some wonderful treasures on my first visit. I will be a new regular at this location.
Wasn't sure what to think before coming to this store for the first time. I left feeling great because they had a great selection, good prices and the store was very clean and neat.
They honor our Second Amendment rights!!! Easy parking, nice selection of gently used like new clothes. Clean aisles and professional staff. They had Halloween costumes for a reasonable price. The bathroom was mediocre. I'll be back for Halloween gear for sure.
Where do I begin? I recently came across an item at the savers on Joppa road. It was a framed slave bill that someone had donated. The item was spotted by a friend of mine. They posted a picture of it. When they left the store at 9pm it was there. I wanted to buy it and I figured it would be there in the morning. I couldn't go and get the item myself, so I sent my sister when the store opened. When she got there she was told that it couldn't be found. I called later that day to see if it had surfaced. I spoke to someone named Nikki who said that she found it, they just took it off the floor. I asked could it be purchased. She said yes, and that she would hold it for me. I go to the store shortly after and ask for someone to get it for me. A woman named Tiara comes out. She is the manager of production. She very rudely tells me that it has been destroyed. While you sister was there earlier she spoke with the same rude woman and she told her that if she found it she would personally destroy it. So she did, even with it being on hold with my name on it. My problem isn't the fact that she destroyed because she felt as if it were offensive. I'm upset at the way I was treated as a customer. Savers will no longer get ANY of my money! Being a woman of color I would think that Tiara would see the value in this item, but clearly not. Destroying that item doesn't change the fact that slaves were stolen, shipped and sold.
Bien grande, buenas cosas y malas.
This is a place of hidden gems. Pretty good inventory of gently used stuff
Savers in Nashua has been an important tool in my weight loss journey. I find good quality gently used clothing and can increase my wardrobe while I decrease without going broke. I also use it to clothe the teenage boys who wear out clothing fast.
Wondeful selection, all proceeds go to a great cause
Me encanta este lugar. Comodo todo bien organizados empleados amables. Buenos precios .
The better Savers in Albuquerque. Sometimes they get a bit carried away with the prices, but it goes the other way too, which is the most fun. The employees are generally nice and friendly. I am there a pathetic amount.
Used to love going every Sunday. BUT ALL OF A SUDDEN they went WAY UP on their prices. Now I suggest GOODWILL in Hudson. Much better prices. Same type of store,,,,
Very expensive; and cashiers not nice; very poor costumers service, I will never shopping there again..
Awesome place to buy inexpensive used clothing, shoes & household items-We go here weekly because the stock changes every day
Good deals plenty sales
Always something good here, whether it's playclothes that are going to get mucked up and outgrown anyway or some new serving pieces. This particular location is bright, clean and organized.
The place is nice very clean and organized it's a lot of good stuff and very cheap special if you get into a member you get to Save-A-Lot
Great place to shop for discounted gently used items! Awesome customer service. Amazing deals!
Savers is fun for browsing and good deals can be had. Overall, clothes are priced inexpensively, but lately I have been seeing higher prices for name brand items or clothing with tags. I have a hard time finding adult clothing in my size (XS), so I typically go through the kids section. The organization of the kids section, as well as the entire store layout was recently changed. All kids clothing is grouped by size, so there may be pants mixed in with shirts. The last time I went to Savers they moved some clothing racks to put out staged rooms like you'd see at IKEA, and the frequency of the department shuffling is frustrating for a regular shopper. Prices of furniture have increased. My limit is $14.99 or lower. I rarely purchase any furniture over $14.99, and lately I've been seeing furniture priced at $29.99 or more. The prices of the furniture don't make sense, as an item that is $24.99 isn't necessarily in better condition that something that costs less. The section that sells technology has seen a price increase as well, and Savers is charging too much for what they believe is an "antique." Beddings and curtains are reasonably priced. A fair amount of appliances are available. Knick knacks, seasonal items, books, kitchenware, kid's clothing, adult clothing and shoes are priced appropriately. Plenty of kids shoes, lady's boots and infant clothing. Plenty of toys. When parents let their kids run amok, the toy section gets trashed and creates a tripping hazard, and you might see some kids using scooters within the store without parent supervision. The test areas with electrical outlets keep moving and is sometimes crowded. The section with the lamps is chaotic and is mixed with furniture as well. I haven't seen any good bicycles lately, as they're all Huffy or kids bikes. The store recently relocated and expanded their stuffed animal display and again, is disappointing for a frequent shopper who expects consistency. Now it seems that I have to spend time walking through the whole store to find what I need. I think Savers is a better alternative to GoodWill, and I won't go back to GoodWill. Savers has that "thrift store smelI, but it's an improvement over Goodwill. I'm just disappointed that furniture prices have increased and I don't shop at Savers as much as I have in the past.
