it's a smaller store, which means they have less selection. I went in for a very specific item that they didn't have. I'm sure it's an all right store if you're not plus size, but if you're going in specifically looking for something in a larger size I would not waste my time and go to the Castleton one instead.

My then 14 yr old daughters new "step mother" she had never met "gifted" my child a gift card for clotting from forever 21. The name itself indicates that it is for "of age" females & NOT essentially "very young" girls as my daughter could find hardly anything she liked and mostly because of style that was meant to be more provocative than a CHILD should be wearing.

My husband loves your clothes but he wears a extra large and your extra large seems a little small almost like a large. And maybe get bigger size jeans in men's

Today I had the opportunity to visit Forever 21, to my expectation is a really nice store. All the clothes and fashion accessories displayed there are very fine and they are all genuine quality. I recommend you to visit the store, if you are someone who is curious about modern fashion. Note to you guys, the store do not comprise of women's clothes only but also men - though women materials are the most.

Sometimes it's worth going in here, but it usually isn't. This store is always totally out of sorts, it's hard to find things in your size because there is so much stock, usually the stuff on laid out on the tables is a mess. Not to mention how horrible of a company Forever 21 is on the environment and 3rd world countries, total garbage fast fashion stuff.

It's a nice store with a lot of products. It has a lot of price behind each article of clothing in there. But its downtown. What do you expect? Staff are friendly. Kind of. And if you ask them, im sure they're willing to help you find whatever you're looking for. But I wouldn't come here unless you were a spoiled teenager, or a "forever 21" adult

Unorganized overall. But maybe that's just a Forever21 thing. I could not relate with any of the associates on style and I suppose I couldn't expect a normal retail employee to be able to style any random person. I do appreciate the help that they give when they try. The clothing here is very styled to the urban crowd. I do adore the sales. They save my week when I'm looking for something cheap and quick.

It's not well organized. Every time that I have gone, it always seems that clothes are thrown everywhere. They probably need someone on the floor to consistently monitor the cleanliness of the space. Also, I feel like a lot of the clothing is outdated.
