I am always impressed with the employees they hire here. I go in here 3 or 4 times a year for clothing and I almost never see the same face twice, but every time I go in they have friendly and helpful employees. Prices are a bit high on most items, but the quality is way better than the other big mall stores. If you watch for sales, and seasonal clearance, you can get some GREAT quality at good prices.

You can always find great deals at JC Penney. The item that I went in to buy was the last one left and had a little stain on it. The employee offered me a 10% discount and then gave me an additional discount at checkout. She was very personable and helped make my experience a fantastic one. The only issue I've had here has been not being able to find my size. They seem to sell out of product pretty fast.

I had to exchange 3 items for Mom's gift. They are remodeling and I could not find any of the 3 items. I was just in there 3 days ago. Everything was kind of moved around. That was when I found a saleswomen, her name is Leslie. She was amazing!! She helped me track all three items, plus find the right size. I went to sephora at 5:45 Sunday July 14. There were two ladies working. The lady with Bleach/grey hair made me feel like I needed to hurry and get out. She was in such a rush to hurry out. As I arrived she asked me what I wanted and then checked me out didn’t let me look and as I started to look after I checked out she told me she was closing in 2 min. As I was heading to the door she beat me out of the mall. She made me feel completely uncomfortable by her looking at me while I walked slowly out. Rude rude rude

Worst customer service ever! Erin was extremely rude and unprofessional. She made me wait 15 minutes before she even acknowledged me. Then when she finally did, she did not know what she was doing and she was very rude. I was in the store for 45 minutes dealing with her. I will not shop there again.

Had some great deals going on, so the prices were good. However, a few of the well-known and conveniently-located dressing rooms were closed, without any directions toward the open one, which was out-of-the-way and quite hidden. After asking an employee, however, I found it. Some of the employees didn't seem to be very enthusiastic, so I would guess their work conditions aren't the greatest. 4 stars for the good sale, would have been a 3 otherwise.

We waited in line to purchase a shirt that I was excited about. When we finally got up to the cashier she told us we waited in the wrong place. We had to get in another line and wait to pay for the shirt. If there is more than 1 person checking they should have signs in view that gives the customer some direction. We didn't have time to wait in line again. So we just left. She didn't apologize or anything. She was actually quite rude about it. When we put the shirt down and left I called management to tell her what happened. She didn't apologize either. If management doesn't care why should anybody else. I've bought alot of stuff here and they are never very organized but they haven't been this rude before.

I love the clothes, and the great offers! I literally saved $250 and spent less than half that in total tonight. It was pretty amazing! The service, however, was absolutely ridiculous! I lost track of how many times I heard the F Word come out of an employees mouth behind the counter while I was shopping in the Men's Department. To top it off, not one word was said to me AT ALL when I approached the counter to pay. Said employee continued her conversion with another employee that was supposed to be on break, without the slightest acknowledgment of my presence. It's fine though, I greeted myself!

The prices for men's clothing is very competitive and sales are very good. The clearance section occasionally has and additional 70% off the already heavily discounted prices. This store is great for black Friday's as it's not as busy as some of the big city branches. You can get in and get good deals without the crazy rush. We even did it with 3 young kids. I hope Jcpenny is here to stay.

It’s never messy and I’m always showed exactly what im looking for if it’s not too busy. Thank you! People that are leaving 1 star reviews on having to wait in line are childish. Learn to understand that not everytime you go into a retail store, INSIDE A MALL. It will be busy at times. Go back to California and tell me which store lines you’d rather be in.

I just love JCPenny and their sales, but I need to brag about their customer services. I had ordered some clothes and snow boots online and they had sent me the wrong size to one of the pairs of boots. I took them in, and a very nice young man helped me who super patient and kind. He found out that they didn't have anymore of those boots online, and he said I could pick out any boots that were either the same regular price or less and he would give them to me for the clearance price that I bought them for. Which I was super happy about and they were shipped to my house for free. He made my situation not stressful! Their customer service team is great all the time!