Love Savers stores Always Nice and clean and Soooo happy they have one in Owings mills !!!!!!
Got some good stuff in there for sure. Plenty of clothes and furniture.
This store is awful.. It smells and the staff is very rude and unhelpful. From knowing someone who worked there, everone is treated very bad and unfairly. This is Savers, a used clothing store. It's not rocket science to run a place like this.
Sometimes a great bargain. Tuesday is senior discount day 30% off.
Some good deals. Need to be a bit cleaner.
You can fund some awesome deals however you better know your prices as some pricing is higher than what it was sold in the store for new.
Good quality clothing priced fair. I found 2 shirts tags still on under $10.
Amazingly the clothes in this store are very clean, cheap prices for great clothing
Tons of random stuff. Found a set of unused mud and snow chains last week for 10 bones. Take your time to find what you like.
Good selection
Great place to give away the stuff you don't want any more and not have it end up in a landfill. Also a decent place to buy some yard sale type stuff. It is a hit or miss proposition as to what you will find there but I always take a tour through if I'm dropping stuff off. They seem to have a lot of used clothing but I never look at that.
Always finding the be of the best pieces here at Savers....My Favorite place to shop
A lot of good selections on clothing, woman's, men's and children. Just a bit more expensive than the one on menaul but still love it!
Sometimes you can find some unique items here. They do price things pretty high for a thrift store though.
The prices were better this time:) staff is friendly
I use to go here all the time and found some great stuff. We moved away and I visit when I can. I was in recently and the prices were ridiculous! The prices are pretty much what I can find on a sales rack at any department store. Very disappointing. I may come back for a 50% off sale, but that would be it.
Had a strong opening, but my past few trips have been a disappointment
Such a nice store and the help is very attentive. Wonderful buys on a lot of wonderful items. Love shopping at Saver's in Wilmington, MA
I can always find something interesting here. There is a ton to look through which is nice. They have great prices on a good portion of their items.
I am going to be back. They have a great selection and unbeatable prices.
the store can be better managed, the environment is dirty, the toilets is dirty and stinks. their items are a bit pricey compared to other thrift stores, but overall it can be a great place to find treasures if kept clean.
Affordable clothing and other items, some still have original tags on it. Brand new looking dinette set. Love this place for my whole family!
It is a great place to walk around and shop for goodies.
I always find something here.
I love the sheer volume of clean merchandise!
Great place clothing for everyone in family, including foot wear and socks. Assorted household items, electronics, curtains, some sports gear. Special occasion dresses , women's & men's outer wear. Definitely a place to browse. A great place to donate items. This location does not have furniture. The Nashua location stocks furniture.
Love this store. Great selection and friend and helpful staff
My favorite thrift store to shop at. It is always clean, neat and organized. With the occasional item in the wrong size overall they do a great job.
Always find something there. New and used stuff. Friendly staff
Good prices but you have to take time to look
Prices are going up too high.dvds at goodwill are only $2.00.Who prices these things?
Don't have much
It's a thrift shop. Most stuff is priced well, I feel that kitchen stuff is priced a bit high. I have three kids and find buying games or toys in a box result in a missing piece (or pieces) 70% of the time, so check the boxes before you leave. Good deals can be found. If you bring items to donate you'll receive a coupon (usually 30% off entire purchase).
