Really big, nice bathrooms. I really like the escalators, I get really scared when I have to go up and down steps all day just to get some socks and underwears. This is a great flagship store. The layout of the store is good and it has wonderful displays for products throughout the store. Do note that this store is huge and you could easily spend a couple hours exploring this place and really checking out all they have to offer. I asked the lady at the NARS booth to double check the shade of concealer I ordered online and she was rude and clearly didn’t know how to engage with a customer. She poked both my eyes out with her brush while applying it and had no knowledge on makeup whatsoever. I had to go home to wash the makeup out of my eyes. I understand it’s the end of the day and you’re tired but don’t work in the service industry then cause I definitely don’t need an eye infection just because you hate your job.

The employees are really patient and work with you to make sure you get the fit and style that looks best. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE experience at the jewelry department at Bloomingdale at Ala Moana Shopping Center, Honolulu on Saturday, November 03, 2018. I was talking to one of the sales associates, Lisa-Marie who was helping me in the jewelry department at the time when Tiffany, whom I barely knew, came over to us and wanted to see my diamond bracelet. I showed it to her thinking she would be looking at it just like any normal person would. That was not the case. Unexpectedly, she took out a loupe and examine my diamond bracelet and told me my diamonds had inclusions. She also self proclaimed that she was the best diamond expert and then walked away. Needless to say, I was so shocked. I had to re-group myself and not make a scene at the time. I told Lisa-Marie that I was glad she witnessed what had happened and that it was just unbelievable. Well, Tiffany, unless you have some credentials like being a certified gemologist, you are nothing more than just a sales associate at Bloomingdale. It was despicable what you did and you were so full of yourself. You were very rude, unprofessional and down right tacky. My diamond bracelet might not be perfect but it has more integrity and class than you will ever have. Bloomingdale should really look into this and determine if this is how they should be treating their customers. This type of behavior is unacceptable. I will be returning back all my recent purchase to Bloomingdale soon and don't think I will be shopping there again. Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue and Nordstrom have more professional sales associates and they provide pleasant shopping experiences. Bloomingdale should definitely learn from them. Lastly, I hope and pray that no one else have to go through the horrible experience like I did. Disgusted, Andrew

Great department store at Ala Moana shopping mall. They have a great selection of goods and the people here are very kind and informative. Make sure you enrol in their International Card program and you can get 10-15% off from the regular price. Also they have a triple point event where you can get three times the points than normal and you can exchange those points with gift cards worth USD 20 or more depending on the points accumulated. There are Macy's, Neiman, and Nordstrom but Bloomingdale is the best among them.

I went to find a suitcase, Rimowa, Bric's, or similar...Julius helped me and showed the different models...I ended up going to other stores but came back and purchased a 29-inch Rimowa Topas Titanium because it was only $60 more than the 26-inch unit and had the features I was looking for. I really liked that they had USB ports for charging in the waiting area for the changrooms so you can charge while you wait for someone to show you their outfits. What do you expect from the Bloomingdale's? At least what do you expect from the way they position themselves? Kind of high end store where you expect somewhat luxury experience? Or at least close to that. Well forget about it in Bloomingdale's SOHO. First of all store is relatively small. And it is still quite a mess. Staff are wandering around and talk to each other, mostly without paying attention to customers. No one greeting you, no one offers help. I went there for an online order pick up. I had at least four staff members passing by an online pick up area without asking if I need help or calling someone to let them know they have a waiting customer. I was alone there waiting for a while, so there was no other customers being served at that time. Box that I have received had a wrong shoe. Completely different brand. You would think that in BLOOMINGDALE'S they would check before giving that to you right? When it has been discovered by me I was referred to return it. So... No one bothered to look for a pair that I suppose to get. Store was not busy, so at least a slight attempt would be appreciated. Ok, we did a return and I was offered online express delivery order that I appreciated. However, they included gift wrap for a fee to my order. This was a mistake but again, you would think they would check in BLOOMINGDALE'S, right? I really do not have high expectations from most of the stores, but some, like Bloomingdale's or Nordstrom position themselves they way you should have high expectations. Bloomingdale's SOHO branch failed miserably...

I’m a huge fan of good merchandising and great service - those go a long way in my book when I’m shopping. The Bloomingdale's in Soho has these qualities, which make for a really fantastic shopping experience. The merchandise is a little more elevated than the Bloomies in out on the west coast, so if hard to find designer good is your sartorial thing, you're in luck. This is great place to get gifts and sometimes you'll get a little something for yourself too!

Review is for the Chanel counter inside this Bloomingdale's. The beauty advisors are super helpful and friendly. Sterling, who did my makeup application was wonderful. He was personable and seemed to really love what he does. He customized products to my skin type and preferred look and went over the ingredients so I knew exactly what I was getting. It was a great experience and my face looked amazing!

I bought a shirt there for $50 (original price $92) and after accidentally clicking on search button in Google photos I found out that this shirt is being sold on Ali Express for only $15. I though I can trust a store like Bloomingdale's, but looks like it is more upscale version of the Chinatown stores.

Service is pretty terrible there these days. Some of the employees really think they are more important than the customers. I waited Bout an hour while they tried to locate my account in cosmetics. Then in brassieres, I was talked into buying two bras with extenders because they didn't have a 40-Im not that big and 40 should be in stock folks. I just like the room. Checking with the other store I realized this and I needed a bra, but so much time was spent on this by the salesperson who worked for the manufacturer that I would have left with nothing rather than shop longer. She really tried to sell me one of her bras. I have it, but am disappointed. What ever happened to the good bra fitters and lingerie. Why does everything have to be underwired!? Is this because men engineer them? I wonder how they would like to be wired. Anyway, it leads me to believe it's not the store it was .
