My daughter made a purchase online 12/25 had her order delivered to the store. Usually you get an email that it was delivered to the store and you can go pick it up. For over 2 weeks my daughter and I checked emails and no email was ever since. So I called Friday 1/4 and Shantel answers the phone and I explain the situation, she tells me there is nothing she can do to help me and when the order arrives at the store an email will be sent out. I went on to advise her of the order number for her to tell me again she cant do anything. So once again we waited still no email. So on 1/9 I call the store again and Cassandra answers the phone I explain to her what's going on. She asked for my daughters name and she looked her up and was like the order was delivered 12/28 so I ask why NO ONE emailed or called us and why another employee told me she couldn't even help me. All she could say was "I am sorry ma'am" No that's not good enough one of your employees basically blew us off, looks like the store at westridge mall in Topeka Ks is run poorly, and a MANGER could only say sorry. So I picked up my daughters order and took it home she tried on her pants and the entire seam in the leg is ripped. So after all the this now I get to deal with ripped pants my daughter is very upset and not once did they offer a discount or anything, I will never shop at this store again and I will be reporting again to customer service.
