The manager there who handles displays(didn’t catch his name) is so very nice. I guess I’m a complicated customer bc I’m always spending 15 min or longer checking out, but every time I come in he’s there and is so patient and kind. He’s also accommodating and helpful, making sure I get my rewards and discounts. Last time I was there (like most visits) I came in right before they closed. He took care of my in store transactions, and then offered to order my online items in store so I could take advantage of the free 2-3 day shipping! At this point they were already closed, so for him to take the extra time to do this was honestly some of the best customer service I’ve received at any retail store. He did not act irritated or rush through anything. He stayed friendly and we even had a lengthy conversation about retail merchandising! I work in retail and I know how important great customer service is and how hard it is to find these days. This guy is a gem of an employee and will no doubt run this store one day!

They never have anything in the store that is in their catalog. Clothes are a little pricey but sometime they are worth it if it's a cardigan or jacket.

Outstanding clothes. Price points can be a little high, but a lot great of on-sale items (typically 40%) to be had.

Today I walked in and was greeted warmly and promptly. I even was complimented on a shirt I was wearing. The store was neat and clean and all items hung up neatly (even sale items). The Sales team was attentive but not pushy or 'hovering' - cashiers were quick to respond and most importantly, thanked me for my business. I've been coming to your store more due to the poor service I've been receiving from some of your 'neighbors'. I hope you keep up the good work. I'm a tough customer and today you actually gave me a 'wow' factor.

Scolding and admonishment from a J Crew cashier about a missing price tag on an online purchase I was returning in store has me questioning my 10+ years of brand loyalty. Really offended at the rudeness I encountered today. Get it straight: I don't work for J Crew, YOU DO.
