I was really impressed by the service at this location. Usually, I am greeted as I enter and then left alone, but there was a lady who was super helpful in finding the sale items. She also rang up customers on the go, as in she had a card reader with her while she helped customers. I felt very comfortable at this location and would return again due to the staff helpfulness and good sales.

The Hibachi meal was exquisite. It started with a nice salad with ginger dressing and crunchy noodles, and an onion soup. Just enough to encourage your hunger. Then I had the Teriyaki calamari grilled to perfection. I thoroughly enjoyed this meal.

The clothes fit really good. you can get outfits to match your kids with each other and yourself and your husband the sandals are cheap but super comfortable worth every penny they're very durable I can wear mine for two years before they break. At least. Return policy is easy and if you return something that went up in price they give you it for the price it is that day not the price you bought it store credit or not you still make out well in that instance

I didn't catch her name but she was folding the women's jeans. And Natasha who rang me up was fantastic, she went above and beyond by helping me exchange my clothes AND even helped me with the online purchases even with the PDAs being down. I like Old Navy, but their styles have changed a bit over the years and their prices have gone up. Old Navy seems to always be a bit of a mess no matter what store you do to. This location is no different. The store is clean and generally organized, but the clearance section is a mess and the tables tend to look like someone threw all the items up in the air and let them land and then walked away. It can make it hard to search though for sizes. But again, this has been my experience with every Old Navy store I've ever been in.

I love their sales but I was really upset when the dress became more expensive instead of becoming less which confuses me because the dress that I bought was $6. 55 I come back in a week and it's back to half off which was going to charge me $21 per dress and I was about to buy 3 of those different kinds of dresses but I had to give everything back because I was not sure how much it cost it confused me. She was so very friendly and willing to look for the size and style that I wanted. She spent at least 20 minutes with me. It was a joy to shop in a store with amazing customer service! Old Navy worth a trip at least once a month so you can find some really good deals whatever day that might be. I wish there was bigger store because it doesn't seem like much inventory is available. Has anyone considered perhaps Old Navy Mega Store Experience on Ice or Old Navy Island Vacation Get Away? Or you could stop with all the big boy size slim/skiny cut in pants. Hypothetically a guy wearing 34-36/30 has no reason, ever, to be squeezing himself into that fashion faux pas. It's like for a long time I was happy with whatever I grabbed no matter what cut pant. Then out of no where I have to start reading the style because you guys have no problem having sale only for the skinny cut so it's your party I get it but really don't like the way it is just only skiny cut gets a sale what about the big boys? Please stop forcing your slim fit cut agenda on the thunder thigh community its really becoming more like shaming public it's a SJW type situation on your hands here need some coupons or get ready for an angry RT from one of the leaders. It took a minute due to some technical glitches, but Winston was friendly and conversational the whole time! I’ve been coming to this store for years and years.. there is a dressing room in the middle of the store, it has two entrances. Today, one entrance was blocked with a clothing rack. I moved the rack aside and walked through, only to be yelled at by the store staff member. I apologized. I told her I didn’t realize it was there for a reason. I had never seen it blocked off before. I went into a stall. After I tried on my clothes, I went out (through the open entrance) to get different sizes. When I returned to the dressing room, I went into a stall. As I was shutting the door, the same staff member from earlier pushed her way into the stall. She reached for the clothes I was holding, pulling them from my hands, while telling me I could only have 10 items. It was very aggressive and I was really startled. I tried to say “I have less than ten” but she was already counting out loud (I had 4 jeans and 2 dresses). I still had my hands out from when she yanked everything from me. I asked for the clothes back, but instead of handing them back to my outstretched hands, she pushed past me saying “excuse me” and set them on the bench in the dressing stall. My items weren’t checked or counted the first time I visited the dressing room.. and the way she did it was very aggressive and completely unnecessary. 3 stars because I love old navy’s styles, this store has a variety of sizes and a wide selection. Also because of the good prices.

Old navy is notorious for having "sale" signs on items that are not actually on clearance. I walk over to the register and one of the ladies were rude and stated "Not here over there!" O my...I was upset and decided to go to the girl on the register working to ring my items. This store seems bigger then the one at 41st in Tulsa. It's a well-organized brightly-lit store. Staff was friendly and professional. If you are going to it for the first time it can be hard to find but well worth the effort.

First of all they lied to me about their return policy. I was in a hurry at the time of purchase, I so didn't have time to try on the heels I bought. They told me it was a 2 week policy looked, online and found out it's actually 45 days. Then after trying the heels on very quickly after a few seconds of trying to walk in them I realized they were not going to work, decided to return them. Then the lady accuses me of wearing them out and about. Literally the tags were still hanging from them. Not my fault their inventory has clearly been worn and returned a time or two before my purchase. Horrible customer service, and the lady continues inspecting them and looking back at me lol like the returns detective. Ridiculous, won't be returning to Old Navy anytime soon. Clothes are not enough quality to be judging your customers.

I love Old Navy, they have a great line of affordable every day clothes. The styles are relevant to today and durable. I love that they carry bigger sizes to appeal to a lot of variety of sizes and shapes. They also carry children's clothes, men's clothes and even maternity. Shoes and accessories are also available. The Coralville store is stocked full of bargains

Improperly marked a numerous number of their product as discounted. At the register those discounts were not applied. When confronted the cashier was very short and uncooperative. Will not be shopping here again.

This place is a mess! Shirts just in piles, never folded or organized by size. Dust bunnies as big as a bunnies in the corners of the dressing rooms and size stickers stuck on every surface! Couldn't wait to get out. We did buy a few things but only for the kids. Girl at the register was friendly though.

I did find what I was lookin for but the size of his store and the way it’s set up felt overwhelming to me. I think that because it was the end of the day, it wasn’t super organized and there was also a sale going on, so the store was packed with merchandise. It was clean and dressing rooms were empty, no clothes from previous customers. I ended up trying what I wanted and some of the clothing I decided to buy later online.

Quality of clothing has significantly declined. The shirts and jeans I bought about 10 years ago are still holding up, but the jeans I bought 3 months ago have already ripped at the seams, shirt has faded and frayed at edges.. never going back.

They have changed their cash register system. They are using a handheld device so you can't tell if the sale price is accurate. They now email the receipt as well. Not a fan. The inventory seemed low today but the store was clean. The only employees that I saw were at the checkouts.
