I have never been disrespected in a store in such way. When I called to report the incident, my complain was ignored, when I called a manager from the store, I was actually accused of being racist (I am an immigrant myself) and was told 3 other costumers complained about my comments (there was no one else around us but employees). I tried to tell him the costumer is always right and all I wanted was to know that my issue is acknowledged and that he will talk to the employee about it, he said the costumer is not right in your situation. Never walking in a forever 21 again and made sure all my friends know not to do so either.

The store is always a mess. Things thrown around everywhere. Usually only one at the register, so you have a long wait at checkout. When we were there the person at the register needed some help. He came over, helped her and never acknowledged the other 6 customers waiting to check out. We put our selections back and left.

This store is always such a chaotic mess. You can't find anything in there! I always try to shop at this location because it's convenient and some of their clothes are cute, but I get so much anxiety from the mess and the crazy people in there I just put my stuff back and leave. Not to mention how snobby the employees are. I've literally had them roll their eyes at me during checkout. Like, you work at a retail store that sells kinda bad quality, cheap clothes that are good for a few wears at best. Get over yourself. And for that matter, find a different job if you can't even pretend to be courteous to someone being polite to you.

I usually have no complaints about this store. All forever 21's are usually the same that I go into. But the other day I went to the Fayette Mall location to purchase a dress and an accessory, but on my way out I noticed the phone cases in the isle of the register. I have been needing a phone case for my new phone badly, so I was there for a while looking through the to find one I liked. After finding one I liked I went back to the cashier and purchased it and immediately went to putting it on my phone. After opening it I noticed it didn't fit it! So I asked the cashier if there was anyway to return it or exchange it out at the least. They got the manager for me and she told me she basically couldn't exchange it because she wouldnt be able to "resell" it from the damage I did to the package when opening it. Now, let me say I know this is my fault for opening it up and not fully reading what phone this case fit. BUT the only reason I am complaining is because I pointed out to the manager that there was a phone case hanging out for sell currently that was in a dingy plastic bag, no price tag, nothing. I asked her why she couldn't do the same for this product and She explained that that specific case had the headphones stolen from it and that's why they put it in a plastic bag, which still made no type of sense to me because my my product had nothing stolen from it, was in good enough shape to still be rung up at the register . It also made no sense to me because EVERYDAY this specifc store has a sale of damaged items, or items missing something from them but they couldn't return the item I just opened in the store because the packaging wasn't presentable anymore. If I could post a photo of the package I would because it was nothing they couldn't add a pievmce of tape to and fix. It was just bad customer service in my opinion and I have been in customer service for over 8 years. I currently work at a well known store that returns or exchanges used or non used BEAUTY products regardless of the date, but yet this store can't honor one return or even an exchange for a product that was just opened right in front of them.

I wanted to go shopping and look around forever 21 because I have not been in the store in months . When I walked in I was shocked by the mess in this entire store. The shoe area was like a bomb went off. The floor had garbage all over it. You couldn't even look through any of the clothes because everything was extremely disorganized. I'm not one to typically go out of my way to write a review and complain like this online, however, I have to express how AWFUL my experience was at this store today (Friday, Oct. 2). I wouldn't even give them 1 whole star. My experience was like one that I have never had before in my life. I brought in my sister, who is considering moving to the Lexington area. While in Forever 21, she had picked out a sweater that was located on one of the higher racks. She needed to get a pole to bring down her desired sweater in her size. I, from afar, noticed her and went over to try to assist her getting it down via pole. I, who also works in retail, know that it is NOT the costumer's job to use one of those poles to retrieve desired clothes. Having worked at the situation with this pole for about 10 whole minutes, I became frustrated and wondered why no employee had offered their help to us yet. Finally, I paused and looked around to see if there were even any employees around. To my surprise, there were! AND they were TALKING, leaning against the wall, and socializing with each other, not paying any attention to us, struggling to get merchandise down from high heights. Finally, I walked over to them (just a couple feet away) and confronted them furiously by calling them out for not doing there jobs. I handed one out of the two girls the pole and demanded her to bring down my sister's size in her desired sweater. She walked over and helped us. The other girl followed us over to the spot where the sweater was located and began to call me names and threw sarcastic remarks at me. I was appalled to say the least. I then told her that she was being unprofessional and asked her to leave me alone. She continued with the naming calling and I decided to end our shopping trip at this store immediately, even though Forever 21 is my sister's favorite store and we still had some shopping to do. I wanted to take our business elsewhere, somewhere more deserving of our money. Needless to say, today, Forever 21 just lost about $300 of our money and business. However, my sister did end up buying the sweater that we fought to get, and when asked at the cash wrap if we enjoyed our shopping experience there, I told the gentleman the truth and explained the situation and how displeased we were. He then called over "Stephanie", who just so happened to be the manager. "Stephanie" is also one out of the two employees who was rude to my sister and I and failed to assist up appropriately. It shocks me that someone like "Stephanie" is considered suitable for a management position at this store; especially how she allowed the other female employee to talk to me (the customer) in the rude manner that she did and even called me names. "Stephanie" did nothing about the situation and I didn't even receive an apology from her. While explaining the situation to the gentleman at the cash wrap, he explained to me about how this specific store has been struggling with customer service. I will never go back into that particular Forever 21 location again and I don't advice anyone else to go in there either. I left angry and took my money elsewhere.

