I ordered my daughter's dress 2-08-2019 and was told it would take 2 weeks to come in its now 3-27-2019 and I hade to go there to find out why I haven't gotten a call to pick the dress up and was told it wasn't there yet. There reason was it was stuck in customes because it came from over seas. Stop lying to people about how long it takes. All they doing is giving false information so you would buy from them because no one said to me two weeks if it's not from overseas. The other thing is no one called me to inform me of the set back and to see if I still wanted the dress.

First, let me begin by saying that I have never reviewed a shop before, however, I was so impressed with the service I had to write one. I recently visited in order to obtain a ball gown. The women there were so very accommodating that I will be back, and I will recommend to all of my friends and family. I tried on many gowns, and left with the perfect one for me. Thank you ladies for having such a fabulous shop that should be every women's favorite go to dress shop.

My daughter bought her prom dress from here. I have to say they have very beautiful gowns in this boutique. It's always busy but the staff is nice and attentive. They do alterations also if you need the dress taken in some.

Purchased a dress while we were in New Orleans. My daughter fit the dress fine. They needed to add cups and hem the dress. When we returned home the dress was waiting ( left on porch ) not even signature needed. My daughter tried it on and the dress had been taken in ( the dress fit fine prior to them messing the dress up , we have pics). I called the store and my calls were dodged for two days after multiple calls. The owner finally got on the phone and said no way her shop could make mistake. NIGHTMARE! She said the dress could be let out ( please note that it needed to be 2.2" bigger). I took the dress to TWO UPSCALE ALTERATIONS shops and both said NO WAY! Both also said the dress had been altered ( have notes from shops and pictures). I called owner back and she said she could do it but wouldn't guarantee for prom. I also want to note she tried to say " maybe your daughter gained weight from menstrual" ,she was very insulting and even after going to TWO shops and showing them the dress the owner still took NO RESPONSIBILITY. I told her I want my money back and she refused. I had to go out and pay for a new dress since my daughters prom is April 8th we have no time to continue to play the games this rude owner wants to play. SAVE YOUR SELF TIME AND MONEY DON'T BUY HERE! I intend to go through every avenue even court if need be to get our money back and just so this doesn't happen again to another girl!

I bought a dress and was in love with it but it costed ALOT of money. I ended up getting it and had to pay installments on it. I later saw another girl at prom with the same dress that she got for under $100. I wore the dress one night all the beads fell off and the dress looks terrible now. I called they said they could fix it for me and was very nice, but now there being so rude and wont help with anything I wouldn't shop there... Worse experience I have ever had.

I absolutely loved the dresses and ladies at this boutique! We needed last minute dresses for filming and the helped us til late on the night and had.our dressed altered and ready 4 days later!!! Plus the quality of the dresses were amazing!

Had an issue with a dress, Dawn and the girls were awesome. They did everything possible to address the issue, we got a new dress and was return a portion of my initial purchase for the difference in price for the new dress. Would recommend highly!!!!!

She has hundreds of pretty dresses only to buy, not rent. Price range from $200 on up to $1000. No refunds or returns. Alterations are an extra fee. Prettier dresses cost more.

My daughter found a prom dress in 20 mins. She is a very picky person. Mrs. Gloria and Dawn were wonderful. It was hard to find a dress in Baton Rouge, so when we arrived at the Red Carpet, not only did we find 1 we had a choice out of the whole rack in her size. My daughter was fitted the same day

So today, 9/16/18 we visited the Red Carpet store for the first time. I would give it zero stars if I could. The experience was disgusting. I wanted my daughter to have a large variety and feel great about her first homecoming. She recently lost 25 lbs and I am so proud of her. She has battled cancer and all. Right when we walked in( we were the FIRST) ones there, we were led to the “plus” section. About 5 girls came in after and we were literally dropped. We were given 1 dress and the saleswoman catered to another girl. It was to the point I was bringing my daughter dressed to try and her face fell lower and lower. The experience was horrible. We then sat in the main room waiting for anyone to help us, again first ones there. We were looked upon as nothing’s. This store should be ashamed of themselves to make a brave beautiful girl feel so ugly and worthless after her battles. Please no one shop here. Literally disgusting. Go to Nordstrom. Better quality and def better prices and they make you feel like a person!

I called on the phone to ask if a dress was in stock and was treated very rudely and never helped. When I politely asked to check for a dress, she responded, "We very busy right not and got like 5 people waiting, call back later." Before I could even respond, the phone was hung up. I would never recommend this place: I am from out-of-town and will definitely not be going there to buy my dress.

I am 100% sure you will leave the store with a gown. There are so many gowns to choose from the options are endless. The staff is AMAZING! Not long after I got into the store I was greeted with such an authentic and friendly hello and the woman who helped me got straight to work helping me look for exactly what I wanted. I love my dress and cannot wait to wear it to prom.
