Nice customer service. Had a birthday party over the weekend and needed some balloons. We ordered a day before the event to be ready by noon and when we went to pick them up they were ready. Also we've paid the day before to make things easy and fast. They were awesome. Highly recommend. Free parking outside the store.

I was so pleased with this place. We were in a bind to find four costumes for the family in the middle of the summer. The themed dinner was Heroes & Villains and we found a costume for our whole family in one afternoon. The lady in the back room was super helpful in finding our sizes and giving us tons of options. If I need a costume, accessories, or party supplies I will definitely return here. The store is enormous and has more than enough to plan any event.

They had one young lady at the front and no one responded when she called for customers assistance. She helped as much as she could with the questions. At least two people left because it took so long for her to assist and run the register. I've been there before and it wasn't like that hopefully they were have a off day.

They have just about everything you need. I didn't buy anything because, they had 5 people working and only 1 person checking people out. Very long line to wait.

Out of the 4 associates working, only 1 offered to help. The other 3 were involved in conversations amongst themselves. The aisles aren't labelled (as far as I saw) so do not go in there in a hurry like I did (I needed wrapping paper and tape for a 7yr olds bday presents). Good assortment of items.
