Went in after work wearing a white t shirt black dickies and non slip shoes none of the employees acknowledged my presence until i asked about the entire store 40-50% off sign i was told there are exclusions then the lady turned her back to me might want to put that on the signs even if it's just fine print get the feeling they dont care about potential customers unless you're dressed like a snobby little douche id rather just go to dillards in oak park WAY BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE

Nice store, however, note that is is a Polo Ralph Lauren Store, not a Ralph Lauren Store, which means that the styles will be different. I believe that Ralph Lauren has 4-6 brands, and this is simply one of them. I was slightly disappointed by the selection of this store, and I do not personally care for the iconic embroidered polo player silhouette, however if that is your thing, more power to you. If you are a big and tall guy, they have a better selection of big and tall things than most stores of this size do.

To simply put it the employees there weren't great service. We went around the evening and everyone was ready to leave and close down at 7:30 and they close at 9pm. The older woman who had no name tag and seemed to be the manager watched us wait in line for over 30 minutes before helping anyone and the employee at the register before quickly ran away from the register for break leaving one other employee with a line of people waiting as he fumbled trying to make a box for 15 minutes. Overall, we were rudely ignored by the manager for some time as she organized hangers. I mean, I won't go back if my mom doesn't take me with her again.

Associates were somewhat helpful on the floor. I asked for a specific pair of pants they had (showed him the picture and all) and he says that they don’t carry those anymore. The closest thing to them and his recommendation is the stretch jeans. Come to find the pair of pants I was looking for at the front of the store. Like these are the exact pair I’m looking for why try to sell me on the stretch? Also this guy must have been the manager because when i went to check out, along with everyone else in the store, this man began closing down two of the registers. The line was wrapping all the way around and when the other cashier called for another cashier it took 10 minutes to get someone up there only for the “manager” to not be able to login to register and simply went back to closing. Great “customer service”. NOT. Probably won’t be back.

Slow day since it’s first day back to school and it seems like it’s their first day back to work as well. Clothing scattered around like a warehouse and I could hardly see anyone working. The place is very unorganized. I would probably be expecting that from Old Navy but definitely not from Polo store. Needless to say, they really could care less about the work place.

Worst customer service I ever had in my life. Jerad had helped and refuse to return my product bec the tag was not attached from the shirt. He said it was illegal to take my return. I spent hundreds of dollars at this location, and this how they pay me back.

I went in and purchased about 2,500 dollars worth of clothes that if I was in LA or NY would have cost me or paid full price for it I got clearance prices I am forever greatfull for having this store in my area I give the employees 100 stars they where nice ask me if I found everything did I want to signup for emails I got four pair of jeans for a 100.00 dollars 15 tee shirts for 100.00 5hoodies for 70 bucks then I used my Amex card off of the 270 I paid 220.00 for all of these clothes
