This store is so messy! ( gap kids) I was there for maybe 20 min and I didn’t see a single staff. The racks are very disorganized, tons of clothes on the floor. It was impossible finding the size that I needed.

Gap stores are always fairly nice. They offer a nice range of differently priced clothes, from your affordable clothes, to a little higher end than their sister store Old Navy. Main reason we go here is for Baby Gap, to shop for our little one. Other than that I never really find anything too special that I would have to make a special trip here for.

Love shopping at the Gap, for those of you who think the video of the male being racial profiled was located at this store, you are misinformed. All of the 1 star reviews with comments pertaining to racism, are incorrect and misleading. The employees at this location are wonderful and most certainly not racist.

Has a decent selection, but it is ran by young kids. They are not familiar with prices or promotions so make sure you pay attention at the register. Unfortunately for them, they lost my business to another location recently since they were unaware of a 35% off sale.

I picked out items I needed stood on line where I was supposed to then two women jumped in front of me and proceeded to do a return of some items plus buy more clothing I looked at cashier she carried on as if I wasn't standing there I said nothing just dropped my items and walked out the store

This GAP outlet has good selection on clothes. The stock for the mens section is a bit limited but I've always found what I needed. The staff seems to mostly temporary so you see new faces everytime. The store is spacious with a large kids section and a women's intimates and swimwear section as well.

Manager wasn't very friendly. Not much help to find what you are looking for. AD signs are very misleading, or where they are put in comparison to what is actually on sale. My jeans were right under the sign that said 50% off, come to find out they were not, and the there was one pair of jeans that were on sale, out of a display of 6 jeans.

Very unpleasant experience. Spent over $100 despite multiple items were mislabeled. Employee overrode one price ($4 difference) but refused to override a much larger price difference. I had to recommend that he change the tag for future customers and he heeded my advice as he stood in front of me. Very disheartening as I loved this sweater as I've been looking for an excellent fitting white sweater for years (I finally caved and donated my too small Aeropostale white sweater from high school, 10+ years ago) and had thought this would be my favorite sweater's replacement. At first glance while browsing the clothing selection (as seen in photo) price appears as $9.95, not $79.95. ...However, both pants I purchased fit great; and I do love the quality of clothing that Gap offers customers. I'll eventually shop here again, but I'm afraid caution will be needed during my next shopping experience, which doesn't sound like a fun shopping experience especially when it's your one break from 3 kids all day.

Recently saw a video in your store about a Black male wearing a Gap bubble jacket being asked to take off his coat to scan to make sure it wasn't stolen and what a disgrace!!!! Both manager were unprofessional and very rude. You profiled a person and did not take the appropriate protcalls to assure that your customer would stay your customer.

I'm 6'1" and buy most of my clothes from two places: GAP and JCP. Both have a great selection of talls online. This store doesn't have a very big selection of clothing /styles and rarely even has many long jeans. The staff are helpful but not too helpful and there are often great deals available if you are patient.

The only Gap store left in Louisville! I have been several times and had no issues. Clearance selection is alright but since there is only one actual Gap in Louisville, my recommendation is to shop early for your size! You'll definitely find your wardrobe staples here.

Bought 2 pairs of jeans here today. Store is clean, organized, and staffed by friendly people. Gap isn't my first choice for clothes shopping, but there aren't many options here in Lawrence. Their stuff is good quality though, fits well, and is usually on sale. Will definitely shop here again.

My favorite Gap store in the area. It has a lot of stock and the cheapest sale items. Store is not as messy as other Gap. Sales associates are helpful and courteous.

If you won the lottery ,and are desperate GAP is the place for you. The selection is wors than Target and ,and the prices are wors than Blommindales. The only saving factor is the customer service ,the employees where extremely helpful. They should change there name too.. Garbage Adverage Pricey
