Had a sales employee with a bad attitude, I guess the employees are hit or miss. I do like this place. They have amazing sales! Most prices listed on signs in the rest of the store weren't accurate. I did find out that they now have a price check machine for customers to use! I really like that feature.

I had to return a pair of jeans because I bought the wrong size without trying on first. Normally I'm greeted by an employee and asked if I needed any assistance...not tonight. There was a woman folding jeans that were being stacked on tables. The young lady in the dressing room did ask if my jeans fit or if I wanted her to return them to the shelf.

Old Navy has some great quality items and some total crap. Same variety for pricing, they have some great bargains, and some ridiculous prices on some items. If you take your time to look through their stuff, and only grab the good quality stuff, then this can be the absolute BEST mall clothing store in America. Just don't assume everything in the store is awesome.

Customer service was reprehensible. Dress was clearly marked as on sale but didn't ring up as so. When I questioned it I was made to feel like a jerk. I had to then ask a manager who was even less friendly, made a big deal of returning my money and then attempted to give me back even less than the marked discount. Will not return.

The last few times we've gone to the Idaho Falls Old Navy, the store hasn't been that great. They reduced down the kids sections to a small area, so there is very little selection. Those sections are also just a big jumbled mess. Nothing was folded and instead looks like everything was just dumped on a couple of tables. Most everything else was squished into their clearance area with almost no clothes for the fall. Very disappointing considering they were supposed to be having great back to school deals. None of the staff appeared to be happy either.

This is the best Old Navy location I've found in Indy. The store is never crowded and the staff is always friendly and asks if I need help. The fitting rooms are tidy, the store isn't cluttered, and they always seem to have what I need! Great selection at very competitive prices, and a huge clearance section too!

If you plan to shop at the Idaho falls store, give yourself some time. Lots of choices but the time to check out makes it almost not worth the savings. It's a Monday at 1:pm and there are ten people in line to purchase. We waited in line for 20 minutes. They need to hire more cashier's as this was a rough wait.

Lots of great weekly deals here but regular prices seem to be a bit high. The sales are great and theres always clearence sections to rummage thru. Conveniently located in the teton malk so its just one stop of many without having to drive and repark.

Was treated very poorly by a store manager when I was just in to exchange a couple of items and bought way more than what I exchanged. She challenged me on a pair of pants that I returned, saying she thought I wore them multiple times and washed them, ehen I had in fact only worn them for a few hours until I noticed the poor quality of them and that the stitching was coming out under the zipper and they were too big. Obviously I didn't wash them and she essentially acted like I was being dishonest and made me feel like they were doing me a favor "this time" by accepting the return... I have spent a LOT of money at Old Navy over the years and that incident makes me question ever returning. I went on to spend more money than what my exchange equalled, which I should have just put back up. I should have gotten her name, because I would really like to call corporate on her. I'll stick to the Carmel store if I ever go back in the future.
