Torrid is a fun place to shop for funky comfortable stylish plus size wear. What makes this location shine out is the staff! When I'm a woman on a mission they get it and know their stuff to find what fits my style with a few thoughtful questions and suggestions based on their own honest wearing choices. Integrity in what they sell you makes everything better. Even if it's saying be extra careful this says its washer friendly but it really isn't. Telling me the tag lies rather than selling me the product and hoping I'll come back to replace it is honesty and integrity. Love you gals!

I was extremely disappointed to walk into my favorite store and find it looking like every other store out there. Torrid used to carry plus size gothic clothes, now it just looks like a plus size forever 21.

Every employee here is freaking fantastic! Personalized shopping help. They remember your name, which is a big deal. If something isn't in stock, they will hunt it down for you.

My only complaint is that it's freaking expensive! I love the clothes and being one of the smaller sizes is nice but I can't afford anything unless it's on clearance. Huge downer.
