Through my experiences, the quality of merchandise in this outlet leaves a lot to be desired, unlike the regular Loft store. It also seems as if the outlet prices are actually higher than the regular store.

I am NEVER going back. Very displeased with this store. Bad management and terrible customer service. I saw many clothes that were damaged. The manager wasn't doing her job and a supervisor kept correcting her. The staff was not friendly and just gossiped with each other and ignored customers. None of the employees offered to start a fitting room or ask if I needed anything. The fitting room hall way was full of clutter. The store is poorly layed out, which made it difficult to locate items. I've been here a couple times and have always been disappointed. I will NOT be going back. I cannot recommend this place at all. Don't waste your time here unless you like a rude negligent staff. Go to the LOFT at St. Matthews instead! They have sales just as good as the outlet anyway!

Customer service is great but the quality off the clothing is lacking. I've had to take back many items because they shrank or looked terrible after washing. Pants are the only thing I'd buy here.

NEVER going back. Disappointed with this store. Poor management and terrible customer service. I found multiple pieces of clothes that had holes and tears in them. The manager wasn't following proper store conduct by not wearing her headset. One employee was taking personal phone calls with friends while on the floor. The staff was not friendly and just gossiped with each other. None of the employees offered to start a fitting room. The fitting rooms are messy and hard to get to and full of clutter. The store is over packed, poorly layer out, and it's hard to find things. I've been several times and have always been disappointed. Will NOT be going back. Don't waste your time here. Just go to the LOFT at St. Matthews.
