Watch out! Final sale for some items although they’re not posted. Saleswoman on 3/16/19 was especially rude when all I asked if I could make a return. No, they don’t accept returns on clearance. Who knew? Although I spent a significant amount on my original purchases I will never shop there again. This was a Valentine’s Day gift for hubby who decided the sweater was too itchy. Now I’m stuck with it.

I went to this store with my boyfriend to help him with buying a suit for a family wedding. I don't have any experience in buying a suit and it had been a long time since my boyfriend had. Our sales associate, Pam, was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help us. She even tracked down a pair of pants at another store and had them shipped to our house. We walked away very happy!

The selection was phenomenal, the staff was fantastic. Whether you're looking for work attire or something more casual, this is a good place to start looking. It is a higher end store and the pricing reflects that. So if you go into it thinking it's a macy's be prepared for some sticker shock. However the clothing looks very presentable and lasts a while. Also this brand is known for there tried and true styles. So dont expect anything that's fashion forward. All in all I would recommend this store and this brand as a whole.

My favourite brand of shirts. Have been buying Brooks Brothers shirts for over 10 years. For the first time, I bought a trouser from them and was totally disappointed that the fit was wrong! I cannot return it since it was in clearance, but didn't expect this from my favorite brand.

A lot of helpful staff at this location. I interacted mainly with two of them namely CJ and Louis. Both of them did a wonderful job in helping me find a perfect fit, gave me great advice on how to pair the suit, ties and shoes. I was there for a good part of three hours and never did they lose patience with me. Really appreciate the super friendly customer service. Only cons are that the store didn’t have three piece suits nor double breasted coats.

Rocco was excellent! Very helpful and knowledgeable. Was able to just look at me for 3 seconds and pick out the perfect size suits and shirts. I went here to shop for clothes for my wedding at the end of 2017. The clothes I bought here are of high quality and are lasting me till today.

The person who took care of me, Jerry or Gerry, was a true professional with a level of customer service that you don't get anymore. He wasn't pushy but made great suggestions, which I took most of, and made my experience a pleasure. It is expensive but the quality is top notch and lasts and I shop when they have sales!

Metered parking available on the street, free garage parking around the corner (paid after 3 hours), free lots a short walk away. Accessible by public transportation via the MBTA "orange line" Assembly subway station.