On average it’s maybe a 1.5 star but most things are overpriced for donated items and some are close to retail or more for used items. Certain furniture items have been here months since they are too damaged to sell. They also just put up a giant banner between the registers and display cases and you have to wait a long time to see anything behind the counter since no one can see you.
Well organized especially for a thrift store
Waaay over priced for garbage. Even marked up prices from the original price tag.
Their selection has gotten a bit worse over the last six months or so. I'm not sure why. The employees are nice, but sometimes the way some of them dress is a bit off-putting.
One of the cleanest thrift shops I ever been to
Always finding something different and that's what I love
Good deal
Always have what i need
I Love that Store. That is where I Go when I need something. They have the Best Sales there. I will go to Saver before Good WILL, they stink!!!!
Awesome thrift store with a wide variety of items. Pricing is reasonable according to the item you are purchasing.
Fun Thrift, fun great place to find treasures.
A great place to get second hand clothes for cheap.
New Savers for me. Very clean people friendly
Good selection of used goods and clothing. Divided by sizes.
Good donation center
Average
I got so much for a great price. They have a ton a baby/toddler clothes along with many amazing books which totally helped this momma ❤❤
Great prices on most items. Picked up an old book for far cheaper than I could have found it online.
Expensive. I can usually find similarly priced items at the T.J. Maxx located across the street.
Always well organized and efficient. Hot or miss on the quality of the items, but they are priced accordingly.
Awesome!!
Hit or miss , I have had very little success finding what I need ,still decent prices. It's a nice sized thrift store so you never know what you're going to find. Like I said I have not had good luck. However a friend seems to hit the store at the right time and finds deals. I've learned to shop with her. Take a chance , you have nothing but a few minutes to lose.
Love the way this store is organized and grouped by size and color etc.
Nice clean place with a great selection.
Their selections are far less than the other Savers. But I always find something I just have to have.
Nicely organized. Books are even shelved according to genre.
Not a great experience, I’ve been here twice and the wait to check out is insane. Now I know why people don’t bother and just go to the mall and pay 5x the price.
I love donating here because the more stuff you donate you can get up to 30% off voucher towards your next purchase but use quickly because it does expire, I learned that the hard way. And I love shopping for all kinds of things especially clothes, toys, furniture or decor, jewelry.
Save money on gently used goods.
Specials, discount days, membership, and senior day! Love this store!
Great place tofind things that you are looking for at super cheap!
Nice clean, big store.
Great selection especially when putting together customes. Staff are friendly too. Some prices are way too high though on certain items and I can't help but feel like I need a shower every time I go in there.
Love thrif9its a hit or miss
Great staff!! Cool finds
Lots of good stuff
Dont like the ideas that u cannot buy things as they come in .its not fare that ur employees dont count it in as it come so a big buyer that I am .I spent ate leat 2.3 thousand a month .now I will have to spend my money elsewhere so good luck with ur stupid policy
I always loved second hand stores and thrift shops, because the inventory is always changing, and there are many hidden jewels. And Savers has a variety of gently used to practicly new stuff.
as far as shopping this is a three-star experience there's no rhyme or reason to the pricing sometimes with an old non name brand pattern pair of jeans costing $18 for a brand new one with a name brand in perfect condition costing $10. they have many different books but trying to find by a specific author is nearly nonexistent. However the options that they have can be very good or ho-hum depending on when you arrive that's just the nature of a thrift store though. Pricing in general is very fair sometimes you can get really good deals on electronics or sporting equipment and my favorite part about this place is that I can get rid of all the clutter in my house at almost any time.
Typical thrift store.
I love the setup in this store! Sometimes the kids toy section is a bit messy. I'm sure it's hard to keep up with everything when you have to keep pricing donations and putting new / used items on the shelves. Overall, I would say their pricing is consistent.
I've dropped off donations several times. Normally very quick and easy experience
Great selection prices are so reasonable something for everyone bring donations and you get an extra 30% off of your purchases that day open till 9:30 stores very clean I could go on and on
Best thrift store! Super clean very friendly staff and great selection always! Love this place!
Donated all my extra stuff here with no problem.. Nice workers.
