One of the worst shopping experiences I've ever had. Tried to exchange an item for a larger size which they had available online. Made me return the shoe and then use their stupid touch screen kiosk which made me want to gouge my eyeballs from their sockets. Why pay employees if you just have them direct your customers to a freaking machine??????? I had horrible customer service, at least the machine couldn't talk to me.

Competitive pricing, Helpful employees, and an enourmous selection of goods. Kohl's has, in many way, replaced the Sears and JC Penney's like stores of the past as the one stop shopping location for clothing, kitchewares, bedding etc. The only reason this is not a 5 star recommendation is that during the busy seasons like Christmas time Kohl's can become a mess. The volume of traffic the store experiences is apparently more than the seasonal staff can keep up with.

The store was all straightened up since Christmas .neat and orderly. The gal checking me out was very friendly. Customer before me was purchasing a Hawkeye cooler and they didn't know what the item was that was hanging from it. I was able to help them by suggesting a bottle opener.

There were no cashiers at the checkout. The one employee near by looked over at me twice then made an annoyed face before putting down the items in here hands and heading over to the register. I decided I didn't need anything they were selling that bad and left them on the counter. Bad customer service=no sale

The manager at the desk was very snooty And only gave me $21 dollars in store credit .btje store credit didn't bother me I wanted jeans for myself.the attitude and the price hack really bothered me. Employees typically seem like you bothering them or wasting their time. I have never bought or had gifted a piece of clothing that actually fit. And the watch counter.... Employees cant usually tell you anything other than is already on the box. Dont usually shop there.

I ordered a birthday present for my wife online using a gift card and debit for S&H. Two weeks later, I get an email from the fraud department saying they cannot deliver my order without me calling them. This was my first order from Kohl's. The two operators said my order was flagged because it not match my "shopping pattern", but would be shipped after I verified my info. A week later, the amount had bern removed from my debit account, without the gift card amount removed! I called again and was told that even though my order showed evidence of a gift card having been processed on the order, I can't get a full refund because I didn't keep the used card from almost a month ago. So they profile me for ordering women's clothing under a man's name, have 2 operators assure me the order has gone through fine, then take money from my account that they will not refund after canceling the order.

Always a great selection and the clearance deals are superb, just takes a little looking. I signed up for a kohls cash card with them and wanted to use the 35% off first purchase and pay with gift card, not the charge card. Instead, they auyomatically charged my credit card with them. I had to make two trips to get this resolved and the balance taken off. Not happy with that at all because now i just have to buy more things there now that i still have that gift card

Used to buy just about everything there but quality of clothes has gone way down, crammed on rakes that are hard to get through to find sizes. Clothes piled on shelves. Hard to find sizes. Rest of store good. Ladies clothing not so much. Hardly go there anymore. Sorry too because I used to buy a lot there.

Crazy busy on the last day of their "sale". Clothes areas seem less crowded but really glad there is still a store you can touch and try on before buying. They may need to have more check out lines open to speed up the checkout process.

Best place for shopping in town. Always full of discounts and clearance on good branded cloths. Billing staff are so friendly they always try to give discount if they can. Lots of options to choose for shopping including shoes, jewellery home appliances, travel kits and so on. Must visit place in the town.

A big concern in regards to how they put there security buttons on the name brand clothes. There being put in places where the merchandise is getting damaged. All dry fit apparel. It leaves a hole. Thats visible. All security tags should b put in seem of clothing. Will b contacting corporate over this concern. I know merchandise comes in pre tagged. Basically when they remove the button. Your buying damaged merchandise. To costly. Also carts need to b cleaned more frequently.

Ultimate treasure hunt. You'll spend way too much time looking for a pair of pants in your size off the clearance rack that everyone is crowded around. Don't worry about how it looks, doesn't matter—it is marked down to $4, which becomes $3 after that you show them that coupon you got in the mail.

My experience can be summed up as awful. It appears as though a tornado tore through their men's section and the employees appear to not particularly care about the appearance or proper pricing of clothes. Every damn pair of pants is labeled nearly the exact same making it difficult to determine if you're looking at the $29.99 pants or what ultimately I price checked at $100.00 pants with the cashier. I left and will not return. Yes the deals are ok but good luck finding the appropriate items with the signage.

Kohl's is a great place to get clothes for the whole family for any occasion. I love thier homegoods and kitchen goods sections when you can find a good sale! The Kohl's app is awesome as well. I highly reccomend a Kohl's credit card if you do the majority of your clothing shopping here

The older lady that checked me out needs to learn the customers money is the customers and not hers. She never apologized i figured up what she owed me back and just as much called me a liar. After 15 to 20 minutes of arguing she got out calcolater and found out i was right. I worked kolhs and never had a experience like this. I will have to go to coralville or the other side of town or dubuque or waterloo after today. She needs a attitude and cashier adjustment

Just left the location on Collins. Not entirely sure what's happening but I have never seen the store so trashed. The floor was littered with merchandise, the clothes were in absolute chaos, garbage and dust bunnies all over the floor as well.

The music was extremely loud. Stood at the counter for 15 minutes while the lady continued calling for help to find my items that I purchased online. Numerous times they scanned the bar code from the confirmation email I had and it kept saying order doesn't exist. Finally one employee decided to try using another scanner and boom there was my order. 3 employees standing there and not 1 of them had ever experienced this issue. I'm happy the issue was resolved, finally..

I actually saw floor staff of whom I could ask questions, amazing. The shopping + dressing room was unempeeded. It was great to have a cart to hold onto+ to carry my purse+ phone especially since I'm wearing a cast. Checking-out time found a helpful cashier inspite of the waiting line+ I was thrilled with my final total.
