Very nice people. New Manager, Adrian, is inexperienced, but a hard worker and a nice man. Very patient and understanding. The front end and costume wall employees are very kind and helpful. The other management and "owners" are extremely unprofessional and inexperienced when it comes to employees. More training and more experienced members of management will make this store AWESOME!!!! Good luck Party Depot. We have needed a party store in Ashburn. Hope you are the ones.

I usually come to this Party Depot around Halloween. They have a great selection (even if you wait until the last minute like me) They are always very nice and the store is very well stocked!

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EXPERIENCED HERE TWICE IN A ROW FROM THE EMPLOYEE BY THE NAME OF SCOTT HAS BEEN ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! He was very unprofessional and made many smart-ass remarks, he wasn't friendly, nor did I feel that my purchase was or money spent was appreciated. I called the customer care number to complain about the experience(s) that I had, and the guy on the phone spoke to me very nonchalantly and told me that there was nothing he could do. ALSO, None of the employees ever speak when you enter the store either. I will never shop here again; mind you I worked for the company and things were never run like this before.

Worst place ever! Spent almost $30 on a limbo stick, when I opened it it was broken! They didn't want to exchange it for anything. Now I'm sitting here with a broken item I can't even use. Worst management ever! Go to Party City!
