Probably the rudest sales person I have ever encountered. She hovered over me and my friend in that tiny cramped store like a vulture, and when she wasn't doing that she was literally sitting on the floor in front of the (JAM-PACKED) clothes racks texting. I tried on a cape that was wildly over priced ($60 - not even lined) and the rotted fabric clasp, literally hanging on by a thread, finally gave way. The sales "lady" started yelling at me and accusing me of breaking it, I simply said "It broke, I'm not sure what to tell you" and she totally lost it, she even went so far as to say "I'm not trying to be rude, but you should learn respect - you can't just go trying on people's merchandise and walking around the store - YOU NEED TO LEARN RESPECT." Meanwhile, my friend was trying on a dress in the change room, overheard the insanity, and we both left. Later, a couple who was in the store came up to us on the street and said "That lady was crazy" and that they couldn't believe how rude she was to me. It was all truly shocking. No one has evern spoken to me like that. TLDR: OVERPRICED, UNORGANIZED, RUDE SERVICE, DON'T BOTHER - Funky Monkey is right down the street and they are the exact opposite of that dump.

My friend bought me a corset with laces and a zipper...before the laces were even tightened the zipper popped open. Clearly I can't wear it. Due to their "no refunds or exchanges policy" they wouldn't even give me store credit on THEIR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. And the woman at the counter was rude, zero sympathy, no "I'm sorry. I wish there was something I could do," nothing. Just kept telling me it was because I laced it too tight (#1 it's a freaking $70 corset, there shouldn't be a "too tight" and #2 I told her several times that it wasn't even tightened yet). Absolutely DEPLORABLE business practice. It was a gift. It wasn't even my money. I am out nothing. And yet I am COMPLETELY disgusted and will not return. Stay away.

I was able to find a really one of a kind piece for my Mardi Gras day get up and am really happy with the service. It was cramped and frantic in the shop but everyone was still very helpful and nice. It definitely shows that Miss Claudia cares immensely about each piece that leaves her shop

We Visited this location prior to a costume and masquerade ball with only a couple of hours to spare, the staff there was very helpful they were very pleasant and the selection was adequate without being overwhelming. We grabbed masks as well as sequinned outfits including those you see below and my beautiful partner ended up winning a best costume award while I sparkled while watching her receive it. Worth checking out, the prices are somewhat expensive however for what they are.
