Went to this store today. As soon as I walked in I was met with an overpowering smell of incense. It was almost too strong to be in the store without getting sick. My girl and I walked around for about 15 minutes while the woman working the cash register just sat at the counter on the phone. We weren't acknowledged at all until we went to the register to buy something. The previous day I bought a samsung galaxy s7 that enables me to pay anywhere cards can be swiped using only my phone. I asked the person behind the counter if I could pay via Samsung Pay and she looked at me like some sort of con artist. I tried to walk her through the steps but she continued giving me an ugly look and said that she'd have to call her manager. After talking with her manager for a few seconds on the phone they both come to the conclusion that they won't accept my form of payment. I ask if I can speak to the manager to at least tell her what I was attempting to do so she can research it for the next customer who comes in. The manager says yes and the woman behind the counter walks towards me with the phone. I reach for it and she immediately snatches it back like I was about to take her phone and run or something. At this point I decided that my business wasn't welcome there and left. She had come to the conclusion that I was some sort of criminal the second I asked to pay with my phone. Worse yet, I smelled like incense for the rest of the day. I won't be returning to this store. Good thing too because I looked up reviews for what I was going to buy when I left and everywhere I went it had a 1 star review and many comments saying it would stop working after a couple uses.

Ms. Sweetness was a great help, plus there's a lot to choose from. Kinda expensive, but you pay for what you get. I will be going back.

These girls are amazing! I called ahead to see if they had what I was specifically looking for, and not only was she very helpful, she even set it aside for me until I could get there. Very friendly and knowledgable. The store is small but still has a good selection! Can't wait to return. Soooo much better than other stores in the area that I've visited with a much better price tag.

I drove all the way out here and arrived just after nine, and found out they close at nine on Wednesdays. Call ahead to see when they close. The hours listed here are wrong.

I was a little nervous, but the staff are so pleasant and open, and made me feel comfortable right away. My wife and I will be back!

Honestly they seem to just sell a lot of cheap over priced stuff. I'd rather buy my stuff online. Store was also a mess and the lady on the register was on her phone the whole time and was less than happy to answer my questions.

Went here for the 1st time today. The item i got worked perfectly. The sales woman was great, she opened the item to make sure it worked before i bought it. I definitely will come here again. Items are pricey, but very good quality. So in my honest opinion, its worth it ^_^

Look. I really liked this place when I was there the first time. Employees were very friendly and helpful. I decided to go back this morning to buy some things and the store is completely closed. No one is answering the phone or a knock on the door. Business hours should at least be changed if you will not be there when the store says it is open. I very much wanted to buy something here - but I guess I’ll just have to go to the mall or buy online :(

The staff didnt even acknowledge that we (black women) were in the store. We walked around the store for 15 minutes and no one spoke. I was about to make a purchase when 2 other ladies (white) walked in. They were greeted right away. We decided we were not welcome and left. I wasn't making it a racial issue just describing my experience here but thanks for your response.

I live in Silver Spring. It takes me over half an hour to get here. Of the last 5 times I have come here during advertised weekend hours, they have been closed 4 times! They used to be reachable by chat, but shut that down. I guess they were tired of customer complaints. Seems they dont really want our business. UPDATE!. Sunday sept 23rd. Been calling for 40 minutes, from 2:00 to 2:45. no answer. Love owner, but sure doesnt know how to hire a dependable employee!

Owner is incredibly defensive. Just read the reviews. Appreciates the good ones and challenges the negative ones. That alone says he/she isn’t open for feedback. Customer service means appreciating both because one validates and the other can help grow your operations. Based on the owner’s response to reviews I won’t be shopping here. No confidence that any dissatisfaction will be met with seriousness.

I walked in and Linda was speaking to a customer that had already checked out I asked if Krysten was there because I had spoken ti her previously via telephone and I knew she would be helpful. I picked about 4 pieces of lingerie (about 250 worth of merchandise) and I needed assistance. I made eye contact with her and tried to get her attention but she acted like she didn't see me and so I kindly interrupted and said " Excuse me I have a few pieces of lingerie and I have a 4 o'clock appointment to be at and need assistance (it was currently 320)" and she shortly replied "okay I will be with you in a minute ". I stood for about about 3-5 minutes impatiently listening to their unimportant unworkrelated conversation and so I made impatient eye contact with her as i hung the items back up. She still ignored me so at that point I stomped out and asked for her name. Horrible customer service and she definitely lost at least a $200 sale. And to make matters worse she missed 3 phone calls talking to this man about literally nothing. I'm all the way to the parking lot when she comes out behind her customer and yells "I was going to help you!" "I told her no stanks, I'll go somewhere else tonight after my appointment" Horrible employee and definitely needs to be replaced. Thank you for your timely response I will gladly give night dreams another chance. In addition, should I receive quality service and a quality discount, I will happily edit my review.
