I'm sure my wife would rate the store higher. Samantha did a great job of taking care of her. However, another associate was marshalling people around the dressing rooms. She decided that men weren't allowed in the area outside the rooms, no problem. Then she decides that other males were allowed. I pointed it out and just put on a dumb face. Discrimination - another reason men hate shopping.
