I'd never been into a Lane Bryant before, but had a teenage houseguest who needed a bra and Victoria's Secret didn't have her size (!) The sales lady, Jennie, was so patient and helpful. She helped this girl find her size and checked her fit, very appropriately and professionally. She made her feel so comfortable and pampered. The women who worked there were all pleasant to me and didn't treat me like an outsider even though I'm a size 2 and can't wear any of the clothing in the store. I wish I could--they had some really cute bathing suits!

Very poor selection of clothing! Not greeted by workers. It’s not like they were busy but I guess too busy to speak. I literally walked around the store three times in disbelief in the lack of selection but also no offers to assist!

Most of the staff were very helpful. I did encounter a lady that was following me around I'm assuming thinking I was going to shoplift. Finally after following me around for 20 minutes she asked if she could take my items to the counter... I would give 5 stars if it wasn't for her.

New market site doesn't carry pants in short sizes! Why would a location discriminate? I know the brands they carry do offer short sizes. I had bought a pair of jeans in short size at Towne East recently. This location will never get my business.

Went in last night to buy a bra. Ended up having to order my size. Not only did the clerk get the wrong color she shipped to the wrong address. So now I have to wait for it to come in and drive Out of my way to correct their mistakes. Not happy at all right now.

Quality has been going downhill. They can't keep employees, I see new people each time I'm there. The air conditioner never works. It's difficult because being a plus size it isn't easy to find a place to shop where things are made for your body type

I am a regular shopper at LB. Went to return a couple items today and was disappointed with the service. Two of the staff were in a personal conversation in a corner while I and another group waited for service. There was no call to us saying "we'll be right there" or even an acknowledgement that we existed. It was not professional. Once they came to assist us, the transaction went fine, I just missed how friendly and helpful the staff used to be. The clothing is good quality, though overpriced if not on sale.

This Lane Bryant store has a great staff. It is always well kept up and has a nice clearance section. I love the fact that they carry what I call in between sizes 14-18. It is hard to find stylish clothes in those sizes it is like we are the forgotten segment of the market. So kudos to L. B.!! Oh their Cacique intimate brand carries the best bras ever!!!

Very dissappointed! Very hard to find right size cause they are all out of order and only found a few things bigger then 18/20. Most of the items on display you couldn't find on the racks or they were the only ones. Wasn't even greated when I walked in. I expected more for how much they ask us to pay.

Angelica, a cashier, was incredibly rude to me. First she made a comment about how large my bra was when I put it on the counter. This is the last place I expected to be shamed for my bra size. She then placed an online order without verifying my name or address. Both were incorrect. I got to stand there as she scoffed and rolled her eyes complaining about her own mistake and how "everyone called in." Then three times in a row she says "I'm just trying to help you." Because she was upset I told her she got the name and address wrong. So rude and incompetent!

I had taken my wife to this store to purchase new bras and I have to say that I was impressed with the attention that was given to my wife. Associate Ray was very helpful, focused on my wife's needs, and not on making a sale. Even as a male in a ladies clothing store I felt very welcomed. If you live in Louisville and need to go to Lane Bryant go to this store.
