Just had a terrible experience at Kohls. They were doing a store-wide inventory. There were no signs up letting the customers know that a inventory was occurring. One couldn't get to some areas of the store because of the numbers of people conducting the inventory. There were no check out people and so I went up to the customer service area. When I asked the person checking me out if there signs posted about the inventory, she said no. She didn't offer any kind of apology. - end of story. Kohl's has lost my business forever!

The people that I interacted with here were rude and tried to get me to sign up for a credit card for a discount. When I told them no, they said that it was a soft hit and wouldn't affect my credit. That is a blatant lie and I told them that. Disappointed.

Very friendly staff. They were a tremendous help in finding a winter coat. I'm from MS so I wasn't even sure where to begin. The employee was patient as I tried on some coats and they explained to me the differences of each brand and type. Highly recommended

I like Kohl's, always have. They carry a good mix of brands and styles. I especially like their store brand, Croft & Barrow. Kohl's frequently offers discounts of 15, 20 or 30% and those discounts apply even to clearance items. Speaking of which, if you're looking for clothing at bargain prices, definitely check out the clearance racks. A $50 shirt at 80% off with a 30% discount coupon comes to $7. Hard to beat that. All in all, a pleasant and satisfying shopping experience.

Clean store and the prices are nice if you have coupons and their card (which you must use in order to get discounts). My biggest problem is their customer service. Want to pay off your card within the store right away? Customer service is there to tell you to use the nasty (it feels very gross and sticky to the touch) phone in order to do anything regarding your card. Also did not enjoy paying off my bill only to receive a bill in the mail a week later telling me I needed to pay again. Went in to talk with customer service and was again directed to use the phone (where I discovered I had paid everything off and the trip was a waste of time). Maybe I wouldn't mind so much if the phone was clean and in a more private space. Instead it's out in the open where anyone can see you type in your information. Also did I mention how nasty that phone is? At least putting cleaning wipes next to it.

All I ever see in Kohls is low cut tops made of sleezy material I wouldn't wear to bed and the capris are below my belly button with a 2" zipper made of stupid stretch material so you have to buy bigger sizes in order to even pull them up and the back of waistband hangs loose about 3" . I won't be returning to your store. I went in shopping for ASICS shoes & you had a whopping 4 choices & nothing in my size. So I went to the misses department & found NOTHING after wasting most of my afternoon.
