If it wasn’t for Amazon doing returns through here, I wouldn’t even know this place was still in business. Overall the prices are too high, the selection is too low and the ‘sales’ only bring prices to the average retail price. The bathrooms are clean though, the wait times in line are low and the staff seem to be fairly positive. This location is fairly convenient too. Overall the management at this store seems to have it together.

I expect more out of a Kohls. This one is usually fairly disheveled when we go--clothing not neatly on racks, often mixed up, carts aren't always neatly put away, displays are jumbled in the aisles making it sloppy to get through with a cart, let alone other shoppers.

You can get some really inexpensive clothing here, but you have to catch the sales, which are frequent. Keep in mind that cheap clothing doesn't last very long. However, when you end up paying six dollars for a pair of jeans, what do you expect? The store is open late. A couple complaints: it's really hard to find my pant size, and the dressing rooms are consistently full of dust bunnies.

Standard Kohl's with more stuff that you know what to do with and at least a few things that you'll convince yourself you may need. Examples of items I wasn't aware of before I went into Kohl's over Christmas - an electric dog bowl, an electric coffee mug for my car, a $400 blender with a motor the size of my that in my first car - I think the "will it blend" guys (I checked, they still exist) should look into this as I believe anything will blend it. While Kohl's has plenty to keep you busy, the Kohl's cash is often what keeps us coming back. Generally ranging from 20-30% of your purchase price given back to you effectively in gift cards for specified dates later, it's a good reason to put off buying somewhat expensive items until the Kohl's cash dates so you can reap the rewards later. We bought a black friday vacuum and did most of our Christmas shopping with the reward money a few weeks later. Looks and smells the same as any other Kohl's and it's generally a pleasant experience.

Drove over to drive store to run in and buy a shirt before they closed. We get there and this store had locked it's doors before its closing time. Stood outside the door and waited for 5 minutes for an employee to see me, right up until they shut the lights off in the store. What's the point of having your hours posted when the employees just lock the door whenever they want to, just so they can go home a few minutes early?

Generally okay. Do not go there to buy jewellery. Waited for 30 minutes to look at a bracelet, and the service rep who FINALLY showed up helped the people who just arrived. He didn't even say ANYTHING to me, just ignored me while he helped them for ANOTHER 15 minutes. I left without purchasing anything and won't be back.

They have some good prices when you use coupons. However, the quality of the products are not always great. Some are in line whit Wal Mart. You get when you pay for. Shoe sizes tend to be very narrow regardless of the style. Customer service is questionable. There is not always someone around when needed. I usually have to go upfront to find someone if I need assistance.