For this particular visit, but I should've looked and noticed the sale, because it was crazy busy, every dressing room full and every check out line open. That said, I scored three sets of PJs for kids, shoes for the family, a large swath of fur material, skirt and dress for me, and a toy, around thirty odd bucks.
Excelentes ofertas, buenos precios.
It's great for deals. Everyone is really nice who works there. My only complaint is that it's hard to find help cause there are no uniforms and it's hard to tell who's working there and who's just a customer. But that's a minor thing. I'd go here over the Job Lot or Good Will. Also, they make donating stuff easy.
I really like going to Savers..I donate and pick up an item or 2, make a project with a recent purchase or pick up a great bargain toys for the brats...recommend everyone try out Savers before going anywhere else especially for children's clothing or construction clothing.
Ghetto market to the tenth power. Don't go there and expect to use their cash back option many times it's not available.
needs more mens clothes good prices
Great place to find treasures!
Too warm inside, but good prices
Ok, so I don't normally review thrift stores but this one impressed me. Nice manager, nice register folks, exceptionally clean store, great prices, fun weekly deals. I love this place.
Not much to say but it's just savers
It's okay... Some things are far to overpriced while others are not. It's a real hit or miss. Sale are good but it is clear they are way understaffed and it makes shopping hard especially on busy days. Which demotivates you to shop on sale days. It is cool that they do all the donation stuff but they are a for-profit for a non-profit. Check other thrift stores like Goodwill or Salvation Army. Keep you options open
definitely find older clothes here, good for Halloween costumes. you always end up waiting in line forever tho
very organized unlike other Thrift stores, great prices,
Good choice of articles , still have to be careful as clothes are used or have some defects but can t beat the price
Think of it as a consignment shop. A variety of many things some are bargains some junk.
It has great service and you can always find something interesting.
Nice store but Savers prices are higher than most thrift stores.
Great stuff ! Low prices !
Great selection, friendly employees.
Pricey for a thrift shop. Sale days are good.
Great bargains on a huge variety of pre-owned items - clothing, furniture, books, toys, electronics, music, videos, household, you name it.
Major pro is that Savers has one of the largest inventories in town; also, their items are usually well-organized . The reason for 4 rather than 5 stars is due to their pricing. I've been thrifting for many years now, and though the popularity of thrifting has certainly prompted an increase in prices over the past decade or so, it seems like prices at Savers may have raised most of all. Not as ridiculously high as Buffalo Exchange, but to the point that I now feel like I might as well pay retail for some more basic staple items, and save thrifting for the more unique finds. I still choose Savers quite often, and their discount/rewards program helps level the playing field. Happy hunting!
The best, cleanest, most well-organized thrift store in NH or MA, and I would know.
So many good deals! Staff are friendly and helpful. Store is organized well and item changeover is quick. Definitely worth a once a week shop!
I use to love going to Savers! However I feel they all have gotten very greedy on there prices of donated items! They even took away there punch cards which offered you 30% off the whole purchase! NOT the 20% they do now. And make sure you don't spend more than $100 as anything OVER that doesn't get that additional 20% off either! I'm a buyer of nice jewelry which I haven't found anything good in a long time at most Savers. Gold is almost unheard of now and if there its priced WAY above scape value! Their ridiculous priced on their silver jewelry too if they have any. I do believe the more valuable the item the less it makes it on the store shelves. For a thrift shop with so many donated items, Shame on them for continually raising their prices! In some cases its more than the original store price!! BUYER BEWARE! They also don't pay there employees enough! The turn over for employment is great. At least the CEO's and Fat Cats of the Savers brand are making a MORE than profitable living!! After all isn't that the bottom line in this money hungry greedy world of business!! NOW its in the non profit or in this case for profit thrift shop world that's getting very greedy.
Great please to buy used items. Good service and great to take your donations to.
Can find some good items for a great place. Just make sure to try on any clothes in the dressing rooms. I've been to a few Savers and the items always are tagged wrong. Then again it all depends on the brands as well. But I found some gems in this place. Including a beautiful Bureau set for $25, a $75 kids DJ set for 5.99. And my wife got a pair of $80 jeans for $12.
