I wanted to update this b/c I just went here earlier today. 1) The store is not closed currently 2) They actually had really good customer service.. so I suspect something had changed dramatically since the last two reviews were written. Maybe they closed and reopened, I'm not really sure. Hope this info is helpful.

The workers here are Soo I'll informed about the store rules.. I was told by couple of employees that they accept online ordered lift returns here.... But after waiting 20 minutes in the long queue at the counter they said I can only return online bought items my mail!

I learned the brand from a friend who specialises in fashion and told me this is where I should go for my first set of professional suit. I feel so lucky that I found two sets that suit me perfectly. Love this store. Most of my workwear wardrobe is from Ann Taylor, as they have an amazing collection, keep refreshing it often , have sales which make then affordable, and are still so tasteful and classic that the styles will never look out of place. The store is well lit, merchandise is always neat and organised, even the sale section, the fitting room line is well managed. The store staff is super helpful; I come here often and just love to stop by even when I'm not buying anything.

Clothes are hit or miss. The quality is in decline. The cuts are no longer classic. It's rare to find great fit. But! I find an amazing item occasionally. For instance, their cashmere sweaters (100%, not the blends) last years.

Best Employees Ever July 2 & 3 2018! I've been an Ann Taylor & A.T. Loft Customer since 2001 in KOP/Philly. Salesforce is extremely attentive & listened well & helpful to guide me through the racks & get my purchase. On hold items also present when I arrived. Phone service to hold item till I arrive again also very excellent.

I always order online and also buy from the store. I've been a very good customer. However, one of the items I recently purchased is defective which I took to Ala Moana branch to return or exchange. It's a sleeveless sweater that somehow part of the neckline unraveled upon washing (tag says it's washable). Ala Moana Ann Taylor store staff said that they don't take online purchases and I have to mail it myself for exchange or return or it's my loss. This makes me feel like not buying their products in the future...

This is the worst Ann Taylor store that i have been to. People who work there are cold and don't care. Especially the lady who checked me out at the counter. She was terrible and with an attitude the whole time like i have done something wrong. Ridiculous!!!

Great brand for women's clothing, a good choice for business casual workwear. This particular location has a friendly and helpful staff. While this particular location isn't that large, it does offer some petite sizes as well as shoes and accessories.

Very helpful employee when I 1st went in. She asked me if I was looking for anything special. I told her I was looking for a dress. She helped me pick out 2 and put them in dressing room to try on. I came out to tell her I was liked one but was going to check one more place out. She was talking to her boss I guess as I walked up to her and stood there she looked up I started to say something she and didn't even acknowledge me and kept talking. I guess in those 5 mins she forgot she was helping me and her manners. So I just walked out and found a dress at White House Black Market. Who had awesome customer service!

Classic work looks and dresses. I tend to watch for sales here as the items sometimes are a bit pricier than you want to pay for very basic, staple pieces. Around the holidays though they tend to have great dresses that will get you through the cocktail party season. And I really like their line of bridesmaid dresses.

I won't shop at this Ann Taylor store ever! I had always loved Ann Taylor clothes and shopping with ann Taylor in Boston. But this store left me some horrible shopping memory! This is by far the worst Ann taylor store I have ever been! Some of the sale representatives / cashiers are incredibly rude and incapable. They spent more time talking/joking with each other than helping the customers. What's more, they were in such a hurry to talk to each other that they made decisions for you without asking your preferences first. When you told them you had different preferences, they gave you a hard time correcting it without apology! What the ...?! Wow! "Good job"! Why on earth did I have to pay for your mistakes?

The shopping experience here is always a treat. The staff is very helpful and professional. I shop here often for several reasons. It's tranquil, the displays of clothing, shoes and accessories are always very neat and pleasant to the eyes. The dressing area is lit very well so that you can get a good idea how it may look once you wear if you decide purchase. The girls in the dressing room are very helpful and honest in their opinion when asked, which I really really appreciate. They also are really good with suggestions on how to dress an outfit up. Love it

My wife's favorite store The store has fashionable and stylish clothing. It also has variety in shoes, accessories, jewelry, and other style needs. It is located on the third floor of the old Nordstrom wing at Ala Moana Center. The employees are friendly and quick to address customer needs.

the clothes selection is top notch and especially at this location. I highly recommend this store as as place to browse through if you have several hours on hand. The display is also appealing and draws you into apparel choices that you otherwise would not consider. I also recommend that you go on weekends as the sales tend to appear then!
