I love the variety and quality. The store is super clean and organized. If you stay a little bit you watch new stuff hit the racks. Some of the staff are unpleasant and some are great. Kim and Pam are my favorite front end staff. Store manager Steve is a dream. Love the half price sales and if you donate you get a thirty percent discount card win win.

Outrageous prices, of the 2 mirrors I looked at one was priced at $49.99 and the other $89.99. Excuse me, I thought I was at a non profit thrift store? The dish ware and other furniture was priced 3 or 4 times higher than other thrift stores I go to as well. Very disappointing

Prices are getting ridiculous. Store policies that supposedly are "corporate policies" are far more trite than even a retail store. For a strore that operates on the communities donations this establishment really needs to get a grip before they lose clientele.

Love Savers. I went to my first one in Las Vegas 7 years ago and was so excited when they opened up in the Kansas City areas. A wonderful mix of good quality items from housewares to clothing,decor to furniture,cookware and kitchen to linens. Very clean and friendly service.

This place has a lot of stuff, perhaps the most selection of clothing, shoes I've ever seen in a local thrift store. This place is always super busy. Defiantly a chance you might find a great deal.

Some of the stuff in the store is a bit overpriced like for a used cheap plastic necklace was $10, when I literally saw that the same necklace at Plato's for $3. Some of the stuff in there is priced very reasonably, and this place is huge there's racks and racks of shirts, and you will find something that catches your eye.

lol this is not a thrift shop. its a retail resell outlet. the charge 3 to 5 dollars for a used action figure given to them way to help out a needy child from a under privilleged home. Then the play words and pose as a charity shop this is a for profit store taking donated things and charging way too much. there are deals but you have to look very hard. i give it 1 star for being very clean.

Savers is a wonderful place to shop a wide selection and save money. I find treasures there all the time and when I want something basic, I can always find it for a significant savings. Make sure you join the Savers Club and get points for every dollar you spend. It adds up quick and you can use your points for discounts to save even more. If you donate things you don't want, you will get a coupon. Whatever we're looking for, we can usually find it at Savers.

This is a national chain of thrift stores. I'm sorry for those who have experienced bad customer service, however there are signs posted in the store near the registers that say returns are not accepted, only exchanges in 7 days. I don't know of any other thrift store that accepts exchanges!! We shop this store and donate regularly. The staff is not spectacular, but I have no complaints.

Savers used to be the place to get good deals but now, not so much. $129 for a flat screen tv that you can buy new at Wal-Mart for $149. No thanks. Near retail on electronics and God forbid if it could be considered "vintage." There goes your price hike. It's gotten crazy over the past year or so.

TERRIBLE customer service experience!!! I was in the store yesterday purchasing items for Halloween costumes for my husband and I. I located an associate before I made any purchases and asked what their return policy was. Cassie explained to me any "new" items that were Halloween related could not be returned due to the fact it was after the October 14 return policy date. All of the other items I had selected could be returned within 7 days, including a suit jacket I was purchasing for my husband and was unsure if it would fit or not since it did not have any tags on it. She told me that was fine and proceeded to help me locate a few other items I was looking for. When I got all the items home the suit jacket did not fit my husband and the shirt that I had purchased for myself was no longer needed, as I found a better one somewhere else. I returned to the store today to make the returns and was told they only exchange items and was referred to a manager. The manager, Devon listened very annoyed like to what I was telling her had happened and looked at me and said, "it's exchange only so you need to buy something else, go pick out what you want to & come back and see me." I explained I don't need anything else and would like her to honor the return since Cassie had told me the day before everything could be returned. She said that is not what she told me, I was wrong without even asking Cassie what she had told me. Devon stormed off and said that was all she could do for me and to wait there. While she was gone I found Cassie and asked her if she recalled the conversation we had the day before. She listened and agreed and said, "yeah I told you that, why?" I explained what was happening and she seemed confused and said "I don't know" and looked away. After Devyn did not return for several minutes Cassie looked over and said she'll be right back. When Devyn returned she exchanged the suit jacket, but did not give me the cash back on the shirt and told me this would never happen again and I was not told that I could return anything. When I asked her for her supervisor's name she told me "Kim". I asked to speak with her, she said she was too busy to talk with me and stormed off. A few minutes later a man named Steve came over to finish helping me. He listened to what was going on, reiterated their policy to me. I explained how RUDELY I have been treated, how long I have been waiting and how abrupt and poor of customer service skills Devon has. He said "OK" and returned the shirt. He then told me this was a one time deal, they do not do returns. I told him he doesn't have to worry about that I would never shop there again and I would make sure to give them a review and I took down everyone's name who had been involved in the situation. Never once did anyone apologize for the confusion or that I'd been given misinformation. It's not about the dollars coming back, as I told Steve I would have just handed the stuff to another customer and let them have the exchange because I needed nothing else in that store and I would make sure not to ever shop there again. Terrible service, terrible store, terrible stuff! My advice is stay far away! Before I left this review I went to a few other sites to review and read others reviews of Savers. This seems to be a common problem for this company, it is severely lacking in good customer service associates bottom to top!