I always find cool knick knacks there. I especially like the furniture section.
Usually, thrift stores have a really weird smell to me, Savers DID NOT have this smell and everything was clean, the store was well organized, I had no problem finding anything, and the employees seemed to have such positive attitudes every time I have visited so far.
My favorite charitable thrift store, great selection, I love it!!
Love it love it love it
Love this place the deals are fantastic
Prices are too high and some merchandise is garbage
Different styles & prices compare to other store
Good selection of used items. Good donation times. Clean store with helpful employees.
You've got to try this place. You never know...you just might find something you love!
I like this place. It does appear like there is an increase in price but I look carefully and I have gotten some really good items that were close to new at a reasonable price. One item was a Nike jacket that it looked like someone accidentally dropped it off. Also I found an expensive wool long coat as well on there 50%off day. Great place but probably not for folks that don't go there often and patiently wait for that golden moment.
Fun place to kill a little time, if you don't mind consignment stores. Good bargains always to be had.
Nice store , Friendly staff . found a nice lamp there.
I tell all my friends about this store! It is very organized and I like how they hang the clothes making them easy to see as I go down each aisle. My only complaint is that this store DOES NOT have a wheel chair or electric shopping cart available for elderly and disabled customers so I can't shop there unless I bring my own. I'm sure someone has donated one so why can't they hang on to it for customer use?
Well lit, pretty organized for a thrift store
Terrific store! I love to shop at Savers for their wide selection and low prices!
Too expensive.
Great 2nd hand store. Very trans friendly. Great prices and selection. Clothing, jewelry, footwear, accessories, even furniture
Great deals
Lots of great bargains! Would help if they had more cashiers
Okay prices. A lot of damaged clothing
-editing this review- This savers is understaffed and their prices have skyrocketed. I have been coming here regularly since they opened, and a skirt that would have cost me $3 four years ago is $10-12 now. Considering that these are donated, used items that don’t cost them anything, I find this unusual, when the store is not well kept and has had no renovations since opening, and the amount of employees has decreased so much. Someone is greedy. -original review, formerly 5 stars- This saver's is the best saver's. I've been to many. I think since some of the surrounding towns here are somewhat financially fortunate, there are a lot of really nice clothes here. I've gotten leather, furs, lots of brand names, etc. Housewares are great too. I love this place.
I love savers it always has great costumes for good prices
Ever one is nice. Its not super clean but they do a great job
I only shop here on 50% off days. They raised prices for discounts. Wouldn't bother otherwise.
Savers has a bit of this and a bit of that for sale in a well lit and reasonably organized space. If you have something to donate you can get a receipt for taxes and a coupon for 20% off a future purchase (can me used the same day).Their donation hours are almost all of the store opening hours. Note: If you have something heavy to unload, bring a friend as the employees are not allowed to unload for you. UPDATE: Every donation equals a 20% off coupon.
I have bought 2 items in the past two weeks that have been marked wrong. One was a dress the other was a set of sheets. They were tagged as King however while washing them I realized that they may be full size sheets at best I called the store to find out how to return them and they wont take them because i don't have my receipt. I have the price tags but no receipt. So buyer beware. I would not shop at this store as who ever is tagging items is either not pay attention or just doesn't care either way I was a savers fan up until today.
Prices are reasonable nice place to shop
This chain is sure getting greedy over the years, especially when people are basically giving them everything for free that would normally save them a trip to the dump.....12-20 $ for used name brand shorts that you can get cheaper brand new at Ross or Marshalls.....come back down to earth man!
Decent selection, very pricey as far as second hand stores go
If you would like to better help your community I suggest donating to Good Will. Savers charge extremely high prices and in some cases charge more for items that where originally payed for when first purchased brand new. They are making huge profits for items that most people think they are donating for charity. I will no longer donate my used items to savers until they change there greedy ways.
Been here a few times. Its one of the better savers I've been to, but what do you expect its a thrift store. I've dropped off a few bags of clothes for donations. They give you a coupon with percent off when you buy stuff there depending on how much you donate and donation slip for taxes. I prefer to come here to donate then to donate to salvation army.
