This store oozed class. The styles were upper-class and the employees emulated the store's image very well. They were all very well attired and were professional, friendly and helpful. Clothes were displayed attractively which enticed me as a customer to want to browse.

The most unprofessional experience I have ever had. My wife bought a dress and the clerk wadded it up and threw it in a bag. She took it out and folded it properly and said something, his response was to turn to the other clerk and say something. We should have returned the shirt. This is supposed to be a quality store.

Brooks Brothers at Legends Mall is an iconic store. It has a vast selection of men’s shirts for dress and casual wear. You can find your size and fit, and if not in stock they would order it. The best part is their quality, made with 100% cotton and assured to wear well. At list price these can be expensive, however, if stocking up and better still if one can wait for one of their sales, these can be bought for a competitive price. They also have other men’s clothing, decent selection for women and accessories such as ties, socks, and perfumes some of them carry exorbitant sticker prices. For us, if the going price is good, it’s time to replenish the wardrobe! Worth a visit to check out the store’s decor, bursting with color, symmetry and quiet beauty!

Went to the Store at Providence Place Mall. Was Looking for A Very Specific Harris Tweed Sports Jacket. They Showed Me Something "Comparable". Not to My Liking. Price Was Quite High. They Told Me to Come Back, As They Expect New Seasonal Stock to Be Coming In. Don't Even Think About Ordering Online. Better Off Going to the Brooks Brothers Outlet in Wrentham, MA. They Have a Larger Assortment and Much Better Prices.