Great selection but prices scale wildly for a bunch of stuff they got for free out of dead old peoples houses. Then again i've never seen one new luxury car let alone a parking lot full of new luxury cars at a thrift store before. Not sure if this is bored upper middle class housewives or people who have to thrift store shop because of their $500 car payment. Either way just keep donating your nice stuff and shoo! You're inflating the prices lol.

Staff is great. Stores are clean. Always fun to look around. But prices are random(same items with prices $3 different) and items are often wildly overvalued(department stores, outlets and knockoffs all priced the same). I understand funds go to aid others but secondhand stores should be careful that they are not preventing those who shop there from being able to afford something they can't buy brand new elsewhere.

Staff is friendly, pretty big selection for a resale store. Everything looks clean and maintained. Prices will either be really cheap or rather expensive on items. There doesn't seem to be a middle ground when it comes to pricing.

I went into savers for shoe and boot sale. The items on their shelves had been on the shelves for a long time. There were several ladies and I shopping. The prices were ridiculously high and they were just not a great discount at all. As I mentioned they were just not as stylish as could be and/or worth the while. Many of us walked out and didn't get anything. Also, we were the first in the store. This happened before and I am just concerned that although you're a thrift store or discount store it's not the best discounted values.

We used to love going to this store and regularly would go "Treasure Hunting". For the last year or so the pricing has been ridiculous, I can purchase new products and or better quality used products from almost anywhere else. Whomever is choosing the prices for their items really needs a wakeup call. It's such a shame that you charge retail prices for broken and heavy used items. Avoid this place, go to Platos Closet for fun clothes, and the Red Rack for adult clothing. Amazon or target for toys, housewares etc... Shame shame Savers....

It's a great store! Has some fabulous clothes for a thrift store but sad to say I just think the prices are too high for a thrift store. I always find good buys on things but I wish they lower the prices on the clothing cuz I could spend a lot more on the clothes there I just keep putting the clothes back. Something to ponder!

Great for women's clothing. That's it. They used to have a great selection of things, now it's very thinned out and everything is very expensive. They have old dirty dollar store items with stickers still on them priced at $4-5.00???!!! Why??? I also donated 4 full bins (the roller bins) of great stuff and got one 30 percent off coupon. All other times I will donate one bag of items and get the same coupon. It doesn't make sense.

Staff is always really nice, but savers overall is horrible. They overpriced things that shouldn't be expensive, the Halloween costumes that people donate that are clearly a set, they mark them as separate prices for each individual item. Not really a thrift store anymore. You're not really saving very much. Sometimes you find stuff that's a good deal, but that's very rare. It's basically a used overpriced resale store.

It is clean and well stocked, but the prices are absolutely outrageous for a second hand store. They were asking $69.99 for a new pressure cooker without a warranty or instructions or its original packaging. They had a cotton women’s basic sweatshirt from JCPenny listed for $11.99. I have no idea who decides their pricing but it needs some restructuring and some sort of consistency. I picked up at least 10 things I immediately put back because I refuse to pay near retail prices for secondhand used items.

Some of the prices at Savers are outrageous. For example: Found a cast iron Lodge skillet here for $40. I don't buy it, of course, because I could buy a new skillet at Wal-Mart for $15. --And it would be a new skillet not covered in rust and nasty gunk. They some times value their trash as rare antiques, when they're not. I've become so disappointed in this place that I've stopped donating my used items to it too.
