horrible customer service. my sister and I were waiting for a friend to come out the fitting room and all of the staff kept starring like if we were up to something. I felt disrespected. the woman working in the fitting room area was giving us a stank look, she walks by and i overhear her specking to the mic that she was onto someone and that she had something under her jacket. I feel like they shouldn’t treat people like that, not all people have bad intentions. very disappointed.

I order on Black Friday boots in size 7 1/2. I got a size 38 which is way to big for me. It was not my fault but I still could not return the boots! I lost my money. The worst service I have ever hard. I advice not to order from there because even if you get the wrong size they won't reimburse you the money either.