I went into oak park mall forever 21 today, I was in SHOCK. The store looked disgusting I have never seen a store so messy like this one. I kid you not! Shoes were all over the floor. Jewelry was on the floor, clothes on the floor. PILES OF just mess. They need to hire a new management team because obviously they don't know how to run a store yet keep employees. The store is usually a mess, because people do not return things where they found them. Clothes all over the floor and items scattered all over. You can't beat the prices though.

This store is such a disaster. I went on Tuesday around 11 in the morning. Clothes were all over the floor. Dust was caked up in the windows. It looked like the store had been open for over 48 hours with no one working on the floor. I went to the register to pay for my leggings, and the cashier says that their register isn't working, so he would only accept cash. I didn't get a receipt either.

I was just in there today, and the girl that was working there today said “My card wasn’t signed in the back.” I told her it was signed, it just wore out. And she still had an attitude with me, and me being nice. I said that I would sign it in the store and she said that I couldn’t sign it in there?!?!?! So all my time in that store shopping and picking out my stuff to buy, was for pure nothing!!!!!!!!!! I placed an order online on 3-13-18 to have order shipped to the store the following day. Here it is 2 weeks later and still don't have my order. Called customer service for them to tell me that oops....it was never shipped! HOW UNPROFESSIONAL!. FOREVER 21 didn't hesitate to charge me, but want to tell me that it is a process to receive the refund.. THE NERVE. They could have had a courtesy email sent to me stating that product was never shipped. It's already 2 weeks, and still no REFUND! Forget Forever....I will NEVER ORDER AGAIN. This place needs to inform their employees, they give INCORRECT information! Also can’t stop chit chatting long enough to process your sale so that they don’t make these mistakes, ridiculous! If I ask a specific question and the employee doesn’t know that information, they should say so and find out! Not give out false info just because they don’t want to deal with it! Horrible!! Your better off ordering online or just going to a different location because the store is a MESS.They're always under staffed and the employees do not do anything! Went there yesterday hoping to find something cute I could wear to and up coming concert but not only did I not receive a receipt for my items but they left a sensor in one of my clothes. It took me hours to find what I was looking for because the store is such a mess and the employees are clueless. They always have one cashier and 20 people who need to check out and they always take forever. I went yesterday to obtain my receipt that was never given to me but now I have to go back tomorrow to get them to take off a security tag. I hope corporate reads this because I will NOT be going back there thank-you!

Every time I go to check out this location, the store is just trashed. No matter if it's 1pm on a Tuesday in March or 5pm on a Saturday in July. I don't know if it's the customers being disrespectful or if it's the employees just not caring about their store looking nice or if it's a mixture or both. On top of that, their clothes are marked cheap for a reason. I got a cute top from there, wore it out for a couple hours, washed it on delicate in the washer and when I took it out, there was a hole in one of the seams. It was very cheaply made.

We went up to a sales associate and asked about it since we couldn't find it, the lady rolled her eyes and said, "Sorry, can't help you!" and walked off. We just left after that experience. Worst Forever 21 store anywhere! So disorganized, dirty, trashy, and rude sales people. I had shopped at another very nice 21 store for my daughter. Ended up that her feet had grown since the last time I bought her shoes, so the 21 shoes I had bought did not fit. My daughter had accidentally thrown the receipt away. But I figured 21 was like most other stores and would do a straight exchange. Nope! Accused me of shoplifting the original pairs (bc I didn't have a receipt) and said that since they couldn't verify the purchase there was nothing I could do. I asked her if she was kidding and she said, " No. We don't know if you actually purchased them. You could have just picked them up and brought them to the register to exchange." I looked at her in complete disbelief and told her that was ridiculous. She responded with, "Well, we can't verify it, so we won't take them back." She offered to look up the receipt if I remembered the exact date I purchased them. Yeah...I don't put that on my calendar. I then told her that I would never be back to her store and walked off. As I did so, I heard her say in a snarky tone, "Well- Sorry. See you. BYEeee!" I couldn't believe the absolute disrespect and tone of the exchange. I will stick to the Plaza (the girls there are EXTREMELY nice and helpful) and Legends locations IF I should ever want to step foot in a 21 again. I was already thinking that as I walked into the absolute disarray of the store...now that I see that the customer service is in as much disarray...I will not return.

Their management is terrible. My friends and I were sitting on the ground (because we were tired of walking from a long day of shopping) waiting for our friend to get out of the dressing room because all their chairs were filled with clothes. Their store is so unorganized and messy. She said we were blocking the isle in a very rude and disrespectful way, but we were leaning against our friends dressing room door? The manager Rachel needs to learn respect and work on her costumer service.

My daughter purchased an eyelash curler from here. She has been using lash curlers for years, and the FIRST time she used it, half of her eyelashes in one eye were literally RIPPED OUT (she did not already have any eye makeup on when she used it). Needless to say, she was extremely devastated! Also, the clothes here are very poorly made and the quality is even worse. We will never step foot in this store again!

My wife seems to like this store for what she calls "the basics": tee shirts, leggings, tank tops. I've noticed that she never seems to be able to find anything else there though and the fabric on what she does but is pretty thin.
